Always great and fresh. It's become my new favorite place. My only complaint is that when I order delivery though the app, they never put my sauces. read more

I would be shocked if this place made it. I hope they do, but it looks no different then the last restaurant that was in the same footprint. The first two things that I ordered off the drink special menu were not available. It was a Thursday night. Nuff said read more

Literally amazing! The corn bread was to die for and the service was great: able to accommodate large group

This place is okay but I am going to give it a second chance because i love the concept and I feel they have potential. I went for lunch and no one was up front to greet us. We were greeted by the bartender who seemed bothered he had to come up and sit us down. He was not very friendly. I had the brisket sandwich and it was okay. I've had great bbq so my standards are very high. I was not impressed at all. The french fries are amazing!!! I will definitely return and will rate them again. read more

This place is a WOW twist on southern favorites! We had brunch, each of us having something different, and the only one to take home left overs was the mac & cheese kid. It didn't look unusually large but he could not finish, although enjoyed every bite. I never get burger when we go out but had the brisket burger and was not disappointed! It was big enough for me to give a bite to 3 in our party that were drooling over my choice. The chicken and waffles - sooooo much food! I've read others review the chicken as bland, but I found it better than any I've tried at "chicken" places. It had just the right amount of pepper and no lumps of breading, just yummy chicken. The waffles were good too (did I get just a bit of jalapeno in them???). The music was just a little too loud for brunch time, and I was just a little disappointed that Bud and Bud Lite were the only 2 bottled beers that I am not allergic to, and they were out of the Lite, but that doesn't make or break my decision to go back, and we will definitely be back. A+++ read more

Food was amazing - wish there was something up in the northeast. Had the chicken and waffles and old fashioned. Amazing

The food was delicious and super creative. Loved the drinks as well. Our server Daniel was excellent.

Batch is amazing, the food is great & Jake is the best bartender!!!! Sunday brunch is busy, but they still care about the guests!

I decided to visit it this new southern restaurant that has be open for a few months now. This was the best decision I made our host Whitney was so sweet and kind there wasn't anything we asks her she didn't do . The food was very delicious customer service was great . Definitely will be turned back if your look for delicious food and excellent service come to Batch read more

See all

Food was delicious, atmosphere is great and the service from Danielle was on point, above and beyond! Thanks for a lovely Sunday brunch

I don't think you can go wrong with any item on their menu. The chicken and waffles were amazing and I'd come back to try their crab cake benedict and chicken pot pie. The service is great, very attentive! read more

This new place on clematis is a great edition! Southern food with southern hospitality. The service was beyond superb. The bartender took his time to explain the menu, the specials, and drinks! For me sometimes when service is great, food can be subpar and I'll be alright with it. But the food was beyond subpar, it was fantastic!! I'm very picky with food and always have high expectations with flavor and quality of food. This place passed it all! We ordered the chicken and waffles, bacon tots, and the riblets. All AMAZING. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The riblets is an app and cooked so well, not dry at all, chicken and waffles you can definitely split between two- no dry chicken up in here, brined with sweet tea and cooked to perfection, the waffles is a mixed of cornbread and , get the bacon tots- you'll thank me later. read more

My friends and I had so much fun at Batch! We can't get over how nice the staff was. Cheyenne, Ian, & Phoebe were so great to us. The best vibes. Thanks guys! read more

First time visiting West Palm and Batch did not disappoint. Fun atmosphere (get a booth), great food, good service, but a bit pricey. They also had a great drink menu! We ordered the Pot Pie and Mac and cheese with fried chicken for dinner. The Pot pie was PERFECT! So flavorful and a huge portion! The mac and cheese with fried chicken was also very good but a bit overpriced at $17. The fact that its a bit overpriced is the reason for the 4 stars but overall would defiantly recommend this place! read more

