Harjit was so helpful! Amazing selection and we left with the perfect glasses for both my husband and me.

I absolutely love supporting independent retailers and wow- the salesman, Harry, went above and beyond helping me! His expertise in glasses has been planted for years and he is very passionate about it, he used to design for some of the bigger brands. He helped me pick a pair and gave me space and options for exploring alternatives. They had exactly the size I was looking for- a smaller Rayban frame that not even commercial big ray ban stores carry!!!! Absolutely loved the experience and Harry reminded me of what it was like to buy things 10-15 years ago before the internet came into play. Huge selection, I can't say enough good things, I felt so inspired read more

Large selection and prices seem market, but standout here was the owner and his wife who were both fun and helpful. Guy knows his inventory better than any retailer I've ever seen. If you want new glasses but need some direction, this shop is a great option. read more

Great selection! Super nice guy who runs the shop! He helped us find a great pair of raybans! Thank you henry!

We walked in here on a whim looking for a pair of Persols that no one else seemed to have. Henry was super helpful, showed us countless options from all over the store, and helped us pick out the perfect pair for both of us. I always find employees at sunglass stores to be somewhat unhelpful and tend to steer you towards their own preferences rather than what you are actually looking for; Henry was completely the opposite. Very focused on getting us what we wanted, not overly pushy, and very easy to work with. As an added bonus, they had a dog named Bandit that twisted our arms into some quality belly rubs. Great experience, definitely recommend making this your first stop if you're in the market for a new pair of sunglasses! read more

I had help immediately upon entering the store, but she wasn't pushy at all. She helped me pick cute and reasonably priced nice sunglasses. They had a huge selection. I'm happy with my Laguna purchase. Sunglasses are a great souvenir. read more

They sold me broken sunglasses that right away I didn't notice and then when they got tangled with my hair I took them off my face to see a loose screw and the top part wasn't sealed to the lens. I rushed back to the shop before they closed (6pm) and when I got to the doors before 5:40pm the sign said they were still open, but the doors were shut and nobody answered the phone. Wouldn't recommend shopping here if they sell everyone broken sunglasses and aren't truthful about their hours of operation. read more

Pretty bad experience the first thing the shopkeeper asked me was, "what is your budget and price range?", not even a hello nor a smile, PLUS had a demeaning attitude. I find that to be a weird question to ask when building rapport with any customer. will not be back read more

We were in Laguna today enjoying the sunny day on the beach in the OC. I stopped here to purchase and look at some other sunglasses. I was recommended to come look here. The quality of the glasses are much more better here. Pretty expensive, but its a small price to pay in protecting my vision and eyes. Love the service here. They have great selections of sunglasses. My wife and I were in Laguna Beach enjoying sun and shopping. Walked into Sunglasses Gallery to see if they had some Oakleys I was looking for. Never been in there before, but was immediately amazed at the size of the store and the selection. If you can't find what you're looking for here, it doesn't exist. They have every sunglasses maker available. Needless to say I found the Oakleys I was looking for. My wife also found an awesome pair of Tiffany sunglasses. Glasses she didn't even know she was looking for until she saw them. The owner is awesome and worked with us in getting exactly what we needed. Great hands-on, by a local business owner. Something you don't get from an online seller. I've shopped at Amazon for years and bought tons of stuff. Not once have I heard a word of thanks from Jeff Bezos or an offer of assistance from him. Just look at the new yacht we all bought for him, a little thanks would be nice. We are happy to support local businesses, especially when you get great service and find exactly what you need. Bottomline: Great location, great service, great selection. Highly recommend. read more

One of the best businesses I have ever been in. I bought my sunglasses the day before and when I got home I realized they were not polarized so I called the owner and I explained that I was looking for polarized sunglasses and unfortunately I picked the one that was non-polarized. He was very helpful. He asked me to come in and he made sure I would be very happy. Long story short, he not only made me very happy. I left with another pair of sunglasses and what amazed me is that I ran into traffic going over there. He waited for me half an hour to get there. I really appreciate that and I appreciate his professional service. Very nice gentleman to deal with. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this business. read more

