Wonderful store very friendly employees and the store is extremely clean and it is on the upper level near the food court and Nordstrom.

Love their products. All natural ingredients, never tested on animals, and their bath bombs smell divine. Face masks are amazing, face washes just as good. Great customer service, great company. read more

I absolutely love these bath bombs and bubble bars. They smell amazing and leave you feeling amazing

I love Lush but the girl at the cashier in this store branch is so snappy. I never understood why business would put someone who's super not friendly and rude as the face of their shop. Idk what's her name - but she's the girl with long hair read more

I love lush. I was first introduced to these fresh handmade products during grad school in San Francisco and voilla...theres a Lush in my own backyard...with the milkshakes (not funny if you don't know the Kellis song). When I popped in to buy a few bath bombs, the store was fully staffed with helpful associates. I love that. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist, I love that too. I brought my bath bombs and quickly exited. I only say that because if I lost focus, I would've purchased much more without second guessing it. Lush is one of those store where you can buy one of everything and still want more. I'm also a fan of the "Dirty" fragrance. It is unisex and has a tantilizing scent of peppermint and what's similar to old spice/axe body spray notes. It smells so good. I have the shower gel and body spray which is perfect for those days that you need a quick refresher after the gym/dance class, prior to showering. I have sprayed this scent many a day while cramming before an exam or what have you and felt like I had just showered. Overall I love Lush and their products. They are ideal to buy as a gift for someone or for yourself. The only annoying thing is having to venture into the mall for this store. It's a great mall, but parking is sometimes a hassle, all the time (see my Burlington Mall review). So when I don't feel like coming to this store I visit the Harvard Sq. location. TL:DR: Show your body that TLC (tender LUSH and care) Happy bath bombing! read more

LUSH Cosmetics - Bath bombs. The smell heavenly. - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Burlington, Massachusetts

I really don't know how to review this store. They sell high quality, organic, non edible soaps. Yes you read that right you can eat the soaps but dam they smell good. The aspect that impresses me the most about this store is the passion and real insite the staff have. The staff truly believe the soaps they sell will change you world if not the entire world. They have passion and know every detail each soap has in it and what is best for your skin. All that said we spend a lot at Lush. So much the people know my wife's name at a location in Boston. Last night a blue eyed male working told us we could not have samples of bar soap. Total BS I called 2 locations today and found out they will gladly give us as many free samples we want. And trust me we get a ton. read more

LUSH Cosmetics - My daughter favorite store - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Burlington, Massachusetts

I am a huge fan of this company. This particular store is my favorite. I am a regular customer here. Ashley is sensational. She is friendly, an active listener and very honest. It feels like I am shopping with a buddy when I am there. She always has great suggestions. I met Molly today she was also very nice as well. The whole staff here is. That is what great leadership is all about. Thank you ladies. read more

I do like Lush and their products - my daughter has bought me several bath bombs as presents and they have a great product with rosemary for skin problems. I really can not be in any of the Lush stores for too long because the smell is overpowering. At this location on a recent visit, the staff could not have been nicer to a gaggle of teen girls I brought in. They gave them several samples and were very sweet to them and did not have the attitude that they were beneath them. For that alone, they have my loyalty. read more

I went there with my little brother and there were jiggly jello soap stuff. I hit it and it jiggled and jiggled and gigglled and it was super duper pooper scooper fun!! Would recommend to any jello slappers!!!! Super fun, good products for your kids. read more

I was already a Lush fan when I walked into this location right after Christmas 2009. Going here just made me love it more! Strangely, the Newsies soundtrack was playing when I came in, and some of the staff members were singing. Knowing about Newsies, I just thought it was funny, but I think if I didn't I might be a little weirded out. I had a gift card when I came, and as it was right after the holidays, there were a lot of sales going on, which the staff were very helpful to point out. One sale involved 3 for 1 on soap - so basically, you could get $60 worth of soap for $20, and $90 worth for $30! I thought I misunderstood at first, but I walked out with $60 worth of soap in three different varieties. I hear people complain about Lush's prices a lot. But the thing is, the stuff lasts forever. One $20 bar of soap from Lush will last me over seven months - probably closer to a year (I say over seven because I've been using the same one bar since January and it's nowhere near finished), whereas your typical Dove or other soaps won't last me even a quarter of that. And the stuff in Lush is concentrated. It may seem small, but that's probably because there's no extra ingredients - it's all things that are necessary for the product. I'd say it's definitely a good deal for how long it lasts and what you're really getting. Overall, this Lush is just like any other you might go to, although it perhaps has a bit more floor space than the one I frequent. Either way, I loved it! read more

