Heard about this place specializing to cater to people with low to no nose bridge, and Mark was incredibly helpful giving me suggestions for what would go good with my face shape and the thickness of my prescription. (Oh yeah you do need to come in with your prescription as they dont do eye exams). Mark also has a great attention to detail fixed my old glasses to sit better on my nose. The next day, I brought my prescription back and Kevin was just an incredibly helpful getting my new glasses all put together, and making sure I get a perfect comfort and fit. read more

I've been wearing glasses for 15 years, and this has been the best experience I've ever had. Mark and Kevin are both very kind, patient, and genuinely want you to walk out with a pair of glasses that is right for you. There's no pressure at all, and I got to spend a good amount of time trying on different styles before I settled on a pair of glasses and sunglasses. My glasses were ready for pickup the next day! The pair of sunglasses I picked were perfect, except for the fit. No worries because Kevin is an expert at adjustments and carefully customized the frame to fit my face. read more

Kevin is so friendly and knowledgeable! Went in to get new lenses for my favorite pair of glasses. He explained the entire process very clearly, and has new lenses ready within 20minutes. He placed a lot of care into making sure it was done correctly! 100% recommend!!! Great experience all around read more

It's been one year since I first visited eleven for my glasses. Even though I'm out of network, I will continue to come here, and brought my SO for his too (he loves his!). They offer frames from the $50 range, up and through the high-end Korean brands, and the best thing that they're all great quality + the frames look genuinely good no matter the price. If you're getting prescription glasses, it's likely they can cut it for you the same day, even just walking in. Many of them are light and airy in weight (while being sturdy!), whether they're thin or thicker frames. That quality is just as important to me as how they look. In the past decade of being an adult and figuring things out, I've tried a local optometry place (family-recommended), Jins and online stores but those frames were heavy / hurt my nose, and I thought for the longest time it was just a consequence of wearing glasses. I was surprised to experience otherwise when I got mine here. Lastly I genuinely think this shop is something special, and in 2026, probably one of my few and warmest impressions of a brick & mortar store locally that isn't a restaurant. We've been helped by Kevin and Mark, who truly love what they do, and don't try to push you out for a sale nor are passive. They take the proper time to explain things to you. We have multiple pairs now from here, so this is pretty much just a little letter of appreciation from us to say thanks to the staff! read more

I went in on a whim on Saturday because my nose pad broke. I saw that Eleven was open til 7:30pm. I called to confirm because it sounded too good to be true--they were indeed open. The gentleman I spoke to was super friendly and professional. I was from out of town and definitely in need of a repair. They fixed my glasses for free even though I didn't purchase my frames from them. I'm truly amazed at the service and generosity--I would definitely recommend. I would purchase my glasses from Eleven if I lived closer. They have a wide range of stylish frames for a very affordable price. The business is located next to a busy Japanese grocery store, but there are clear signs indicating where they're located. Parking is plentiful above ground and below. Give eleven your business!! read more

Amazing service and extremely kind staff, I bought sunglasses from them almost 2 years ago and had accidentally sat on them. They were able to repair my sunglasses no problem! Couldn't be more pleased with the staff and whole experience!! Thank you Kevin! read more

Kevin helped me fix my glasses lenses that my original eye doctor's opticians put in incorrectly, completely changing my vision for the better. I paid a much smaller price at Eleven to receive professional service, compared to my original Eye Dr's place which charged me almost $300 to do my lenses, which were done poorly and incorrectly. Kevin and the owner, Mark, are so kind, helpful, and attentive to your needs. Also, I bought a frame here months ago since glasses are much better for my dry eyes compared to contacts, but I never felt confident in my original glasses. Eleven's frames are beautiful and make you feel confident in your appearance. Support Eleven Optical, they deserve it! read more

Thank you for a great and quick service! I came without expectations but it only took 15 minutes to get new lenses for my favorite frame

I'm from San Diego and have always been a fan of Eleven Optical, so I was excited to check out this Costa Mesa location for the first time. The moment I walked in, I had a good feeling--and Kevin confirmed that instantly. I brought in some frames I had purchased elsewhere and needed to have my prescription added to the lenses. Kevin jumped right in--measuring, asking questions, and making sure everything was just right. He was super attentive, genuinely listened, and even helped walk me through my insurance coverage with ease. I was able to get my prescription into the frames within 20 mins. Super easy and quick! Seriously, the best customer service I've ever received at an optical store. I was blown away by Kevin's attention to detail and how seamless he made the entire process. I already loved Eleven, but this visit officially made it my go-to glasses spot when I'm here in OC. Highly, highly recommend checking this place out--and if you can, ask for Kevin! read more