I'm going to start my review from beginning to end of experience. This about our 5th time here, we have come for Christmas dinner, brunch on occasion and tonight for Father's Day. I made a reservation through open table online for 5pm. When we arrived the hostess asked me if I wanted inside or outside. I informed her on our reservations I put a note in for a booth but if none were available than we'd take the next best option which would be a low top table (we have a 3 year old with a fair amount of energy so in a booth we could keep her between us. We waited 45 minutes past reservation time and watched people that walked in get sat before us (which was frustrating) but then the hostess continue to keep up informed letting us know when we were about 5 minutes out from being seated. On our way to our table (booth) she apologized a million times and thanks us for our patience (that alone made the 45 minute wait a little frustrating). Now to our food, we ordered the Cajun Campanelle pasta (my favorite dish there) it was amazing as usual the ingredients were fresh as always. My husband ordered the Mac attack with brisket topping. About 10 minutes after ordering our server came and apologized explaining no more brisket for the night as they have been having issues with the smoker (everytime we have gone we have tried to get brisket and it's never available) it was disappointing but it forced us to try one of the main dishes we have seen served Atleast once to every table there, chicken and waffles. It was so great. The honey they serve it with is the best honey I have ever had! The chicken was HUGE. He barely made a dent in his entree. As an apology our server brought over some bacon tots that the kitchen made extra of by mistake. They were also a bonus and so great! So despite the few inconveniences along the way they really did their best to make up for it and I think they succeeded. We will be back again for sure. Thank you for a great Father's Day meal! read more

Would not recommend if you are looking for decent-good service and some what fresh food. It took us 1 hour to receive our food and when we brought it to someone's attention they told us they sent our server home. So our food had been sitting in the window for who knows how long. When it came it was cold and stale. The manager stopped by and there was no apology for the wait and no offer of reconciliation. Will definitely never go back and will advise my friends to stay away as well. Management really needs to tighten up. read more

Best happy hour on Clematis, bartenders always friendly and attentive! New tuesday evening spot for me. The bacon tots are to die for and the bootlegger drink is delicious! Also, managers are always kind and personable. read more

First time here and was definitely happy with all our choices. Loved our server, JR I think, so personable, friendly. He definitely made our experience special. The ribs were delicious, brisket sandwich was tender and filling. My husband liked the pulled pork egg rolls and the deviled eggs were tasty. Looking forward to trying brunch on the weekend. read more

This is crazy. BEWARE!! We were there Sunday for brunch with a reservation for 10:45AM for 9 people. About a half hour into our stay they blast the music so loud you could not even have a conversation with the person next to you. We spoke with the manager who said she turned it down but it didn't change and actually got more loud. Very disappointing birthday celebration read more

Food was good but not amazing.. atmosphere was really nice, service friendly... bacon tots were the highlight, and root beer float also very yummy read more

My friends and I were in the mood for brunch and bottomless mimosas. So we we decided to go to Batch New Southern Kitchen and Tap and we couldn't be more please with the food and service that we got. The best part of my experience was the energy and outgoingness Nicole brought to our experience. 10/10 recommend and I can't wait to come back! read more

Enjoying my Bday with hubby. Great foods we ordered the Brisket Rib Burger, jambilia and awesome staff

We went there today for brunch. The place looks great, food looks great, employees super nice. Only issue is the music was so loud you could not communicate with anyone without shouting. So, we left. But on appearance alone I give it 5 stars. I will have to go back when the music isn't blasting. I am guessing the food is very good. Not sure I understand the concept of a restaurant doing this. Or, maybe it's a club? Looks like a restaurant. read more

Everything coming from the kitchen is delicious. We've been there several times for the red bean lentil chili. Try the entire menu!

Food was ok. Nothing really spectacular. The service was great, very attentive and a clean establishment.

This is one of the best restaurants I have patronized - and I am not exaggerating. The focus on farm to table extends even to bitters made in house, and the resulting drinks were perfect. We tried a Manhattan and Old Fashioned made by Andrew, who was the bartender and our waiter. Both were delicious and Happy Hour pricing made them even better. Service was impeccable- Andrew was very knowledgeable about the entire menu and helped us decide with the information he provided. The BBQ Pork Eggrolls are a must have, but I have to say everything we tried (from the Shrimp and Grits to the Brisket Burger to the Mac Attack) could not have been any better! If you are in the area go here - and if Andrew is bartending definitely take advantage of his skills! read more

This place exceeded all of my expectations. I knew is was southern style food, but wow. The smoke and cure all their meats in house. The charcuterie board blew my mind, including the house made sausage and smoked cheeses. The duck ham was amazing too. Our burnt ends were incredible and my jambalaya was better than I had last month in New Orleans. Make this place a stop on your list! read more

