Daniel was the best server!!! The place is awesome great atmosphere!!! Good food and drinks that you for everything!!!

Bartendar was very nice and friendly. He was taking good care of us, so we decided to eat there and not our usual place on Clematis. Ordering and eating dinner there was not a good experience. My husband's dinner came out separately, his first, then mine 7 or 8 mins later. When I started to eat I noticed my salmon was overcooked and my brussel sprouts were burnt to a crisp. Once the bartender got the manager on duty to come over to us (which took 5 or 6 mins) he said he would prioritize my dish in the kitchen. 10 mins later my dish was put in front of me, new brussels but it was the same salmon piece or it was overcooked again. Very disappointing! read more

The service was great, but my lunch special was so small. It was the shrimp po boy with one piece of bread and two shrimp and that's it...not really a sandwich?? Very disappointed considering the other sandwiches had so much more consistency to them. I dont recommend it. read more

This food was not worth $21.00. it is way too over priced. I make better fry chicken at home than what I was given. The chicken was way too salty for my taste. The waffle was tasteless without the syrup. Also I was served a huge amount of chicken and one waffle, which means I was stuck forcing myself to eat this salty tasting chicken. So maybe you guys need to revamp your servings size to a better proportion. And you are no Red Lobster so stop charging so much for mediocre tasting food. read more

Service was okay, food needs extra seasoning. Although there was a table in the front, the waitress felt the need to sit us all in the back... I didn't appreciate that. The chicken and waffle was terrible. Where's the maple syrup ? The seasoning?! read more

Great food and service! Love the vibe as well. I would suggest reserving a table. The wait can get pretty long.

I went with a small group of 4, I made a reservation & when on the phone I specifically said on the phone I wanted a table inside. When we got their the hostess said that she only had a table outside. I told her we were not okay with it at all because I made the reservation with specific notes. Magically right away she found a table inside. The waitress we had seemed shy. She would start walking up towards our table but then as soon as we would try to say anything she would turn back around. It got annoying after a while because we barely saw her the entire stay. Other than those 2 mishaps, the food was great & they had a DJ for Sunday brunch. read more

The reservation was right on time! Our server was very attentive and helpful, some of the food lacked flavor especially the Mac and cheese was tasteless the jackfruit burger was gross but the fries were awesome . Liked the tater tots. Not sure we will go back and parking is a nightmare read more

I have been to batch a few times for dinner the food was excellent the service was excellent the ambience was fabulous. However today I went for brunch and I w have to tell you If you plan on going for a relaxing quiet brunch forget it the music even sitting outside was at the maximum decibel level and they refused to lower the volume. Our server said it's Sunday brunch that's how we roll. Conversation was all but impossible unless you were yelling my friend had the shrimp and grits which he said was excellent I had smoked duck and bacon hash with two poached eggs it was mostly potatoes very disappointed in the service very disappointed in the food and the music was just too much. It honestly ruined the meal. I have had the chicken and waffles for dinner and it is amazing and I probably should've ordered it for brunch as well but I wanted to try something different. Again I highly recommend it for dinner for brunch unless you like really loud music stay far far away read more

Candy was our waitress here, and she made our experience AMAZING! The lights and atmosphere make for a laid-back, yet elegant setting. Candy's warm attitude and kind-hearted service made us feel at home, and her knowledge of the menu was exquisite. The food was also DELICIOUS, and we would highly recommend the Batch Local Board appetizer, as it's array of meat, cheeses, and bread were to die for. This place fully deserves 5 stars! read more

Phoned in an order, a gentleman took the order. Arrived at pick up time to find my order was never submitted. The woman who asked to help me asked the muscle head guy behind the bar if he knew anything and he replied..."why would I". Nice impression. She apologized and found my order but that it wasnt submitted. She did comp me on my mac and cheese. I also ordered the bacon tots, they were so greasy and burnt. Threw them away. Got a brisket sandwich and a burger. These were so darn good! The fries were awesome! The bacon on the mac and cheese should be illegal it is that DAMN GOOD. Despite the mishap on my order, go here. You will not be disappointed. read more

