I SO REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH PV DIGITELL! Sales rep Alex Sanchez sold me a Jetpack Mifi after I explained to him that I wanted to use it to stream Netflix and CNBC for several hours daily. He had to know that the 2GB basic plan wasn't enough to stream one movie, let alone several shows daily. Of course, within a few days, I returned the Jetpack directly to Alex after I realized it didn't make sense for me. Alex wasn't quite so charming when I returned the device. A couple of months later I discovered that Verizon was still charging me monthly for the device. Verizon explained that the PV Digitell store (Alex) had not processed the return properly. Even though I had a receipt for the return, Verizon said they had to call the PV Digitell store to confirm the return and have the store complete it in the system. They did that and informed me that it was taken care of. NOW,FOUR MONTHS LATER, I receive an email from Verizon stating that charges for the device were only suspended and were scheduled to start up again. I called Verizon and was informed that the PV Digitell store still had not completed the return in the system and they had to, again, call the PV Digitell store and ask them to complete the return in the system. What's going on? Are they mad that I returned a device that should not have been sold to me in the first place? I recommend avoiding these stores and doing business directly with Verizon instead. read more