My boyfriend and I came here last night for dinner. We frequent clematis and have been to almost every restaurant downtown. We came here when it first opened and enjoyed appetizers and the Mac & Cheese. This time we stopped in because we hadn't been in awhile. We were seated & didn't see anyone from the wait staff for 15 minutes. The hostess came over with waters and took our drink & appetizer order. It was a little busy and looked like they had just finished their dinner rush so no worries we weren't in a huge rush. Drinks were subpar, nothing I'd rave about. We ordered some biscuits that weren't anything special. They were dry and left a strange after taste. Wait staff never explained the jelly that came with them so we were left trying to play a guessing game of what's on our biscuits. We still didn't have a waiter or waitress. No one checked on our drinks or If we wanted alcohol refills. We ordered the pork chop and skirt steak. The skirt steak was covered in a tomato sauce that apparently is room temperature and makes the steak cold when placed on top... which I'm not sure how that turns something cold. The potatoes were scorching hot and the heirloom carrots which are mentioned on the menu apparently are just for garnish which I wouldn't have ate them anyway since they were so burnt they looked like .. well I wasn't sure what they were until I cut one in half and saw orange. My boyfriends pork chop was delicious. When I sent my dinner back the manager came out to apologize and explained the room temp sauce and that they are eventually removing it from the menu. I ordered the Mac and Cheese with brisket. Pretty good, dried out brisket. At that point I think we had a waiter. We weren't offered any alcohol refills or new drinks. No mention of dessert even though at that point I was ready to leave. Apparently they turn in to a night club at 9:30, they started removing tables all around us. Had to go to the bar to get a to go box because the waiter disappeared. The DJ started turning off the lights so I was unable to see what I was even doing to put my food in the box. I was overall annoyed and we probably won't be coming back. Too many other amazing restaurants in this area to spend almost $100 on food & have awful service. read more

Fun place for us to stop for lunch on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. Parking can be a problem in the area (at least it was for us), but once we found a spot we were treated to a unique dining and shopping area we really liked. The restaurant itself has a bar theme since the old time bar dominates the room, but there was plenty of seating for us, so we were seated immediately. The wait staff all seemed to be very upbeat and our waitress was very helpful with the menu. The kitchen specialized in home cooked southern cuisine, so we started with an appetizer of tater tots that were amazing - fried round balls of potato, cheese, and green onion with a ranch dip. My wife isn't much of a drinker, so she couldn't decide on what she would like - the waitress brought her a 1 oz "flight" of popular cocktails to sample. After she picked one she really liked, we ordered. I had a chicken pot pie with a "cat's head" biscuit that served as a top for the dish - it was delicious (couldn't finish it all). I don't rate many places as 5 stars, this place deserves it! I will definitely be back next time I'm in WPB and highly recommend to all who like great southern cooking at a reasonable price. read more

This is my 7-8 time visiting Batch and this time was a huge disappointment. They have removed items from the lunch menu and the quality of the food is sub par. I ordered the wings and they were dry and tasted old with no flavour and very dark as if they were fried and reheated. I sent them back in exchange for the Chick n Waff. My friend ordered the Bacon tots since they took the eggrolls off the lunch menu. The server comes back and says there are no bacon tots even though they are on the menu. I don't like the waffles and have always substituted waffles for a salad. Nope not anymore allowed. A manager brought my food to my table and when I questioned him about the quality of food; he informed me that there have been no staff changes. When I questioned him about the Bacon tots; told us (with an attitude) that the tots were too salty so they could not be served. I find that excuse unacceptable. If you have an item on a menu all the time and no change in staff; should there not be a recipe that is followed. Are they making their own tator tots? Just does not make sense. The service was great but the food has gone down and the attitude is not worth going back. I have no problem paying money for great food but honestly Publix's fried chicken was lighter in colour and juicer. Huge disappointment. read more

