The gentleman who helped him was friendly & informative. My partner was given options based, but was given a "better" option after explaining all the things he would like to get installed in our car. As we drove away with the new battery, I was told that the same gentleman who helped him was also the one who talked him out of a battery previously. Turns out my man's truck needed a new fuel pump at that time and not a battery. This gentleman helped him figure that out and sent him on his way instead of selling something the hubster didn't need. He's also better priced here than Autoreilly's and O'zone.

They certainly did have a used one and the son, Carlos, took the old one out and installed the new one. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder because I wanted to know how to do it myself in the future, and then taught me how to put the new one in. My mom came with me and we were both so floored by how amazing, fast, kind hearted and swift the entire operation was. It's so so so very rare these days to meet someone like Carlos when dealing with any sort of car repair or vehicle issue. I interacted with the office staff twice…read more The first time after I won my item I called the office to inquire about their process and they were super helpful, friendly, and extremely patient. They were happy to assist and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience. They truly made me feel like a valued customer. Same quality experience upon picking up of my item. I bought a vehicle during covid through their online only auction. You can still preview in person but the vehicles are locked, they don't hand out keys, and you CAN NOT start the vehicles / check for codes, nosies, etc. They do leave the driver side window cracked so you can smell for odors / smoke. This particular vehicle I bought sight unseen other than the photos and description online. The photos were accurate and they did an awesome job detailing the truck. Now some advise, 1. don't bid on a vehicle without expecting to put money into it, these are used vehicles and they are at auction for a reason. 2. Set a max budget and stick to it. (Make sure you calculate the buyers fee AND sales tax into your price. 3. Understand they sell vehicles from many sources, consider the source of the vehicle and why it may be there. 4. I strongly recommend previewing the car in person before bidding, at least check for tire wear, leaks, missing components (spare, etc). 5. Run a vehicle history report. If you stick to these guidelines you will have a great experience and mitigate your risk. There is the potential for some great deals.
