Wow what an amazing surprise!!! We went there (knowing the old menu) as we were going to get a burger, but got totally surprised!!! Menu completely revamped, quality southern and totally awesome, ambiance fun (especially fire pits), drinks quality and fun, service awesome (AJ was great) and manager, Jen, fantastic. read more

Such a horrible experience, which is a shame because the one in west palm was wonderful. For starters, they were so understaffed that we waiting for 30 minutes despite lots of tables being open. Then the waitress told us the kitchen was backed up even before we ordered our food. The food took forever, but the worst part, they were OUT OF BBQ SAUCE! Whoever is managing this place needs to step up their game. That area is so busy. They could do well! But not with that type of experience. read more

We went here to watch the UFC fight a few weekends ago and sadly disappointed with the food and drinks. The tequila like shrimp were just okay. They were cooked well but just didn't wow us. The pineapple salsa they put on the side helped some. We also had the chimichurri chicken kabobs which were bland but the pineapple rice was a winner! The Korean Pizza was flavorful and spicy but the pizza was undercooked. The drinks were supposed to be alcoholic but not sure the bartender remembered the alcohol. This is not the first time here and every other time was just mediocre too... can't blame it on fight night. Just consistently mediocre. read more

Came in last weekend, food was good. My server Calan was great! Super attentive and did not leave me waiting for anything.

I had been following Batch on Instagram for a while and finally decided to go! It did not disappoint. Simply amazing! Food is outstanding, service is impeccable. Can't wait to go back and try more of their scrumptious menu! read more

First time here: we ate outside and they had a live 2-3 person band playing 70s rock and they were good. Great atmosphere. We had drinks and they were great --well made and tasty. The pretzel was perfect. The shrimp dish was as advertised with large portions and fresh pineapple. The burger was still juicy even though I ordered medium. The service was great. So why not 5 stars--? I'd give it a 4.5 but not five -as my son would say -let's go out if the way to eat here. We definitely will come back and try new dishes and we are glad we found this place. read more

Went here on a Tuesday. Tried to get happy hour specials advertised on menu but was told only available seated at the bar. Anyway, ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken. I enjoyed it and supposedly the dressing is made on site. My daughter enjoyed her Cajun chicken pasta and the waitress gave her heads up it was spicy prior to order. We didn't drink but it looks like the drinks were being enjoyed by others. I look forward to going back another time. read more

Came here for dinner after seeing the movie Wicked which was playing next door. My wife wasn't hungry do she ordered just an appetizer, Burnt Ends, Smoked Beef Brisket, H.M. Root Beer BBQ Sauce, and Crispy Onions. I opted for the Carolina Smoked Brisket Sandwich, 12-Hour Smoked Brisket, Mustard BBQ Sauce, Slaw, Fire & Ice Pickles, and Crispy Onions. Comes with Fries or House Salad. Both were very good. read more

My husband and I love going to Batch! We have been going here for many years their food is amazing and so is their service. We haven't nearly tried everything but some of our favorites are the Mac and cheese, any of their burgers and their French Fries are hands down our favorite out of any restaurant we've been too. All the staff is great but we happen to typically interact with Danny, Mikal and Jen. They are awesome. They also have great brunches and Whiskey Wednesday with great prices. read more

Came on a Saturday for the brunch and bottomless mimosas. It was pretty slow and there was a ton of seating (both indoor and outdoor). The service and staff were great, very friendly. The steak cheesesteak on the brunch menu was really great, everything was cooked and flavored well. Wouldn't definitely come back to try their dinner menu. read more

Y'all, listen, this place is Southern through and through. Seriously the best meal we've had in ages. Let's get some things straight, you will leave there as full as a tick. Started with a glass of refreshing white sangria, delicious. The homemade cheese and bacon tots will make you wanna cus. Moving onto the brisket sandwich, bring a friend cause you won't be able to eat one by yourself. From the top down, peppery fried, crunchy onions, a heap of succulent brisket with a sweet bbq sauce mixed in, thick sliced pickle chips and then crunchy Cole slaw that's not drowning in mayo. Mac and cheese was cheesy, creamy and delicious. Moving onto homemade biscuits. Made with love and butter. The fruit jam to spread on top, brought a tear to my eye. 4 desserts to choose from, we went with banana pudding. I could've just eaten the banana whipped cream on top and been perfectly happy. The banana pudding itself was good, but a bit thick for my taste. Our server Natasha was sweet and so nice. She made our dining experience a pleasure. The GM Jennifer came to our table with a tablet that held every ingredient in every dish to review dishes that may contain mustard. My husband had severe mustard allergy. In all these years, we've never had anyone do that. The best we get is "the chef said there's no mustard." But alas, sometimes there is. We sat outside so I can't really tell you about the ambiance but I will tell you that the bathroom was spotless, a good sign for sure. I already know that our second outing there will be Peaches and Burrata, Shrimp and Grits, followed by apple pie bread pudding. Can't wait. read more

We loved this place so much that we went there three days in a row, dinner, brunch and just to sip some good whiskey. Our waitress, Dani, made us feel like old friends. The manager, Jennifer, was warm and welcoming. Great southern style food. Great whiskey. Great atmosphere. Relaxed and fun. What else could you ask for? read more