Disappointing says it best. Edible but nothing great. Deviled eggs were boring and mushy. Oysters cooked were dry and lacking flavor, oysters raw were not prepped properly to come off the shell easily and sauces were not served on the side but weirdly sprinkled on top (at $32 for a dozen-6 cooked and 6 raw). Cocktails ordered, a patron margarita and a knob creek old fashioned, were tiny, and just not impressive beyond the top shelf liquor requested. The brisket short rib burger tasted like straight up 93/7% standard beef burger--dry, under seasoned. Fries were good, cheese sauce on the side was not. Mac and cheese with truffle added was good, best dish ordered. Service was attentive, but food and drinks were a let down. read more

The perfect (read: trendy) brunch spot! My friend had the crab cake Benedict and was so thrilled with the brown butter hollandaise she asked for the recipe. She didn't get it, but the chef was pleased with the compliment. I got one of the specialty non alcoholic drinks ( grapefruit and red pepper were involved) and it took a little while to be made so they didn't charge me for it, which was a nice gesture. Once it did come it was great! read more

We're new to the area and were looking for a good place to get brunch. Batch came up and the reviews were too good not to come! Our server Nicole was absolutely FANTASTIC as well as all of the staff. Nicole gave us all her favorite recommendations and nothing disappointed. The smoked chicken salad and tuna salad sandwiches were delicious, and definitely listen to Nicole and get the deviled eggs!!! She even brought me a watermelon sweet tea to go without even asking. Great atmosphere, great food all from scratch, you gotta try this place! read more

Oh my goodness where do I even begin? I met a few girlfriends I haven't seen in a while in West Palm Beach (we were supposed to go to a holiday party at ER Bradley's, but ended up here instead). We walk into Batch and the hostess says "you picked the best night to come; Dirty Santa is here". No kidding, they had a Santa and he was going around from table to table and cracking some insanely funny (and dirty) jokes. Not entirely sure how this happened, but coquito shots were placed on the table, and we took a shot with Santa. On top of that we all pretty much had the homemade pecan whiskey (to absolutely die for). And they were half price on happy hour ($4 for a single on Happy Hour and $8 for a double on Happy Hour). We also ordered food. I had "The Coop" and it's basically a giant version of a Chick-Fil-A sandwich; but tastes like 172933729 times better. Again, not sure how all of this happened, but our table made friends with the DJ (who was incredible), the General Manager (he's super sweet!) and a corporate training manager(she was cool as hell). They kept coming over to make recommendations, tell us about Batch and just to chit chat about life. They really emphasized "southern comfort" (which is what this place is supposed to be based on) with their "southern" hospitality and charm. Also, Batch draws a pretty decent crowd (in terms of quality of people). We met the nicest couple and ended up joining them for another drink, and talking to them for a while. I guess strangers are just friends you haven't met yet. Overall this place is fantastic. I love it, and it's definitely going to be my new home. I just wish it was closer since I live in Hollywood, and work in Boca Raton. But you'll probably still see me their next weekend. read more

Let's start with the vibe. Beautiful location. Warm and inviting. Menu is top notch. Service....a lost art...was spectacular. General manager is focused on creating an amazing team that will make sure Southern Hospitality is honored. #ontopoftheirgame Now for the bar. The spirit menu has been extremely well though out and pairs perfectly with the vibrant flavors of the menu. The star of the experience was the cocktail slinger: Todd. Ask for him by name. He cares about what he's serving and has an in-depth knowledge of the cocktail menu. The infused cocktails (house specialty) are on point! No need to wait 15 minutes for a craft cocktail. Todd represents the Batch brand and it's Southern Hospitality theme to perfection. Again, thank you and I'll be back. read more

Best chicken and waffles I've ever had! Apps are amazing drinks are really good, all around just a great place!

My friends and I wanted to do brunch but on a Saturday and it was really hard to find a place that does bottomless mimosas on a Saturday but we found this place and we were not disappointed at all. The brunch menu was quite big and I'm a very picky eater and I found something that I liked. Saturday's are "frose and craft donut" day and the watermelon frose was the hour of our table !! All three of us (the ones who were drinking) got the bottomless watermelon frose. But they had more than mimosas and bloody Mary's as a part of the bottomless menu which I really liked. And the food was just as good ! I got the biscuits and gravy which came in a cute little pan ! The biscuits were so buttery and the gravy had a bit of a kick to it. One person at our table got the chicken and waffles which was huge but sooo good ! I have already planned with my friends another day to come back and go to Saturday brunch. We absolutely loved this place !! read more
