You can see the display when you first walk in with a video playing on your right. The women working Eunjoo she told us she's the owner showed us a brochure and explained about the product and was very nice. She told us if you are not happy with the product you can return it in 40 days, but there's nothing that says that so I had her wright it on the receipt. The price was 650.00 plus tax 690.63 it's very expensive but if it really works and does what she said it would do its worth the price. So we brought it home to try it out after charging it. We discovered it didn't work at all, and the charging cord had been unraveled this product had been used. So we bought it back the next day to show her that it doesn't work she tested it herself and discovered it did not work. So she says I'm going to tell you the truth, I've been using this to show and test to my customers and this is the only one that doesn't work. Well we couldn't believe what we just heard we were very upset. Then she says i was going to call you to tell you to get a new one because the one sold you was already used. This owner is a scam artist and she knows exactly what's she's doing. She didn't even charge my credit card, she said I knew you were going to come back. I'm 66 and I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. Be very aware of this store because if someone writes down all your information from your credit card and phone # and zip code be very aware it's a scam. P. S. No apologies from this woman. She keeped saying i didn't charge you what's the problem. Unbelievable.

This is a very good Nordstrom location. I went in looking to…read morelook around at the women's clothing and also to give the beauty and fragrance counters a spin. The beauty counters were attractively set up and there was plenty of help on the sales floor. I went over to the Lancome counter since I was getting low on some of the products that I usually buy from that company. The saleslady was very helpful and got me the cleanser and eye cream that I was looking to buy. I am happy with the service that I received and look forward to frequenting this Nordstrom store again.

LONG BUT HAPPY STORY: Went to Boston Beauty Supply on 8/2 after inflicting some serious DIY color…read moredamage, (trying to replicate a $$$$ silver color from March that had washed right out). I'd also managed to add some temp blue for a concert that would not come out and I looked like a clown. I'd tried 3 $$$$ salons (and 1 less-$$ one) over the last 90 days with poor/fair results, or no real results at all, leaving me frustrated & trying to disastrously do it myself. SARAH & GINA were so friendly and anxious to help fix me. They patiently explained my myriad of color issues 1-by-1, combined their expertise to select the absolute perfect products (strong enough to do the job, but gentle enough to spare my overly-punished hair), and gave me precision step by steps for each product, including important tweaks & caveats just for my situation (i.e. the "order of go" and to not attempt it all in one day, as I'd planned). Thanks to these incredibly knowledgeable and willing women at Boston Beauty Supply, I HAVE MY SILVER HAIR BACK! I want to thank Gina and Sarah for going above and beyond for me and taking the time to help a desperate girl out. I've been walking around with harsh, teenagery, did it myself looking hair for months (I'm 53). Thanks to you ladies, I feel like myself again.
