Great service and the best prices around. They had lots of lens options available and service was professional and on time. I had a pair of Jacques Marie Mage sun glasses that I wanted to get transition lenses put in. Their quote was the most competitive and they had all the latest lenses and lens technology available. I would recommend them for anyone with luxury eye wear looking for lens options. read more

Great Service & Great Deals! I had a fantastic experience at Grand Optical! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. They made the whole eyeglass repair process quick and easy--my frames were fixed in no time. Not only was the service fast, but the private parking lot made everything so convenient. No circling around for street parking, which is a huge plus. I also ended up getting a new pair of frames, and to my surprise, they were half off with my prescription! Great selection, great prices, and overall a very smooth experience. Highly recommend if you need glasses, repairs, or just want great customer service without the hassle! read more

My son's glasses (frame) broke while he was at work, so I was helping him find a place that could repair them on an emergency basis. With many businesses being closed during these times, it was almost impossible for me to find one that was open today. I called Grand Optical and fortunately they were open for business with reduced hours. I was able to go in, and the optician (Rene?) helped pick a new frame that would accommodate the lenses and put the old lenses in it. There were only 2 individuals in the office and they practiced social distancing and wore masks (as did I). He even offered to say a bit later after hours so that he could complete the job in one visit! I am so happy I have found this establishment, and even happier they were able to help me right away with my issue. Grand Optical came through for me -- I highly recommend them and would happily return for more business! read more

I would 100% recommend Grand Optical for the price, quality, and excellent customer service. Service I utilized: installation of custom nose pads. For the past 8 years, I was going elsewhere for custom nose pads and when their prices increased by 300% (!), I had to find another place. I read the reviews on Grand Optical and took a chance... and was glad that I did. Rene treated me with respect (and was very mindful of sanitation practices during this pandemic) and did an excellent job. The nose pads look great; they fit well; they don't look bulky, but have a very natural appearance, as if they came with the original frames. I will be returning here for the excellent quality, fair prices, and wonderful customer service. read more

I dropped by to get my glasses repaired after I fell asleep with them on and bent the hinges badly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of immediately. The person working with me looked at them and gently bent them back to shape while at the same time providing me information about my frames and how to clean them properly. I was taken care of and out of the store in under a few minutes. I am going to be a returning customer when I need to get my next pair simply due to the amazing service and welcoming attitude read more

I was so happy with my first two Rx eyeglasses at Grand Optical 3 years ago, I went back with a new prescription now 3 years later and had Rene make 5 new Rx scratch-resistant, glareless, tinted, progressive lenses in my 5 expensive designer frames including 2 tinted sunglasses, computer eyeglass, and 2 lightly tinted glasses which were all perfect. Rene even cut the original lenses of the new frames to a different shape I preferred and virtually did everything I asked for to accommodate me and even suggested options. And the price was surprisingly low for everything. Rene is the best in the industry and will always be my go-to optical lab. I highly recommend him!! read more

I was in dire of need of new lenses for my Ray Bans, Foldable Wayfarer sunglasses because my stock lenses were severely damaged due to the abundances of times dropping it on rough surfaces and the normal wear and tear for 8 years. I was skeptical about visiting Grand Optical, but, since I was in the neighborhood, I decided to visit the shop. I was warmly, greeted by Rene. I showed off my horrendous lenses to Rene to examine it for a couple of minutes and said he was able to replace the lenses. I asked about my prescription as well, and he said of course! I was able to get it the same day with new Polarized lenses, my current prescription and he even tighten up the screws of my sunglasses, to make it sit comfortably on my face. All done with a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Grand Optical for those in need of repair or in the market for some new frames. read more

Walked in wondering if my loose Ray Band Sunglasses could get repaired. When they first checked them they told me they couldn't be heated cause of the mat material my sunglasses were. Luckily he has a special technique where he was able to put some screws on the arms of my sunglasses, and now they are adjustable. I can't even notice the screws and my shades sit on me perfectly. Sticking to this Optical for sure and I would 100% recommend it to anyone! Especially if you love your stunning brand shades. read more

Rene is the best!! I honestly can't remember a time I received such great service anywhere. Initially I came in to get my glasses repaired. While Rene was fixing them, I was checking out their frames - the prices were AWESOME so I decided to get a new pair. I didn't even need my prescription, just the glasses I came in with. He said I could pick them up the following day and I was shocked! And had I not come in so close to closing, I would have been able to pick them up that day - this is absolutely unheard of in all of my experiences with getting new glasses. I've always had to wait at least 2-3 weeks. Their selection is smaller compared to other places I've been, but the options are so much better that you don't waste time trying on all these frames that you don't like. I've never really liked how I look in glasses but I'm in love with these! Again, Rene is the best! He is so nice, helpful and genuine and you would be hard pressed to find a place with such great prices and service. I'll never go to another shop again. read more
