I was looking for an optometry and maps listed in view as the closest location. I decided to stop by but did not have an appointment. The receptionist Pilar was very helpful and nice and was able to take me as a walk In patient. Let me just tell you all that Dr.Qadeer was amazing!!! He educated me on everything that he was doing and took time to explain everything in detail. He addressed all of the concerns In regards to my vision.... He was very caring ...... My experience with this office was horrible. I just wanted to update my prescription but they kept on pushing for me to buy their products rather than actual help me find the correct measurements and Rx. Been coming here for 2-3 years and I absolutely love the staff. Everyone is always so helpful and kind. They make the visit very personal and educational. I have seen Dr. Qadeer who always makes sure all my questions are answered, he takes his time to educated me and listens to my concerns. I recently brought my 6y/o daughter to see Dr. Khan and she is also amazing! She is so good with kids. She comforts them and acknowledges them as an individual communicating not only with the parent but also with the child. The front office staff is also amazing, friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that the exam was not only thorough but he explained everything to me in a way I could grasp and gave me options for what I needed. His staff was very polite and friendly, they accommodated my schedule with ease and were professional the entire time. His office location makes you think it might not be top notch inside but I guarantee, once you walk inside it's the same as any office you'd find in Laguna Hills or Newport Beach...stunning. They had several types of glasses ranging from average to designer and lens options to fit any price range. In View Optometry is great. The waiting room is nice and uncluttered. Pretty much as soon as I filled out my paperwork, I was able to see the doctor. Dr. Khan is really great! She explained every test that she did, and you could tell she wasn't rushing. They have modern equipment, unlike my last optometrist who grabbed me by my forehead and jabbed something in my eye to test pressure. When I came back to pick up my new glasses, Dr. Qadeer spent a lot of time adjusting my frames to make sure they fit well, and he even refitted my old glasses. Best eye dr ive ever been to. Hands down. Very smart and very thorough. Took his time and explained everything very well. Had all the newest equipment including a new device that does not shoot a puff of air to check for glaucoma. Uses light instead. He actually read the paperwork i filled out as a new patient. I called ahead of time to make an appointment for an eye exam and to purchase some glasses. I had the pleasure of booking the appointment with the doctor herself. She was very thorough with the times and days they were open. I gave them my insurance company I was with and they easily looked me up with some personal info and were able to cover me. They have the latest technology machine where they scan your eye and it's cool because it shows glucose levels, whether there's retina detachment, and shows where the optical nerve is for only $29 apart from the copay. I do recommend getting your own pair of glasses, I kinda let the doctor and OA choose out my glasses and I paid more for than frame than the actual copays. However, it's super nice and they take the time to really accommodate to your needs based on your preferences. So if you have a budget--stick to it. read more

He takes his time to explain everything to you. Service tends to get kind of slow when there's more people waiting to get attended, and you might get attended a little later than your original appointment time, but the wait is minimal and is worth it due to the attention the doctor and staff give you!
