My son and I have worn glasses for a combined 50+ years, and this was the first time we didn't feel rushed or pressured into choosing a particular frame, lens, or upgrade. The frame selection is excellent, and my son found one that fit him perfectly in less than 10 minutes. I was even more surprised by the price. His high-index lenses with anti-glare and another feature I can't remember cost about one-third of what I typically pay elsewhere. I was so impressed that I decided to get a pair for myself too! The best part was the turnaround time. We both wear single-vision glasses, and mine included transition lenses. By 2 p.m. that same day, I received a text saying BOTH pairs were ready! Firstly - I consulted with a different clinic for this procedure before seeing Dr Lin. Dr Lin's quote for the same surgery was much more reasonable, and I felt more comfortable with her and her team than at the "elite" specialized clinic I had previously talked to. During the initial analysis and preparation, Dr Lin was extremely helpful, and also transparent and informative. The surgery went perfectly and I can now see/read without glasses! I would also like to mention that iSight's office manager Lauren Cawley has been super helpful and approachable during the entire process.
