Among walking in, I was greeted right away and I felt really welcome. There was no wait and I was seen ASAP. Diana was very sweet and very patient. She took some eye tests prior to seeing the doctor. The eye exam overall was not bad or scary like I thought it would be lol. Dr. Pham recommended specific things that I needed according to my eye exam and she never made me feel like I had to buy anything as well. I appreciate not feeling pressured to buy anything at places like this or at a dentist, etc. I am definitely looking forward to my follow up visit.

We arrived about half an hour after opening, and although they were already busy, the wait wasn't long at all. We were helped by Marco, who was courteous, friendly, and professional. My son and I have worn glasses for a combined 50+ years, and this was the first time we didn't feel rushed or pressured into choosing a particular frame, lens, or upgrade. The frame selection is excellent, and my son found one that fit him perfectly in less than 10 minutes. I was even more surprised by the price. His high-index lenses with anti-glare and another feature I can't remember cost about one-third of what I typically pay elsewhere. I was so impressed that I decided to get a pair for myself too! The best part was the turnaround time. We both wear single-vision glasses, and mine included transition lenses. By 2 p.m. that same day, I received a text saying BOTH pairs were ready! When I returned after 5 p.m., another staff member helped us and was just as courteous, professional, and friendly. Great selection, excellent prices, no pressure, wonderful service, and truly same-day glasses. I highly recommend Zoomer Same Day Glasses!

I drive here back in May because I wanted to get a second-opinion and because I wanted to meet the legendary Dr. Feinerman. I wanted to join the Secret Service and one of their mandated requirements is to get eye surgeries. However, I was never given a transparent explanation on how thick or thin my corneas are. I'd read about the horrors of lasik eye surgery, and the recent suicide of a police officer really made me think twice and such. Dr. Feinerman gives you evaluations for free on that stuff. My heart goes out to that police officer's family and friends for their loss. Dr. Feinerman and his team are so wonderful and amazing. They have these machines that thoroughly examine your eyes and even has a small machine one the size of a small coffee maker you'd find at Target that tells you how old your prescription glasses are.
