We had excellent service ice tea was always full even noticed my ice was melted and gave me a fresh glass! Attention to details was obvious and she was very friendly. We had fresh clams, peach boysenberry salad, Ruben, Salmon, fried oysters, and fettuccini Alfredo. All entrees tasted great and the portion sizes were very generous. Most importantly the prices! WOW.....the value of our very large meal for six and drinks entree was very reasonable! Lastly the ambiance was great especially if you enjoy watching aircraft arrive and depart directly in front of the restaurant. 180 degree view is also quite nice as the Willamette Valley views are gorgeous with the mountains as a backdrop! I highly recommend the Flight Deck for casual dinning or even a business lunch. We will definitely return soon and thank you!

Lots of regulars looks and feels Old. The waitress was very nice and took our order. Prime Rib, baked potato, salad, corn bread and a veggie. It didn't take too long. Here's how it went. The corn bread came out first. It was not warm and had probably come out of the fridge about an hour before serving. It wouldn't even melt the butter. The salad was your basic mixed greens with two unpeeled baby carrots a wedge of tomato and thousand island dressing. It was ok. Now the main course the rib was over cooked. I ordered medium and was more med well but it wasn't hot? Also it was very tough. The baked potato was not cooked. They split the thing before the served it so they had to know it was done and they still severed it. My brothers was The same. His meat was the right temp but it wasn't hot not hot and it was tough. The au jus was something I've never seen. It was weak and broken and someone had out liquid smoke in it. Very unpleasant. The broccoli was actually cold to the touch. We told the waitress who was very apologetic and she offered to sub anything. So we both decided to try the masted potatoes instead. They were watery and not warm. Disgusting. I checked Yelp before we went and saw that it was 4 star so I was fairly confident it would be good. Not at all. This place is terrible. If you are expecting bang for you buck try Micky Ds instead.

She took SUCH good care of us and was super knowledgeable about the menu items and market prices. We got our drinks within minutes and she made sure they were never empty. Not to mention, she checked in on us multiple times during our visit. I ordered the combo # 2 and added a Dungeness crab to it. That bad boy was FRESH. The whole boil was dripping in sauce, cooked perfectly and let me tell you... the Louisiana flavor seasoning is IT!! It's the perfect mix of Cajun and garlic butter. The main star was definitely the Dungeness, but the snow crab was a close second! The legs were a really good size and full of meat! The shrimp was great too! (I always get head-on) I left soooo full and satisfied! Overall, the food was amazing and the service was the best I have received in years.. We will be back soon!

Their ciders are great, I tried the Viking Cherry Cider and loved it so much I bought a six pack to take home, at $18 for 6 it was still absolutely well worth it. For food my coworker got the Fish and Chips, deep fried in beef tallow for those who avoid seed oils, and said it was excellent. I had a caesar salad and fries to go with my cider and it was a lovely meal. This will absolutely be one of our go-to spots when in Salem from now on.

The inside atmosphere is sports bar fabulous plenty of seating for groups or couples. I was thrilled to find that the scotch eggs were not only delicious but also authentically prepared. The yolk was soft and slightly runny, and the crust was perfectly crisp and flavorful. This establishment is a true hidden gem. While the food prices are a little steep, the quality definitely makes it worthwhile. We will be back!

However, the fries tasted of old dirty cooking grease. The rub and sauce on the ribs were outstanding but the meat on them was dry and tough. If it weren't for such a great rub and delicious sauce, I'd have given them 2 stars.

They do not do bbq anymore due to lack of demand. Understandable. We were then given the choice of a burger or wings. Nothing else. Then some sides/appetizers options, which were hand written on an order slip. 2. We went at about 6pm our beers were super foamy. The bartender said that the co2 is weird with the first pours of the day. So a bit annoying. 3. We ordered mozzarella sticks and as an appetizer then the burgers. It took 35 mins for us to receive our burgers then the mozzarella sticks came out. The mozzarella sticks were cold inside. 4. The burgers were very basic bbq bacon ranch burgers. They cook personally came out and raved about how he came up with this recipe and was the best in the northwest. It was just bbq sauce mixed with some ranch. He also came out asking what we wanted on it and then proceeded to forget our tomato's.

"Welcome home" vibes, a clean space, and perfectly-priced BBQ make The Vault an instant classic…read more When I initially visited a year back for St Patrick's Day, it'd be very generous to call the experience "a mixed bag". Since then, and on a less busy day, The Vault has cleaned up beautifully. The barman was welcoming and quick on his feet. The sign out front read "BBQ is ready" and, sure enough, when I asked for the run-down, he talked me through the spread. In the end, a 1-meat 1-side plate won out. I requested the brisket (which was great, and generously portioned, though a bit dry to be the best in town) and the street corn (which was incredible, and definitely the best in town). It seems BBQ is becoming a competitive business in Salem! The Vault is keeping up with the best of them, but here's the real kicker: the plate came out to only $15. For meat of that caliber and quantity, not to mention the elotes, that's beyond a steal. If The Vault continues to offer this level of quality in service, food, and drink, any early-days missteps while finding their footing will be drowned out by the good times they roll out. I hope they can keep this momentum and continue to offer exceptional service complementary to great good and drink.

The owners jumped up to greet us. Obviously we were promptly seated. First the breakfast menu looks AMAZING. Otherwise the menu was small, and what I had seen on FB was not listed. Soooo you know what they did, they went out and got it. I will dream of the food here. Amazing. I am assuming they are not getting as much business because, unfortunately they do not serve alcohol. I hope this will not deter you. I also, obviously, hope they get back to serving margaritas and beer soon. They are also a fresh bakery, the owner brought us a few samples on the house.