Indifferent hostess who doesn't even say "follow me" literally just walks away with your menus in hand. Doesn't say anything when she leaves you at your table. Never got a waiter or waitress after waiting for 10 minutes at the table. Not packed for a Sunday at 3pm so can't say that they were full and that's was why the service was not even there. Left, and hostess didn't even ask why. Fix your FOH, it's the first impresión a customer gets. Good luck. read more

One of our go to favorites. The deviled eggs, chicken and waffles, all of it is so good. Never had a bad dish. Great brunch on the weekends.

The food was amazing! so tasteful. And the staff was so kind and genuine. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

This restaurant is great. The bourbon drinks are perfect. The chicken and waffles are the best I have ever had. Service was also excellent. Highly recommend. read more

In anticipation of reservations there with friends in two weeks, two of us went tonight with great expectations, but we left underwhelmed. Our server, Morgan, could not have been nicer, but the wait time for both drink and food were far too long. It took at least 20 minutes to get our cocktail, and a solid 30 minutes between the time we ordered food (entree salads!) until it was served. The restaurant was far from crowded. To her credit, Morgan comped the cocktail, and the food was decent--again, not overwhelming, just decent--but we almost got up to leave before our cocktail and food came. And if a Southern restaurant, where is anything from the pig??? Not sure at all that these folks know what they're doing. Wish them well, of course, but we have cancelled our reservation with friends for two weeks hence. read more

Let me start with the positives. Our server was extremely nice and accommodating. The restaurant design is contemporary and fits their overall theme. Cinnamon rolls were the best thing we ate. However, our overall experience was sub-par. The food took a long time to come out (food came out to another table seated after us of same size) and we were reassured multiple times our food was "coming right up." I would recommend asking the kitchen an ETA and letting us know that or possibly offering another appetizer while we wait. The dish I ordered was their version of a shrimp frittata, except there was no discernible shrimp. I was reassured by the manager that there was indeed shrimp and after eating a few more bites and exploring what was left, there was no evidence of shrimp. The manager came by multiple times telling me there is shrimp and offering more shrimp if I wanted. It's as if he didn't believe me and was badgering me into believing there was shrimp. Eventually, they offered me to choose another dish, however it was almost 2 hours since being there and I was no longer interested in eating there due to the manager's offputting attitude and what was left of a frittata that tasted like straight up Old Bay seasoning. The server was the saving grace and was able to get extra taken off our bill. She even offered to talk to the other manager because our's was not at all helpful. The other people I was with seemed to enjoy their meals (Crabcakes Benedict, Mac and Cheese, sausage and gravy), however, still fell short of their expectations. I would try again only because of our server. read more

Had a really great time at Batch last night with a small group of friends. It was great to get out of the house and be at a place where we can tell cares about their clientele & their safety. We were welcomed by the hostess with a smile (behind her mask) and sat immediately. She sanitized the table again before we sat which was a great touch. The entire staff wore masks and gloves. Staff members were constantly wiping down tables and surfaces. You could see everything was spaced out 6 feet apart. It was comforting to see all these details. We started with some apps - the bacon tots & deviled eggs! They were outstanding - who doesn't love bacon?! One of my buds had the chicken and waffles, which I had to try and it was the best fried chicken I've ever had. I had the Mac Attack with brisket. It was super cheesy and had a spicy & crunchy Frito topping, which added an awesome kick of flavor. The drinks were on point and we really had a great time. The manager Jen even stopped by our table to check on us a couple of times. She was very pleasant and professional. We were taken care of by Megan the bartender. She did a great job the entire night and our drinks were never empty. She really made the experience worth leaving the house. We will most certainly be back. The umbrella covered tables on the patio / street are also a nice touch! read more

John was our server and was absolutely amazing! We never ran out of drinks, he was very knowledgeable of menu and the chicken and waffles was to die for! Definitely recommend read more

Batch Local Kitchen - Cocktail Bars Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

This is for Princess y'all! She was fun, playful and worked the bar. I'll come back just for Miss Princess.