This business is a complete joke, the owner lies and their glasses are overpriced ( look online before you buy) the website information and what they have posted in store for a return policy are not the same. RUN! DO NOT SHOP HERE! We stopped into this store where I have shopped a few times before. I lost a nose pad to a pair of sunglasses. I asked if I could purchase one. Keep in mind, we are talking about ONE round small nose pad for a pair of sunglasses that I purchased from their store for about $250-$300 last year. They charged me OVER $20.00. That's right. Nearly $21.00 dollars for the image you see. The store clerk had asked me if I bought the glasses at the store at the time I said, " I think so - you should have a record of it possibly." She said they do not keep any history on purchases. After she read my card, I said, why did you even ask me that. She claimed, "because we would adjust for free if you did. " When I brought it up to the store owner's attention , he said, "Next time you come in I'll take $20 off." SO GROSS. They must really need the money. Do yourselves a favor and go up one block north to an honest shop!! read more

left my sunglasses at home and you can't be in Cali w/out them so my wife and I went in and 2 men worked with me and took their time trying to find the right pair and fit for me their patience and know knowledge was excellent and we even went outside to show the differences between the glasses and that sold me for what I wanted I will definitely go back and highly recommend anyone to go there in need of sunglasses one happy Oklahoman Greg R. read more

I've been looking for a good pair of raybands for a long time. I found a cute pair online and once in-store yet they were scratched up. I've been on the hunt for MONTHS for these brown rayband sunglasses because i'm scared to buy them online just incase they get damaged or I dont like them. Stopped by Laguna to grab some dinner and noticed Sunglasses Gallery while walking and saw they have a HUGEEE selection of glasses. I might as well give it a shot right?! Walked in and was greeted by Suki, super nice and helpful guy! And to my surprise, they had them!!! I tried them on and loved them and Suki explained that they're customs so that's probably why I couldn't find them. I told them since he's so nice, i'll buy multiple pairs off of him for me and my boyfriend. He gave us a good deal because they have a BOGO currently. I instantly told a handful of my friends about this place and would LOVE to stop by again to grab a new pair for friends/family or if i'm on the hunt for another pair. Thanks again Suki!! read more

SNEAKY AND DISTRUSTFUL..STOLE MY MONEY I went in here and got a pair of Burberry shades, they were priced at $230 and I asked if she would sell me the ones on display for $200. I got a yes from the young lady with glasses.. with taxes everything came to $216.. so I thought. I thought she was friendly and I didn't even want the store to waste a bag so I took the cute Burberry box alone, which she let me choose and I thought that was cool..so I thought. Checked my bank account and guess what? $239 charged from sunglass gallery in laguna!.. if I were truly bored I would go and probably have the every right to sue but ill just never go here again. That was so lame. I didn't even get my receipt for proof bc I thought she put it in the box since I asked her to. I have my bank statement though! read more

The customer service at Sunglasses Gallery was beyond incredible. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and told abt the different specials they had. I didn't get the girls name but we made conversation and she picked my brain at what kind of glasses I wanted. All the employees were super attentive to my bf & I. When we told them what styles we did like they showed us tons of glasses off the wall and even suggested glasses that paired well with our face structure. We just purchased a pair of Gucci's and ray bans so we weren't looking to buy anything. We felt so guilty leaving empty handed!!!! The service we experienced here was beyond excellent. What a difference great customer service makes Harjit! First time I walked into the store I wanted to shop yet was deterred by a woman who no longer works there, I decided to give this another try. I walked in and I needed a screw for a pair of glasses I bought at a boutique just nearby Harjit was super helpful, he fixed and cleaned the glasses that I didn't even purchase there. He was extra caring with all the details and so I bought an even better pair there. Honestly, good customer service is everything to me if you want to shop in a beautiful store near the ocean with beautiful views and great prices go see Harjit. Blessings read more

A huge shout out to Katie for her incredible customer service skills! There I was out of my area when the nosepiece on my Maui Jim sunglasses fell off. Tried wearing them and it wasn't comfortable so popped into Sunglass Gallery for what I hoped would be a quick repair. Katie was so helpful. She looked at my glasses, got a replacement piece and told me the cost. Right before I paid she remember that my brand of sunglasses have free lifetime replacement of these pieces. I had no idea! I really appreciated her honestly and her assistance. Sunglass Gallery will be my first choice for sunglasses when I'm in the area and in need. Highly recommend! read more