So my bff Jen N. loves this stuff. Like, she pretty much climaxes at the sight of a Lush bath bomb. So when holiday time came around and I had some women to shop for, I thought, hmm... maybe they could use a good bath. Lush has a whole bunch of scented bath things, sugar scrubs, shower jellies, bath bombs... I don't know how most of this stuff is used... i'm a just add water kind of guy, so when shopping for others I stuck w/ the gift boxes which pretty much gave a good sampling of everything. Side-note, I was having some dry skin issues on my hands at the time of my visit. Think bloody knuckles and skin cracking when making a fist. So I asked if they had anything that could help. I left w/ a big ole tub of "Dream Cream" for myself. (it only cost me my man card). But! a weekend of applying it at knight and sleeping with socks over my well greased up hands, and I was good as new. Now I got the softest hands, this side of the river. The staff on hand at the mall were very helpful, answered my questions, and were very patient. All their products are vegan, not sure what that means, but its good to know in the event you are trapped in the bathroom and forced to eat beauty products, at least you'll know, no animals suffered. read more

Much better than the impossibly cramped, overly-warm LUSH store at the Natick mall, the Burlington store was a breath of fresh air when it opened last year. Spacious, with plenty of room to walk and browse, it's a shame that you STILL can't do just that. Every time I walk into this store, I am ACCOSTED by sales girls, and not just once. After one asks me if I've been in the store before and jokes about how I know what I'm looking for (I do), another takes over and badgers me about what else I might need. This goes on and on and on. I'm watched over like a hawk the entire time I'm there, and each time I pick up a product to take a look at it, someone zooms over to tell me all about it. More than once I've left this store empty-handed because I just couldn't deal with the pushy sales people. I adore LUSH and their products, but the US stores are just rabid when it comes to upselling, and it's a damn shame. I'd rather order online and pay the high shipping than deal with the nonsense I'm subjected to every time I walk in the door. read more

Lush isn't an experience for the unwary. If you can't stand the odor level of a Yankee Candle store, this isn't your place. Visiting a Lush shop is nothing short of a full-on olfactory assault with a perfumed cannon. My husband won't go within 20 paces of the place. That being said, if you like handmade soaps, moisturizers, and other skin care items with a premium price tag, this may very well be your shop. The clerks at this particular location are fabulous - helpful and happy to give you a sample of a given product to take home. Based on your skin type, they can make some great recommendations. Lush's products, however, can be a mixed bag, so definitely see about trying something out before you buy. A lot of the products contain bits and chunks of dried vegetable matter for their scrubby properties, which is all well and good until you see the mess that they make in your tub. Many contain glitter, so, if you've got a 9-5 at a conservative office, you might want to doublecheck that your soap won't make you too sparkly for the office. (Lush is pretty good about placing warning signs up about which products contain glitter.) And some products even require refrigeration to stay their best. Vegans will appreciate that Lush has many products that are tailored to their particular ethics. It's not for everyone. I personally love the concept, however, and many of their products are things I try to keep a small stock of at all times. Soaps can be pricey (often well over $10 a bar) but are unique enough to be worth the occasional indulgence. This Lush shop stands out, however, for its exceptional customer service. Unlike the Newbury street location, this one wasn't overly crowded, and that gave shoppers enough space to enjoy their shopping experience. read more

I LOVE LUSH. My friend and I go in here and I just tell them to tell me what to buy. The Roots deep conditioner is the best thing I've done for my hair in years. My hair is really long and I perm it so it needs some moisture and TLC. The Burlington location is by far my favorite. The other locations are just a little too pushy, while Burlington is less pushy and more informative. My friend and I once spent over an hour with one of the ladies there, I wish I remember her name but she has some pink hair and takes care of their Facebook page. She had so much knowledge about the products and what would be best for our hair and skin issues. She even told us about the amazingness that is Dharma Glass straws, now I have a four pack of glass straws, (not sold at Lush, haha) The only thing I don't like that I've tried is the Charity Pot. Does this make me a horrible person? I bought it and the smell was just SO strong and stayed with me all day, kind of made me nauseous at some points. I love buying Christmas and birthday gifts here, there's always something nice for the people you don't care enough about to know what they would want but you have to buy them a present anyway, and the packaging is adorable! I love you Lush! read more

