Good food comfort food. I would try if I am down there as it was worth the stop. Try the devil eggs and corn bread very good

Loved the atmosphere. Waitstaff was great. We got the Nashville hot chicken & waffles which was great. Also got the chicken pot pie, it was heavily seasoned with something I could put my finger on - it was just too much. Will go again. Just not for the pot pie. read more

Danielle, She came back to refill my Bellini (which she has been doing so consistently) and I told her "wow, you're great." And she replies "you're great!" Really such a pleasure to have as a waitress. Thank you for having my sister and I! We will be back and hope to have Danielle again. regards, Daniela ;) read more

Samantha was a wonderful hostess. When the music was too loud inside she brought us outside under a working fan. She even bussed the table herself. Bacon tots and egg rolls were yummy read more

Our waitress Daniella the diva was amazing. The best waitress on staff. She accommodated us amazingly and the rest of the staff is great. Will definitely come back. read more

Love their biscuits, chicken, shrimp n grits, brisket, honestly everything is rich and beyond tasty!

Good ambience and service. Great dinner menu choice and cocktails. The salmon was cooked just right.

The chicken and waffles is a MUST if you go to Batch! By far the best I've ever had. I also had the burnt ends as an appetizer- it was ok, nothing too fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back again! read more

We are from Washington,DC first time visitors to West Palm Beach and went to this restaurant for a Saturday Brunch type vibe, our server Camilo was the absolute best ! I can't stress it enough he was the ultimate number 1 customer service. Next time we visit we will for sure come back here! The vibe in the restaurant was amazing, food was amazing, bottomless mimosas amazing! Everything was great 5 stars! Especially to Camilo! read more

Enjoyable atmosphere, nice staff. I had the duck hash and my friend had fried chicken covered in gravy. We both went for the watermelon tea. The two of us really enjoyed our meals and the duck was so moist and tender. I can't wait to go back and try something else. New, fun, and inventive! read more

LOVED this place! I'm a big barbecue person, so this hit the spot! Our table split almost every appetizer on the menu and everything we ate was phenomenal. The drinks hit the spot as well! Next time I'm in the west palm area I'll be sure to stop here again read more

We tried this restaurant based on reviews. It did not disappoint. From appetizers to main course, everything we ordered was delicious. Quick service and friendly staff. There is no kids menu so the kiddos shared an entree and ate it all! read more

My bf and I had heard some amazing things about Batch, so we decided to stop by for Sunday Brunch. While we were approaching the front door, we heard some pretty loud music coming from that area, but didn't assume it was coming from Batch (the restaurant is located near a night club, so we thought it was coming from there.) Boy were we wrong, we opened the door and low and behold, music BLASTING at such an ear bleed level that we couldn't even hear the waitress ask us if we wanted a table or to sit at the bar. We mentioned how loud the music was to her and her response was "haha yeah". My bf and I just looked at each other and walked right out. Thought this would be such a nice spot for some comforting food and conversation, but can see they're trying to compete with the nightclub next door. Don't understand the fascination of BLASTING music at 12pm in the afternoon at a restaurant‍ read more

Danielle our waitress was amazing!!! She made our visit 100 times better in just a couple minutes. When you go here, ask for her!!!!

My favorite for brunch! Always busy because the food is incredible and it's located right in the heart of Clematis downtown. The chicken and waffles are life changing! Trust me! You won't be disappointed with the flavor combination of this sweet and savory dish! read more

If I could do a one word review it would be..."Meh." This place sits where the great Alchemist one stood. It was dead when we walked in and for good reason their menu shows no effort, just dressed up "southern" dishes and the drink menu Is far less impressive. We tried their Carolina Sweet tea and on tap G&T both were loaded with sugar and very little liquor. You would think a restaurant this empty would have quick service but the waiting staff was no where to be found and kitchen took for ever to bring out a simple desert. I'm not one to be harsh with restaurants but I don't see this place lasting another season. read more

Jordan and Todd make this place run. My roommate and I are regulars and they always make sure we are taken care of. Through COVID and all, batch is my favorite restaurant on clematis. read more