This is for Princess - she is an amazingly fun server. I'll come back here to see her again soon!

Pleasantly surprised by the food and whiskey selection! Everything was good quality and reasonably priced. I recommend it for anyone looking for good southern cooking. The fried chicken was on point! And definitely try the corn bread. read more

I looooove this place. We stumble during happy hour into this amazing place and it was awesome. The bacon tots were the star of happy hour. Then I had some moonshine that had pineapple and jalapeño and it was weirdly amazing. Yummy Cobb salad and excellent cocktails. Music a bit too loud but all in all very enjoyable and will definitely be back to try out more menu items. read more

A generic, underwhelming tour of southern comfort food. Ridiculously noisy, stressed out waiters and overcooked food that despite their claims to being locally sourced seemed previously frozen, or in the case of the jambalaya, out of a can. read more

So when my fiancé and I arrived we were told that there would be a 45 minute wait. Once we sat down our waitress came out in good timing. We ordered drinks I had the lemonade it was watered down. I ordered the cornbread appetizer and it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. We ordered the chicken and waffles which was pretty good. We also ordered the impossible burger it was ok nothing to write home about. The food was a little pricey as well not worth the money. read more

We had never been here but tried it and we were so glad we did! DELICIOUS!!! The Bellini doesn't come in a small flute, their a lot. And that chicken and waffles is one of the best ever, the chicken was seasoned so well! I can't wait to make it back here. read more

The Batch was pretty good. I must return for brunch at some point but the food was really good. Staff was super helpful and friendly not to mention super attentive with us. read more

I made reservations for 8 people two weeks ago for Mother's Day, May 08, 2022. I called today April 24 to add an additional 2 people to the reservation, the manager would not consider it. He said no we are busy, everyone has the same idea you do, would you like to cancel your reservation. The Batch, I know is small but when you already have a reservation for 8 you cannot add 2 more people???? I guess He doesn't need the business or should I say my business. read more

Food here is so southern. Loved our waiter. He was so detailed about the things on the menu, and he was very quick. the food was ABSOLUTELY delish. Chicken and waffles was by the far the best I've ever had. Also the atmosphere really is what got me wanting to just stay here longer. GREAT place highly recommended. read more

What a great place! We stumbled by this place when downtown tonight without any real aim of where we planned to eat. However, any place I find that has vegetarian or vegan dishes is a place I'm willing to try. I ended up having a BBQ jackfruit sandwich and their house gin and tonic. My God both were amazing! Tiara was our server and she was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend! Especially for my veggie friends. read more

Started out fine-reservation honored on time for outdoor seating. Waiter (Andrew) promptly took drink orders served them and we ordered apps and entrees-here's where it all went downhill. After 40 minutes and NO apps a server appears with our entrees-we cancelled the apps-ordered drinks with dinner-halfway through our meals the drinks are still absent. No waiter around-time to find a manager.Find him inside the restaurant on the way to our table with the drinks-apparently he's been clued in that we are having less than a pleasant dining experience, Offers his apologies with no reason given for the poor execution. Also, hostess was rude and unprofessional- questioned us because we were sitting at a table under an umbrella due to a rain shower--this was located next to the table she seated us at- our waiter had moved us (but apparently didn't tell her). And she had the audacity to inform us that we didn't get our apps because we were at the adjacent table. No tact! Clearly not a great restaurant experience (manager did comp drinks but hardly worth it). The bright side- The food was excellent (salmon, swordfish, burger) - would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the side order of agita. read more

Great service! Managers are awesome. Food was great. Old fashioned ribs with infused watermelon. Tell me where else can you get a meal like that.