Love the products but I'd rather buy them online. LUSH stores are horrendous when it comes to up selling. I'm sure they're required to push shoppers into buying multiple items and telling you that everything that you touch is just amazing, but enough is enough. I now enter the store grab what I need and make every attempt to avoid the pushy sales crew. read more

Is it Valentine's Day, already? No, it was mid-September and for some reason, Cupid struck my heart, and now I'm madly and crazy in love! I don't often shop here because their products last for a very long time. This was my first visit in the last 3-4 years. I was due for a visit for my aching back. I knew what I was buying so, I bee-lined straight to the massage bars. Standing there was Katie. She was there for every one of my needs. Testing through each bars they had, she caressed my hands, and then I literally died. My being floated away for a few minutes, as Katie was describing the product, and then I resurrected back to life. It was hypnotic. This was a definite outer-body experience. I was caught up in the essence and beauty. With just taking those few luxurious minutes to test through each bar, in they went into my hand basket. Katie was just a sweetheart and took the time to show me each of their product line. Bri, I'm assuming, the manager on duty, was beyond the any kind of manager I've ever encountered. Very much like Katie, super sweet and a gentle soul. The energy in this store when they are around is just simply alluring. I'll reiterate -- I was in immense pain just before stepping foot into Lush. And, within five minutes, half the soreness was uplifted by these two beautiful faces! All the while, I couldn't believe how nice these two fabulous women are, I also purchased an intoxicating, delicious body scrub. It smelled so fresh, I could eat it! I left with more than I bargained for. These women were ultra kind and generous. I definitely walked out with a brand new kind of high. Life felt sweet after meeting these two ladies. Just days after, I knew I was addicted. So, I went back to see if they were there. Unfortunately, neither were there. So, if you want a great experience, look for Bri and Katie. This was a pleasurable shopping experience. My daughter recently became aware of the evils of priduct testing on animals and thwn of of Lush, so off to the mall we go. If you aren't a fan of long walks through various stores, just park bt Nordstrom's and you're there. The staff here are very attentive and friendly and honestly, they really know their stuff. We opted for a few bath bombs and they offered us a free sample of another product to try. They really maximize their tiny space, and it works. Their products are all natural, which is a bonus for our sensitive skin. I'm intrigued by the hand dip so perhaps we will try that on our next visit. Not inexpensive but worth the splurge. Not sure how bath bombs work? Check out the videos on YouTube. A solid product! read more

After having visited more than one Lush location ( including one in Ireland) I can say that this is by far my favorite location. Why, you may ask? The staff acknowledges you and then....backs off! Yes! I can sniff, ponder, and browse to my lil hearts content at my leisure. That being said I left with "BIG" for my hair and a healthy sample of a lovely soap ( of course I can't remember the name now:( ). Rock on Lush! read more

I really love this location. I live closer the Salem, Nh lush but find that location small and not as friendly. This Lush is spacious and friendly. Nice products but I just couldn't justify the prices. $17-20+ for a smallish jar of hand lotion or facial wash, I'm sure it is nice stuff, and I know it's all natural which is great, but it is much too expensive for what it is. The main ingredient in many of the moisturizing bars was cocoa butter. I have a tub of cocoa butter from CVS that was $4, why would I pay more than twice that because you shaped it into a cute shape of a heart or gingerbread man...the cute shape will be ruined the first time you rub it on anyway. I don't consider myself cheap, I enjoy quality and I will splurge on quality items that last, such as a piece of clothing I will wear for years or a nice pair of shoes that will last. A small jar of lotion or face soap is only going to last a few weeks, I just can't bring myself to watch my money swirl down my shower drain. Also, I must say the sales girls at Lush were annoying. They meant well, and they were nice, but they would not leave me alone to browse. One of them followed me around the store and every item I even so much as glanced at, she told me ALL about it. I am the type of person who would ask the salesperson if I wanted to know more about something. Otherwise please just say hello, inform me of any sales, and let me shop. I even told them I was "just looking" when they initially asked. I was tired and just came from a long day of work, I wanted to browse in peace and relax, instead I found myself anxious to get out of there to rid myself of this clingy salesgirl. I wish she had just said "hello" and "let us know if you have any questions about the product" I ended up buying a bar of pumpkin soap because it was on sale since halloween is now over. It was six dollars so not nearly as outrageous as their other prices. A good-sized bath bar of "non sale" soap is like $20. And don't come here looking for sales, I only saw 2 sale items. read more