Unimpressed, to say the least. I do not like leaving reviews like this, as I had high expectations for this place. First mistake was booking my Birthday brunch here with the Palm Beach Boat Show going on. Very crowded and hard to find parking. I should have realized before choosing this spot, but I've been wanting to try for awhile and thought I should get to go where I want for my birthday. Reserved a table for 4. When we were sat, they only gave us 3 menus and 3 place settings... had to ask for a fourth of everything. Waited a long time for a lemonade. We ordered pretty quickly and then we waited... and waited. Finally our server said they were plating our food and would be right out... then we waited almost another 15mins. Meanwhile the table sat way after we were had already received their food. When they finally brought our food they only brought a portion. My mom waited another 5 minutes for her eggs Benedict because they had to poach the egg. 1hr we waited for our food and it was mediocre at best. My husband didn't receive all his food and all he ordered was eggs and bacon. Terrible. I gave 2 stars because my chicken sandwich was pretty tasty but fries were cold and chicken had definitely sat around awhile before brought to me. We won't be back. Also, was too loud and we couldn't even hear each other talk. Not what I expected for a Sunday brunch. read more

Wonderful lunch with friends. Two of us had the dirty south burger absolutely delicious and one had salad with shrimp also delicious. Our server Andrew was excellent and fun. Will definitely be back. read more

Delicious food awesome staff. I always get the chicken & waffles.

Food was great I would recommend the brisket & short rib burger and fries the bacon tots are pretty good as well

Wow! What a Sunday brunch - complete with a DJ spinning old skool R&B. Great vibe. A bit crowded during a pandemic; super spreader crossed our minds for sure. Had a reasonable wait with reservations. Thank goodness for friendly host Summer, who seated us with a smile and complimentary shots of something refreshing for waiting patiently. Party of 6, we sat in the very back with a good view of impromptu birthday dance celebrations. We started with their Deviled eggs which were surprisingly tasty. Bacon set them apart from usual deviled eggs. Tried their Mac & Cheese with a bites of hard steak atop (I think) - best without the meat Cheesy! I had Batch's Chicken & Waffles, Nashville style. It was flavorful to say the least. Half a chicken is a generous serving. It comes piping hot with a spice kick. Love the honey dip jars. Would offer maple syrup as alt. on table. The other meals/breakfasts around the table were described as "ok" - Southern Crispy chicken breakfast, and Steak & Eggs. Overall, a great spot for a bottomless brunch with above average menu. Careful with the drinks, they will sneak up on ya. Just ask the dancing birthday girls! read more

This place blows. I waited 15 minutes to be attended. Waited another 30 minutes to get my order and a beer. Then to top it off, got a vegetarian burger that was supposed to be for the girl next to me. She ate into my burger so I had to wait to get my burger for another 15 minutes. Already more than an hour without my food. Then I got the burger and there was no hint of brisket inside of it. Really expensive burger for such low quality. When I finished I got another beer just to wash out the bad taste of burger out of my mouth. Couldn't spend any It's money on those place. Absolute garbage! The guy next to me said he also had bad experience from here and anticipated mess ups the whole night. The guy with a man bun at the bar was horrible. Didn't give me utensils and a napkin when I came in and was not attentive to me. He treated me like I was just there to bother him. I had to really grab his attention and track him down to get anything. He never came by to check on me. Only when instructed to my another employee and was still slightly hesitant. This place was not super busy either so no excuses wee valid. Never coming back no matter what and didn't even get a picture of the food from how bad it was presented and delivered. Terrible! Do not come and waste your money. read more

Went here for a friends birthday and the wait staff took such good care of us. The drinks are so good and are perfect for a happy hour. Will definitely be returning. read more

Thought the menu and drinks looked intriguing so we went and tried it. Drinks took a while and we ordered appetizers as soon as they took our drink order. A hour later we still didn't have our entrees. When we needed drinks I had to go find someone to order them from. When we finally walked to the hostess station to ask about our food someone came back and said it was going to be "a while longer". read more

