They stood firmly behind a multi-billion dollar corporation instead of helping a real person who just spent good money on a brand-new phone. No empathy, no effort, no customer service. Just a shrug and a bill. Thankfully, I found the 7th Street location in Phoenix, and they were everything this place wasn't--kind, helpful, and got my phone fixed through insurance in just a few hours.
