Great Bar. Great Atmosphere.. Owner is Awsome.. great drinks.. Gouges ladys everywhere.. however one beer should never ever ever ever ever cost 15 dollars.. Figure that out and I'll change this to 5 stars. read more

Great food and atmosphere. I am in the area for work and just wanted to have good food and a drink. Batch checked off all the boxes. Sat at the bar and was served with a smile (behind a mask) and was attended to promptly. Food was delicious, I had the Nashville sliders and the old fashion was perfect! Will be back! read more

We were in town over Christmas and made reservations to have Christmas dinner here. The food was so good and the environment was cool too. Our waitress was awesome as well. Clematis St is definitely a favorite dining spot for our family and Batch is no different. read more

Don't put baby in a corner. Mostly empty tonight when we walked in. Came by because of the yelp reviews. Asked if we had reservations and when we said 'no' they sat us is the last back booth. When I asked to move they rolled their eyes. We left. read more

Went tonight for Valentines dinner. Was immediately sat for my reservation in a sold out scenario. They obviously honor reservations . Had the brisket ends app and cornbread. They were awesome. My husband had the brisket short rib burger. It was delicious by itself and the fried egg and cheddar were even better. The fried chicken and waffles were spot on and the banana pudding for dessert was a don't miss. Try it if you want some good southern gourmet. read more

First time here for an early dinner. Food and drinks are all house made without freezers or microwave. Randal was our waiter and was great explaining the menu and drinks. Wife had a cucumber crush which she found very refreshing. Not shy in alcohol either. I selected a watermelon sweet tea that was perfect flavor and not too sweet. We had the brisket burger and blackened shrimp and grits. Best food we have had in a long time. The sauce around the grits was made of beer, bacon and butter! What is there not to love! Very well made! Dinner was topped off with homemade banana pudding with banana infused whipped cream. Too many homemade cookies but still amazing! Highly recommend this place for drinks and excellent food! Randal as a waiter was best too! read more

Great service! Definitely southern hometown comfort food! Mac n Cheese was amazing, drinks were amazing but chicken and waffles weren't what I expected. Corn bread waffle is not my thing; however, did like the bourbon syrup. The fried chicken wasn't great for me either. It was decent but I was looking for amazing from the reviews. read more

Chicken Hotsliders here are DEEELISH. This place is awesome - you can tell the owners out a lot of care into this place. Me and the wife found our go to spot! :) read more

Food was very good service was exceptionalwent here for dinner prior to going to see the show excellent choice

Came here last night with my friend for dinner after having wanted to try this place for a while. I ordered the Shrimp n Grits with a side of collard greens and she ordered the Jambalaya. My meal came with 6 large blackened shrimp that were a little overly spicy but definitely the best part of the meal. The grits left a lot to be desired and I've honestly had better at Cracker Barrel. The grits were dry and bland as were the collard greens. For a drink, I had the spiked root beer which was incredibly bitter and black licorice tasting. I didn't want to leave unsatisfied so we had the banana pudding as a last ditch effort after seeing it come out to another table. The pudding came out with a creme brûlée'd banana in it which looked nice but tasted bitter. There were also no chunks of banana in the actual pudding. I thought it was decent, but my friend found it way too sweet. I personally think the Publix deli version is much tastier. The good news is that it was pretty empty for a Friday night, so if you're looking for somewhere quiet to catch up with a friend over dinner on Clematis, this is a good choice. read more

Some of the best service and food that I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. The Bacon Brussel Sprouts are amazing. The elevated deviled eggs are spot on. The flat iron steak was so buttery and tender that I didn't have to use a knife to cut it. If you are ever in this area, do your stomach a favor and stop here to get an amazing meal. read more

Soooooo good! Loved the fun lively atmosphere. Came for brunch and the unlimited bellinis just kept coming. The cinnamon rolls were perfect and a perfect size to share. The southern chicken was crispy and cooked just right. Service was on point. Can't wait to come back again! read more

My husband and I had brunch there this past Saturday. The wait for a server was a bit lengthy BUT the food was delicious. We had the deviled eggs and avocado toast for starters. My husband had the steak and eggs for his entree and I had the shrimp with grits. Will definitely visit again soon read more

Very bad service here. Drinks were watered down - why so much ice? Next the service was piss poor. No water refilled, cold food, late service, and when I asked to see the manager, no one came. Don't go here. Not worth it read more

This place was AMAZING. Everyone was super sweet. Social distancing measures were adhered to and everyone wore masks. I ordered the Mac and cheese with shrimp and grilled chicken toppers. I was overly pleased. The food was still as amazing when I reheated it the next day. I'll definitely come back. read more

Went here for brunch today and our server Justin was fantastic. My bottomless frosè was never empty and the food was to die for. I was skeptical about cinnamon buns with no icing, but do not fret. These were some of the best cinnamon buns I've ever had. I ordered the chicken and my friend ordered the eggs Benedict and we couldn't get enough. They had a dj spinning party music, and it was just a great atmosphere. If you're a brunch girl, then go here! read more

Disappointing. It seems like this place is more about concept and theme than the actual food. Server was pleasant enough. We had the appetizer of the pulled pork eggrolls which were good. However, on the shrimp and grits we had, the grits were tasteless. Certainly not the white cheddar and jalapeno grits promoted on the menu, but more just from a box from the grocery store. Not even diner level grits. Also, for our chicken and waffles, the fried chicken had been too long in the fryer. Very hard surface, kind of like a rock, with, of course, very dry chicken within. We were a little surprised that the pleasant server did not inquire of why we had eaten so little from our plates. read more

Average food, solid homemade cocktails. One star because they nickel and dime you for everything, charging an extra $2 on every whiskey just for pouring it into the glass. SMH. Quickest way to lose a customer for life. A change in management would serve this place well. read more

