He was very friendly and professional, and we had a nice chat while he worked on my vehicle. He even gave me some advice in case I needed to do that type of work on my own in the future. I have never gotten such nice surprises from Bezos, LOL. I stopped here to give my business to this place because recently they helped me with a diagnosis and I ended up having to buy the part elsewhere because I had to leave in a rush. I make an effort to support local and brick/mortar businesses, and this location will be in my list. I have a Toyota Prius base model and their battery has smaller posts than a typical battery. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and I brought my battery in and fortunately they had one in stock but it was almost $300 but it has an unconditional 4 year warranty and I don't have to take my receipt, just give them my phone number and take the battery back and they will test it and give me a new one. I noticed a sign on their window that says they will install the battery for you.

This hotel is right next to a Airbnb and the people partied all hours of the night. I know it's not the Hotel's fault but needless to say we didn't get much sleep. I came in about an hour before closing, and the team helped check my battery and confirmed it was low and not charging Yesterday, I ran into another issue as my battery wasn't charging and my door locks were cycling. I called the store and spoke with Austin, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He looked up my information, confirmed my battery was still under warranty, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes, he went above and beyond. Since I live across town, Austin found a closer location near my home, called them directly, explained my situation, and arranged everything for a smooth warranty exchange. That level of service is thoughtful, especially when coordinating between stores. Really appreciate the care and effort - Austin made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Given the timing and the convenience, I said "Why not?" Montel came out, troubleshot and offered to install a new battery. A total no-brainer. Montel was gone in less than 20 minutes. What a gentleman. Given the AAA discount, the price with installation was about $10 more than if I had driven to Walmart, waited 3 hours and bought an equivalent battery. AAA has saved my bacon again but the hero of this story is Montel who was as courteous as could be and equally competent and professional
