Had been coming here for a couple of years. Just got new glasses for my teen boy 17years (eye exam also) his prescription was incorrect and made my son failed his eye exam at the DMV when applying for his drivers license. Got his new glasses in April of this year and when calling the office they would not take responsability for there mistakes, they wanted to charge me a fee for filing out a DMV form. Keep in mind we purchase around 3 to 4 pair of glasses per year in our household. I would no longer recommened this place. read more

I love Dr. Steven she's really nice and professional. However, this 1 star review is for that woman who is in charge of the billing. She is so arrogant and doesn't feel respect to people. When I was asking a few questions about the payment she constantly rolled her eyes at me. That made me feel so uncomfortable.When I asked to take a look at the price list and my bill she immediately rejected me so aggressively and offensively. I mean like .... What ?? As a patient, I can't even take a look at my bill and clarify what I'm paying for ? ? Great optometry, have been coming here for years and they have always provided great service.

I know nothing about optometry. My frist glasses they provided were horrible. But my old glasses work better overall. I went back a second time for another examination because things were still blurry from 2 to 4 feet away. She did another exam and remade my glasses and there was a minor improvement. During the second exam she did things she should have done on the first exam. But still blurry at this distance of 2 to 4 feet. To far for reading lenses. Bifocals. I wont be back. In fact, I will use these frames and have my old prescription remade by someone else at an additional expense. I cannot recommend this place. I will not ever go back there. read more

I had such a wonderful experience! When I called to book an appointment they were able to book me right away. My family has a history of glaucoma, cataracts, etc. so I am always pretty nervous, but the doctor was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease.
