I then went into a separate room and was greeted very nicely by Dr. Pham. She was super nice and pleasant and made sure that you understood everything she was telling you. The eye exam overall was not bad or scary like I thought it would be lol. Dr. Pham recommended specific things that I needed according to my eye exam and she never made me feel like I had to buy anything as well.
