They have a Lotta products in there the girls that work there are extremely knowledgeable on which products are interchangeable and work together how to style of the best etc. etc. Anyways, I went ahead and bought a few products that were suggested by the young lady that was in there and I must've saved $50 compared to going to the salon and purchasing items. I would give the young ladies that work in there a perfect five star for knowledge and professionalism. The store itself could use a little upgrading. It looks like it's from the 1980s, but it's only for isles of shelving with products on it. Parking as easy as it's located in Northgate shopping center so you have huge amount of parking. I would definitely suggest to take a peek care if you need any scissors, combs brushes, hair dryers, wigs, hair dyes, etc. etc.

I'm trying to get rid of $1500 in fraud charges and Target is having a hard time understanding this: I don't use my card. It has a balance of $1500+ from someone who used my card. My balance according to me is zero because I DON'T USE MY CARD and they didn't understand what I was talking about and when I asked to speak to someone above them, a supervisor, they said they were the highest. They all speak to each other in a diff langue. The ones who are American look so angry, not one of them greet you with , "hi how are you" or anything close to a welcoming greeting that customer service should have. I was returning a pair of sunglasses $210, I purchased online. I read the return process on my email. All I had to do was show the barcode from my confirmation email, to make the return. The original cashier, said she would have to ask. She called the "manager" over(who had on sweatpants that were way too small, greasy hair and the most "I hate life" face. She didn't ask me or the cashier anything . She looked at the sunglasses and said "NO" and walked away. I had to explain 3more times while showing my phone that I was allowed to make the return. Finally the grub "manager" came back over and actually read my phone and just nodded her head to the cashier. I guess that meant, ok it's approved for return. The cashier did it and handed me my receipt. Not a "Thank you" "have a nice day" "sorry for the inconvenience or delay" such a shame this is now customer service

They no longer the custom essential oil blends but still have great scrubs, soaps and body butters. I purchased a few scrubs, soaps and hand sanitizer. The makeup selection was pretty big as well. I made a mental note to come back when I had more time to buy some. The associate was having a problem with groupons and asked how long I would be at the mall. I went for the first time to inquire about braid prices and possibly book an appointment, but I was met with unfriendly faces from the start. Her tone was aggressive, and she kept smiling in a condescending way while speaking to me. Even the employee at the door looked at me like I didn't belong there. The interaction made me so uncomfortable that I changed my mind about buying anything. At first, I thought maybe I had done something wrong, until I read other reviews and realized this seems to be a pattern here. This is not how a business should treat potential customers.