I am a huge LUSH fan. I've been to just about all the LUSH's in MA, NH and NY by now. This one is alright.. the selection is usually pretty good. The store is spacious enough where you have some breathing room while browsing. My one complaint is that the salespeople are just too in-your-face, although they are very friendly. During my last visit I was greeted by one and politely told her that I loved the brand and knew what I wanted. We even joked about the lengths I go to get to a LUSH since I live in Maine. But then one or two of the salespeople STILL followed me around and asked me more than once if I've tried certain things and tried to get me to buy things I didn't want or need. Finally, when the salespeople started singing loudly to the show tunes playing, I KNEW it was time to leave, lol. read more

If there were 6 stars I would put that. These ladies and gents are amazing here. Always welcoming me like a usual houseguest. Showing me around the new products. They provide me with loads of information and love. They make sure to find your fit for anything or even your fix. The smell walking in is beautiful and always calming. Always more than welcome to give samples and demos. Ask these lovely ladies and gents anything, they will answer your question and more. The only bad thing is you will want to buy everything. What is UPPPP with the samples @ the Burlington location? I haven't not tried a new product since summer because every time I ask for one I feel like I'm asking for a freebie...I get a weird look followed by "Ok let me check and see if we can do that"..ummm , you can, every other location does it and seems happy to provide a sample, except Burlington. So the other day I ran in to get my usual hair bar and saw a new liquid shampoo I wanted to try, I asked for a sample, 3 sales people later I had my sample along with my $50 purchase. Next day I take a shower excited to try the new shampoo and low and behold I have enough to wash maybe ONE side of my head (mind you have a thin average length hair), def not enough to get a full idea of how this works considering I needed another shampoo I had on hand to finish the wash. Other locations give you enough for a couple of days but I would of been happy with enuff for ONE wash! Do they prefer returns on a full size products instead, makes no sense, just provide an ample amount so the customer can decide if they like it. I'll stick to the North Shore mall location, always great service!! read more

The ladies here are super duper helpful (sometimes overly so, but I forgive them for it because they're just so sweet!), they're very knowledgeable about the products, and I have never felt mislead or disappointed in any of my purchases. I love lush products and their ethical business choices, but I was so impressed today- my skin has been super dry, and I have super sensitive skin, so I'm very wary of new products. The salesgirl here not only explained the products, but gave me two week- long samples to try and see if they make me break out or cause an allergic reaction. Are you kidding? SO HELPFUL and that generosity basically guarantees that I'll be back to buy the one I like better. I wish all stores were as willing to let you try out products. Also- they were not pushy at all, and during the Xmas season pushy salespeople are my worst nightmare. Thanks lush! read more

Aw, Lush. I just love you. How could I shower without you? I go to the Chestnut Hill location mostly because it is the closest to my house. On occassion, I travel over to this location. The girls here are SO AWESOME! They don't pressure you (I'm looking at you, Natick Lush!) and they are super nice and patient. I went in there with a super crisis, aka my skin was breaking out like I just turned 13. I had no clue how to fix it because I have never, ever broken out before. It was horrifying. They sat me down, showed me product after product and let me take my time to decide which I would want - I went with Dark Angels cleanser. Oh my god, my skin is literally flawless now! I have been going out places and people stop and say "Wow, your skin is so glowy and clear!" YAY! Thank you Lush Burlington, you all are such sweetiepies. I will be back ASAP once my gigantic pile of Lush starts to get used in entirety. I could not survive without this brand and now that I have this cleanser for my face it completes my entire shower and skincare regimen. Love ya'll, thank you! Keep up the good work! read more

I've been a huge fan of these products since the 90's when you had to order through the mail. I live 5 minutes from the Burlington Mall location, however would recommend the North Shore Mall location due better customer service and product knowledge, I go the Burlington location when I'm grabbing something that I've already used and love, North Shore Mall location when I want to try new stuff, as they seem more knowledgeable and willing to give out samples which saves me a lot of time returning products I didn't like.Burlington location will give out samples with hesitation, you have to ask for it where as North Shore willingly gives them so you don't feel like your "begging".
