Super helpful staff. Glen looked up my part, told me the different pricing, and then switched out the part for me. Awesome!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Their prices are high, but that is to be expected for the convenience of a brick and mortar store.

Phoenix Battery Service - Incompetence, Hostile Management, and Zero Accountability…read more AAA seriously needs to reconsider its relationship with Phoenix Battery Service. Their lack of technical knowledge, refusal to accept responsibility, and shockingly unprofessional management have turned a simple battery replacement into months of electrical problems. Back in March, AAA dispatched Phoenix Battery Service to replace the dead battery in my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately, their technician apparently had no idea the vehicle had TWO batteries: a main and an auxiliary. My vehicle experienced electrical issues ever since. When I finally had it inspected at the dealership, I was informed that the battery had been replaced improperly. The technician had apparently failed to disconnect the auxiliary battery's ground connection, resulting in a blown 150-amp fuse. This fault wasn't immediately obvious but interfered with proper battery charging, ultimately contributing to damage to the new AAA battery. Today, I called AAA to have the battery replaced under warranty. Astonishingly, the technician dispatched STILL didn't seem to know my vehicle had an auxiliary battery! I had already purchased a brand-new auxiliary battery myself, yet Phoenix Battery Service refused to warranty the main battery. Despite charging it overnight with a proper AGM-compatible smart charger, the battery remained at approximately 12.5 volts. Their own tester indicated it needed charging and would require replacement soon. The dealership had also identified it as defective. I escalated the situation to Jonathan, a manager at Phoenix Battery Service, who was incredibly condescending, hostile, and argumentative. Rather than acknowledge the possibility that his technician caused the original electrical problem, he insisted I drive to another service center to have the battery fully charged and cycled before they would consider honoring the warranty. Jonathan even tried convincing me my AGM charger was inadequate, then attempted to twist my words when I casually referred to the battery as a "cell." He launched into an absurd argument about individual battery-cell voltage rather than address the actual complaint. I'm a customer, not a battery technician or a lawyer. Arguing semantics doesn't change the fact that your technician apparently mishandled my vehicle's electrical system. Reading other reviews, I'm clearly not the only customer raising concerns about questionable battery installations, battery age, and poor service. If you're in the business of replacing batteries, your technicians should understand modern vehicle electrical systems. And when something goes wrong, management should investigate and stand behind its work instead of treating customers with hostility and making them jump through hoops for warranty service. AAA, please find a more competent service provider in Phoenix. Your customers deserve better. I would strongly caution anyone with a modern vehicle, especially one with a dual-battery system, against using Phoenix Battery Service. One star. Frankly, that's generous.

Before my husband and I left on vacation I went to Verizon Store to ask about the best way to use…read moreour phones internationally. We were told to buy an international plan at $100/month for each of us. (minus $12 for each due to a special rate) We were told this would cover all international use while on our cruise/land vacation. So we did. My bill came the other day with both $100 charges, plus an additional $197.00 charge. When I called I was told this charge was for calls made while on the cruise ship, which was in international waters. No mention by Verizon was ever made regarding very expensive charges while on the cruise ship. If I had known I would have waited to get on land internationally. Since we are old people, and not familiar with all these rules (international land but not international water) we are now stuck with these charges. Prior to our trip I thought I was being very vigilant and covering all my bases, but this "switch and bait" really tricked me up. Been Verizon customer for 30 yrs. Suggest Verizon makes it very clear that the international plan does NOT cover charges made on a cruise ship!!

He was very pleasant and easy to work with. They fixed my phone and even offered to contact another store just in case I would like additional assistance after they helped, but it was not necessary.
