We arrived about half an hour after opening, and although they were already busy, the wait wasn't long at all. We were helped by Marco, who was courteous, friendly, and professional. My son and I have worn glasses for a combined 50+ years, and this was the first time we didn't feel rushed or pressured into choosing a particular frame, lens, or upgrade. The frame selection is excellent, and my son found one that fit him perfectly in less than 10 minutes. I was even more surprised by the price. His high-index lenses with anti-glare and another feature I can't remember cost about one-third of what I typically pay elsewhere. I was so impressed that I decided to get a pair for myself too! The best part was the turnaround time. We both wear single-vision glasses, and mine included transition lenses. By 2 p.m. that same day, I received a text saying BOTH pairs were ready! found this place on yelp for "same day glasses" because i had a pair that was basically held together with proverbial duct tape. location is a pretty nondescript little office park but the staff is professional and the facilities are very clean. they have a small selection of frames but they cover the bases, and they have some nice ray ban frames if you dig those. i arrived pretty much when it opened with a prescription in hand and they made the glasses in a few hours. super courteous and fast, professional service. would come here again, maybe with some armani frames i had bought a long time ago that i love but never used. out the door it was $500, which is reasonable for progressives and same-day service. i would come back. read more

Absolutely love this place. I randomly found it thru Yelp and so glad I did. Marco is very friendly and made my experience run so smoothly. I came in on a Friday as soon as they opened, brought in my own frames and got a pair of basic replacement lenses. They were ready within 30 mins. I was so impressed with the service that I immediately brought in another frame to put in transitions lenses, which were ready the next morning. This is the only place in the area that could give you same day (or next day) replacement lenses, just bring in your frames! They also have a small selection of nice frames to chose from. How do you review a place that got your lenses completely wrong and refuses to fix them? They seemed to be the perfect place, friendly, great price, professional, all the things that other reviewers said they were. Until I picked up my glasses and they had punched the holes in the wrong place, then said they couldn't see the problem and refused to try to fix them. So I ended up with glasses I couldn't see through, and now I have to find another place to get new lenses made and pay again! How would you review them? UPDATE: No, Marco, this is not a fake review! I dealt with you when I brought my glasses in for new lenses, two pair of Swissflex rimless, and you told me your guy there (I can't remember his name) had done many of this type. When they were done, and I came to pick them up, they were crooked on my face. So your guy there adjusted them a bit, and I thought they would be fine. It wasn't until I got home and played with them for a couple days that I realized that they were crooked because the holes on the right lens were punched in the wrong spot, tilting the lens to the side. So I brought them back and spoke to the guy I had dealt with whose name I can't remember, and he told me that he could not remake them because the frames were supposedly too fragile! Those were his words! My frames are made out of HTP (High Tech Polymer), which is an exceptionally strong plastic material used by NASA. He told me to go buy another pair of frames somewhere and bring them back to him and he would put lenses in those! Like I would trust him now! I really wanted to love this place, but the level of service was just bad because of the owner's over- commitment to return my glasses (the last 2 of 8 frames) and unapologetic attitude of ignoring that fact. If I were the only customer with this problem- it's an isolated issue. But when I picked up the last of my order, I was in line behind 4 people complaining of the outcome of their order (issues of the lense as prescribed)- To which he passed me my glass frames without a word, and I got out of line and left. To add insult to injury, my brand new- fully working Meta glasses (less than 2 hours old) were returned to me inoperable. When I called to tell the owner, he said "yes, I noticed that."
