I stopped here to give my business to this place because recently they helped me with a diagnosis and I ended up having to buy the part elsewhere because I had to leave in a rush. I make an effort to support local and brick/mortar businesses, and this location will be in my list. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and I brought my battery in and fortunately they had one in stock but it was almost $300 but it has an unconditional 4 year warranty and I don't have to take my receipt, just give them my phone number and take the battery back and they will test it and give me a new one. For key fobs, they will open and replace on the spot which is super nice, especially for folks who dont have tools or are not mechanically inclined. I called the store and spoke with Austin, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He looked up my information, confirmed my battery was still under warranty, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes, he went above and beyond. Since I live across town, Austin found a closer location near my home, called them directly, explained my situation, and arranged everything for a smooth warranty exchange.
