This is not an open and welcoming place. it should make it clear on its website that it does not do eye exams. It also does not let individuals walk in to view glass frames. Everything needs an appointment so one cannot even see if the styles match what one is looking for. My husband and I had to get glasses for our 2 year old a few weeks ago. We were nervous about how we were going to get a rambunctious 2 year old to keep glasses on. Our daughter had a vision screening at her preschool at 3 years old and was told that she needed further evaluation. That evaluation led us to a pediatric opthamologist who subsequently told us that our daughter needed to start wearing glasses immediately. While this was all a bit difficult news to take in, one thing that was not difficult was our experience with Claudia at Clear Choice Optical. She made this process of getting our little girl glasses as straight-forward and easy as possible. We could tell that she has a lot of experience and understanding of how to get kids of such a young age to get used to wearing glasses. I was very nervous/worried about how our daughter would deal with wearing glasses but she honestly only tried to pull her glasses off once since day one and has otherwise had no problems wearing them at all.