Mediocre food at best. Average drinks. We tried the avocado toast and it was very bland, old fashioneds were basic and nothing special. Service was sub par and the lighting is very bright during dinner hours which makes for a weird ambience. No reason to go back with so many other good restaurants nearby! read more

Ww were looking forward to this place given the Yelp reviews but left completely disappointed. Poor service and bland food. A deadly combination to deliver in the restaurant business. Staff looked clueless and disorganized and they succeeded in cooking a tasteless burger. Also, why ask what you want on it if you're not going to follow instructions. Good thing we're from out of town and won't be back. read more

Having been here in the past, I had high expectations. Today's experience was one of the worst experiences I have had in the area in a long time. When I arrived, the host was extremely rude and ignored me. She was busy talking to her friends. After waiting for her to finish a personal conversation, she finally checked me in. The restaurant was very busy and the scene looked like a great time. When she checked me in, she just walked away not saying anything. She came back and pointed at something and walked away again. Eventually I was shown my seat. I had requested a booth, but instead I was placed in a back corner. I asked the waitress if we could wait for a booth, then she walked away. Some worker came up to me, not identifying herself, and told we that they could not accommodate me. I understood it was busy. However I waited over 10 mins for a server and when the server did not come over, I left. Honestly this place has really really gone down hill. I will not be back and would not recommend it. read more

We heard some great things about this southern gem and decided to try for ourselves. We were not disappointed! Fried chicken is on point with the sweat tea batter. The waffles in the chicken and waffles were ok but I wouldn't get it again. read more

Morgan is the best! Very attentive and answered all of our questions. 1st time being here and will definitely be back, all thanks to Morgan!

Love this restaurant! My go to when making lunch plans with friends. The crab cake is one of the best I've had, and large enough to order as your main course rather than an appetizer. Every thing that I've tried on the menu so far has been excellent, I'll definitely be back read more

This place looks promising - so far ordered Blackberry Mint Lemonade - will update review later

Best southern food and fun ambiance. Highly recommend for a fun Sunday brunch. Prices are amazing

OMG. This place here has thee best chicken and waffles! I gave the waitress "the look" because some folks do not season their chicken. She was like trust me the chicken is good. N baby that chicken was seasoned to perfection. The waffles were a good mix of waffle and corn bread, different but delicious. The honey was also on point, way better than syrup. I also had deviled eggs . Will definitely go back. read more

Normally I don't write reviews but this establishment definitely pushed me into doing one. We went for brunch yesterday the wait time was an hour we had no problem with that. We waited patiently fast forward to that hour passing we saw a couple of parties coming in after us being seated while we patiently wait in the wrong that was that. Then when we were finally seated my friend and I was smelling some foul order coming from the restaurant floor. They also had a dirty white rag next to it the hole in the ground. The wood in the front of the restaurant is missing so all we smelled was wet wood so we told the server about the issue she gave us the BIGGEST attitude in the world when we complained about that.Mind you were I was seated the servers were right behind me I will be posting a picture below. Then it's time to take our order the server is constantly taking off her mask to speak and she just keeps getting closer to my face just touching me. The restaurant needs to set guidelines covid is still out keep your mask up and stay six feet within the customer. So, then they finally switched our table because they realized we weren't satisfied so fast forward to us ordering our meals I ordered with the previous server mind you I'm just waiting thinking my order was put in come to find out she never put it in....So at that point I was livid because I had to wait another 30 mins so my friend ordered chicken and waffles I had chicken sliders... My friend tried the chicken and waffles when I tell you the chicken was as salty as the sea it was just TOO salty so she immediately told the manager and he said he was going to take it off the check..I'm guessing that manager told another manager because that's when the weird stares started happening. The server was just the worst I had to get up a couple of times to get stuff myself. The chicken sliders were okay. So the server brings us the check I realized she charged us for " two unlimited mimosas" you have 90 mins I don't know why it's even advertised as unlimited. We only had unlimited mimosas so the server came over and stated she watched my friend drink my mimosas..Mind you I'm allergic to oranges she was just taking a sip to make sure I didn't have an allergic reaction to it because the server was quite confused if it had pineapple or orange juice in it. Now the manager that's skinny and tall caucasian came over and asked us again what was wrong with the chicken and waffles mind you we already told the other manager I would hate to bring race into this but she was just giving me racial vibes why would you ask us again we already told the other gentleman that was a manager. Finally my friend and I walked out we paid for our meals we didn't tip because we weren't pleased with the restaurant, server, nor the food. I heard someone saying HEY in a very loud voice so we turned around and it was the manager the skinny Caucasian manager she followed us outside just because we didn't tip speaking to us in an very loudly voice stating why didn't we tipped so I told her we weren't treated right so I said if you don't want blacks in your establishment just let us know at the door mind you we are two young black women I hate to bring race into this but BATCH doesn't welcome color to their establishment it's crazy because they sat another group of white girls at our other table the group of girls had a candle from the restaurant why didn't they do that for us but no instead they kept repeating do you want to go back on the waiting list and wait for a new table.Mind you the manager came outside her way just to chase us down the block about a tip then she stated "Don't f***** come back to our restaurant" when I tell you I was shocked I couldn't believe it we was never disrespectful to her she didn't have to disrespect us like that. We talk to her with the upmost respect I was don't astonished with that manager behavior. Tipping is optional if the service wasn't good you don't have to tip.I will not ever step a foot in this establishment we were definitely missed treated read more

Great food. Had the Brisket sandwich and it was fantastic. They took precautions to keep tables clean and plenty outside seating.

Excellent pulled pork appetizers and deviled eggs. Food is good quality in the true southern style. Pot pie was good with big skillet crust.