My family and I wanted to try a new place for Father's Day. I saw the reviews on Yelp as well as the pictures of the food and was really excited to check this place out. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us right away (we had a reservation). Then it took 20 to 30 minutes before our waiter greeted us as we watched new tables come in and get greeted right away. My husband and I found that to be annoying but we are very patient and let it go. We first ordered a Diet Coke, water, apple juice, espresso martini, and an old fashion. We got our Diet Coke and water about 25 minutes later and then after another 10 minutes went by we finally received our daughters apple juice and our alcoholic beverages. By this time we've been in the restaurant seated for about an hour and just receiving our drinks. Then we ordered the bacon tots and they were so good! The ranch sauce was so good and you could tell they made it fresh in house. We could see many people ordering the chicken and waffles and knew we needed to get some sort of fried chicken for our entree. Then we ordered the Mac and cheese with fried chicken, onions, and truffle as well as the fried chicken Nashville sliders. The Mac and cheese came out cold in the middle and hot on the sides and the Nashville sliders chicken came out chewy on stale buns. I sent back the mac and cheese and received it again cold without the truffle which was a 2.50 add on. I asked them to take the Mac and cheese off which they did (which is why they received 2 stars instead of one) but I am still upset I spent almost 100.00 and all my family ate was the appetizer. The reviews here don't make any sense to our experience. I would not come here or recommend it to anyone. Also a side note it was not busy at all. The restaurant was about 60-70% occupied. There was no reason our family spent over 3 hours there to eat our dinner. read more

Went for Father's Day. We had reservations and our party of four was promptly seated. We ordered biscuits with our drink order prior to ordering our meal. It took over an hour to get our biscuits. The food and service was average. The only enjoyable part of the brunch was the DJ played great music. I would not recommend this place to eat at, but it's fine if your looking for a drink. read more

Absolutely love this place. I've been here multiple times and each time has been outstanding. This is now my favorite place in West Palm beach to eat. The waitress (Porscha W) was amazing. Since this was my first time, she suggested all my drinks and foods which turned out to be delicious. Had to wait for 45 minutes after making a reservation. Finally got in a the waitress was completely rude. Had no mask on and spit as she was talking. Then it's been literally an hour and we still haven't gotten our food. The chicken and waffles is 21 dollars definitely will not be returning! read more

Went for appetizers and drinks. Service was subpar and the food was not tasty at all. Drinks weren't consistent-how do you mess up a whiskey sour? I really don't understand what the hype is about. Overrated and I wouldn't return. read more

Good food and great location. Good place to watch sports. Could use improvement in service and communication. We made it clear we were gluten free and the server said the herb roasted oysters are GF. We ordered a dozen and they were tasty, but something wasn't right. We realized they were supposed to have a Parmesan crust on them, but they didn't. We didn't come to this realization until we were almost done. The server was perplexed as to why there was no Parmesan cheese on them and went to inquire. She same back a few minutes later and told us the Parmesan cheese was mixed with bread crumbs, so the chef left it off - as he should have - but this should have been explained BEFORE our order was prepared. We would not have ordered them. The server erred in telling us they were GF, but in fact they are not and she made no attempt to rectify the problem. Prices here are a bit on the high side. read more

Terrible hospitality and service. After trying to place an order online it would not let me select the "pickup" option, only delivery. I spent 5 minutes trying to change it. Orders were being accepted through the system. I got all the way to paying. Ultimately, I decided just to call and place the order for pick up as I didn't want to pay the delivery fees - I was happy to pick it up. After listening to a robot menu, I finally got a person on the phone who told me the kitchen closed three minutes ago, and proceeded to refuse to take my order. Had the initial online experience not been a nightmare, and the robot menu over the phone taken, so long maybe I would've been the 180 seconds earlier I needed to be. read more

Best southern food in South Florida ! Staff is amazing and they have the best brunch on the street for sure

Went for dinner here on a week night recently and I had a wonderful experience. The drinks were great, all with a lot of house made ingredients, delicious and easy to drink. We had the bacon rind and the tots as appetizers, both were dangerously delicious. We had the chicken and waffles, again great. For dessert we ordered the apple crisp, a perfect finish with toasted oats and ice cream. Service was friendly, informative and efficient with great recommendations. I look forward to going back again. read more

Brunch at Batch is pretty good. The bottomless drink options are very good with 5 different drinks to choose from. The food is a little over priced. Unless you're getting the chicken and waffles, expect the portion to be on the small side. The dinner menu is a very disappointing. For this to be a New Southern Kitchen a lot of the food options are lacking that hearty flavor associated with the South. Come for brunch. Expect to be at least slightly disappointed for any other meal. read more
