I love this office! I've seen Dr. Hsu and Dr. Fernandez and felt they really cared to explain the testing, what they're looking for and how they want to make sure I have a great prescription. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They even have texting option if you don't wanna call. Even if you do call they answer quickly without needing to put you on hold. The team was pleasant and professional: collecting info, completing tests, exams, education, clear recommendations, and a few magic acts with two glasses i ordered! The optometrists there have been great and thorough during my exams. The downside that has not changed is the front desk ladies. They attempt to sneak in optional services in the paperwork they ask you to sign, so READ everything before signing forms. I believe that they must get commission for services they get people to agree to because they seem to take it VERY personal when you say you don't want any additional OPTIONAL services. Their frames are also very pricey and options are very limited. read more