Definitely want to shout out Kevin for helping out with the glasses selection process. Came in here just looking at frames and left with some after a very easy and fast process. We were able to find my insurance and the glasses I wanted but wouldn't have taken cause of the price came out to incredibly affordable. I am definitely going to keep coming back here. read more

TL;DR - incredible service, unbeatable prices, quick turnaround, but horrendous parking. Recently, my in-laws were visiting from overseas. Unfortunately, my father-in-law's glasses broke during their stay. It wasn't practical to get another pair shipped from overseas, so we came to eleven with less than a days notice to get new glasses. Kevin, our salesman, was so helpful and accommodating, and they had the glasses ready less than 30 minutes. This is the third pair of glasses we've purchased from eleven (the other 2 were for us) and we will definitely be back. The quality we got was an incredible value for the price, and we highly recommend folks checking it out! read more

kevin was super helpful and very fast! it takes about 15min to get a new pair which is great when you just want a quick pair. it depends how long the wait is but, it will always be at most a day wait. he was very kind and gave a great deal. 10/10 recommend! all the glasses here are korean too so it's nice for people w smaller faces/ no nose bridge. read more

If you never bought prescription glasses before, you guys need to come here, because they will help you so so so much! Went to get prescriptions for the first time and honestly if it wasn't for the person who helped me, Kevin, I would've NEVER known that the different types and colors and brands of the lenses that I was going to purchase. I felt like I was so well taken care of, because even with just him in there, he was able to take care of 4 parties at once and still ring me out and gave me a rundown of ordering my lenses and how to order them. Very attentive and just a great guy to even spark a convo with! Also one more thing, he made sure to do everything right by the book. He made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of, measured my PD, looked at how things fit, and gave me pros and cons of each manufacturers and their lenses. Wow. Overall, super glad I came here. Can't wait for my sunglasses to come in! read more

Bought 2 pairs today! Great Alternative/Asian Fit Glasses selection and same day Rx! Awesome service next to Mitsuwa.

Kevin greeted me and immediately made me feel very comfortable and not pressured. I felt at ease to check out the frames taking my time. Kevin is super knowledgeable in this field and knows the ins and outs of everything you need to know to get glasses (or at least for me, I needed glasses) I came for glasses and walked out with new ones 100% satisfied. Super easy process with insurance billing and very precise with all the measurements for glasses and pricing. I've experienced some pain in the past getting glasses but this has been the best place so far. In/out with new glasses within couple hours. Highly recommend. read more

We checked out a bunch of places to buy glasses, and this one stood out by far. They were the most knowledgeable, the most helpful, and had the best selection of styles. I had always seen Eleven right as I was walking up the stairs going into Mitsuwa but I never knew what it was. So one day I had some time to kill and I decided to check it out since I had recently picked-up some cheap readers off of Amazon. I went in there with the intention of looking at some expensive frames because my bifocal readers were just not feeling right. Kevin greeted me and asked how he could help, I told him the problem I was having with my glasses and I swear he was like the glasses-whisperer... he didn't pressure me at all to buying new frames, instead, he made some quick adjustments to my cheapy Amazon frames and sure enough, they were fitting right and working just-right. And not once did he try to upsell me... he looked at my needs and worked with me on-the-spot and treated me like a person who needed help rather than just a customer. I was set... I know when my wife needs new glasses and I can invest in better frames I know where I need to go to be treated right. THANKS, KEVIN! read more

I broke my computer eyeglasses and jumped in the shop to browse the eyeglasses styles, a bit before their closing time. Since I live close by, I was going to come back in daytime, but Kevin worked overtime and made a pair with my new prescription. He is so nice and professional. I love my new eyeglasses. Great quality with reasonable pricing, and fit my Asian nose. I will come back to make a reading glasses. read more

I decided to check out the store to just browse their selection but because of Kevin's friendly service, I decided to come back the next day to purchase a pair! The smoothest, most painless glasses shopping experience I've ever had. Mark helped me select one of the best pairs of glasses I've ever worn, a pair that is better fitting, better built, and a fraction of the price compared to my previous overpriced optometry store glasses. Mark was super courteous during the whole visit. He was extraordinarily polite enough to clean my glasses while I was trying on other pairs from the selection. He made a series of excellent suggestions working off what I liked about my current glasses. On top of that, Mark got my new glasses ready for me in just half an hour while I was shopping next door in Mitsuwa. Thankfully my lens selection was already available, as they have a lab on-site. I've never had such a stellar and speedy turnaround for glasses. read more
