I found Kenzo through a quick Yelp search and chose it based on the pricing and proximity to my house. It was tough to find at first at the salon is actually up the stairs in side the building on the corner downtown. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and checked in to a bright, well kept space. My stylist, Liz, was very professional and kept great conversation the whole time - I could really tell she was passionate about her work. She was thoughtful in making her cuts and asked my preference for the blowout for my final product. I was pleased with the cut, a reshaping job she did to my hair. The session ended with a small gift bag with hair product samples, it was so cute. I was pleasantly surprised with the price as well - $52 for a cut and blow is the least I've spent on a salon appointment in years. It had been about a week an a half since my visit and I had received some unmarked mail at my apartment. When I opened it I was shocked to have received a handwritten thank you note from my stylist. Despite having an overall stellar experience before, this small gesture really solidified my positive experience ex Kenzo. I urge everyone in the northern Boston area to check it out, you will not be disappointed.

She is, by far, the most precise in her haircuts than any other stylist I've had experience with. She can (and currently is) take a hair from a modern pixie cut to an a-symmetrical bob without any "awkward" stages in between. As a client-I look for a salon that always invests in its stylists. Marisa's salon frequently partakes in different workshops/classes and they are always excited to try new tricks on clients. I also want to add that Bianca is a tremendously talented eyebrow artists. In addition to doing funky colors as a stylist, she gave me the perfect brow arch and will have me as a brow client for life! Salon is a super easy drive from Boston too! The Salon is very clean and everyone who I have met who works there has been extremely professional and accommodating. I recently brought my daughter who has biracial hair. She has a lot of it and needs to be handled with care. OUr appointment was with different stylists then the one I see. She did a great job easing my 8 year old through the wash, blowout and straight ironing. Her hair looked shiny and so healthy after her cut and blowout. She even put the cutest front braid in it. I am excited to be able to have a double salon day with my bff. Thanks Salon Fabiano.