I really do love this restaurant. It's a very casual place with sports being shown on the televisions around the room. There was a man playing live music. Atmosphere was very nice. The food was delicious. They don't have a huge menu, but what they do have is very good. Got the lobster shrimp roll, which was very delicious. My kids devoured the truffle fries. The burgers are also delicious. On top of all that they do have a good selection of beers and drinks And the service is usually on top of things. Our server tonight was very friendly and prompt and delivering drinks and food is a bit of a trick with the movie theater and other restaurants nearby but other than that I highly recommend this place for casual meeting of friends or family. read more

Batch- Delray Marketplace - I know that there have been a million posts about Batch, but I wanted to share an experience from a group dining perspective. I reached out to them about hosting a work event for about 20 people and they could not have been more accommodating! They set us up on the patio, gave us a table for awards, even offered a microphone. They had no problem handling multiple checks and their servers were on point!! Batch really is the Master Class of customer service! Shout out to the owner Kevin who is so attentive and to the manager Jen who couldn't have been more helpful! Oh and those biscuitssssss!!!! Yum!!!! read more

We went to Batch in anticipation of having the short ribs & pasta dinner, which I thoroughly enjoyed a few months ago (See previous review for my raving about this dish.) I was very disappointed when I heard this item has been removed from the menu. (Insert crying emoji here) I ordered the buffalo chicken nachos, which were not very good. The chicken had no flavor. Where was the buffalo? And the melted cheese was piled in the center rather than spread out among the chips. The handful of jalapeno peppers could have been more plentiful and would have brought a more nuanced taste to the dish if they had been grilled. I asked for a side of salsa, which I spread across the nachos, just to add more variety of flavor. In contrast, my husband had a thoroughly enjoyable brisket & short rib burger. It came with lettuce, tomato, thin caramelized onions straws, and a delicious house-made aioli sauce. The burger was large, tender and juicy. The brioche bun was tasty and not soggy. The accompanying fries were a bit disappointing though. They were thin slivers of potato which lacked flavor and were not well seasoned. Although our server was very pleasant and accommodating, she was quite busy and slow to respond to our simple requests for additional napkins and salsa. She didn't even stop by to see if we needed drink refills. Based on the menu change, the unsatisfactory nachos and the slow service, we will likely not be rushing back to Batch in the near future. read more

What a fun place with great food! The service is regularly friendly and prompt. They have a creative menu and we keep coming back. Lots of outside seating as well as indoor. Lots of parking behind the building. This restaurant is next to the theater so an easy date night go-to. As far as our favorites go: the southern egg rolls, dirty south burger, jalapeno ranch salad (w/salmon), and the chocolate torte (a must). read more

A very nice experience made better by Ashley and Jennifer. I had the blackened red fish very good and the grit cake was great. The corn accompaniment was off putting in taste. The short ribs my Wife ordered were tasty and the mash with them were fantastic. Service was friendly and prompt. If you are a whisky fan the choice is extensive. Overall highly recommended! read more

This is the second time I've been and it did not disappoint! Everything is made from scratch and is absolutely delicious! The first time I had the cucumber cooler to drink and ate potato skins which are made with chorizo and the Mac attack add pulled pork and bourbon onions. Tonight I had the strawberry basil lemonade and my friend had a house made diet cola. We shared the spicy smoked Hawaiian pizza, truffle fries, and Mac attack add fried chicken tossed in buffalo sauce. Our first course took a little long and the manager came out to apologise and give us some compensation. We didn't complain or anything, so I really appreciate proactive service like that. The food and drinks here are just spectacular!! I will definitely be back! read more

We had a fantastic lunch here. They serve brunch on the weekend, but the menu also has salads and sandwiches and the like if you want more of a lunch than a breakfast. There were a number of things on the menu that appealed including their brisket/short rib burgers and their steak salad. But after all, I wound up ordering from the breakfast part of the menu. We sat at the outside bar as it was a lovely -- cool, but sunny day. Our server Heather was a delight -- with personality plus. I ordered their chicken n waffles. It came with four nice sized pieces of lightly battered, slightly spicy, buttermilk fried chicken along with two thick pieces of yummy candied bacon. The waffle underneath was light and fluffy. Along side was a small ramekin of bacon butter and a mini pitcher of bourbon maple syrup (I couldn't taste the bourbon -- which was fine with me). It all was delicious. I ate half (and took the other part home for breakfast the next day). My husband ordered the Cuban Eggs Benedict -- two extra large poached eggs, ham, roast pork, and cheese on top of Cuban bread that was all topped with Hollandaise sauce. The side potatoes were great, too, -- small fried smashed whole baby potatoes. He said he'd order this dish again. And took half home for breakfast, too. Right now they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays due to staff shortages. The other days they are open for dinner -- with added brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. This place is a definite keeper. Can't believe they've been here this long -- and this was only our first time here -- but they had closed intermittently (due to COVID) in the recent past. And I think I assumed it was an only breakfast menu for lunch on the weekends. Now that we've been, and sampled their kitchen's offerings, I can't wait to come back. read more

Relaxed ambiance, great seating- we got lucky and sat in the deep booths. Very comfy and roomy! Drinks were good - I ordered the Agave Fizz (anything with Prosecco is a must for me) the hubby ordered his usual Old fashion and 3 drinks later - It's safe to say he enjoyed them! For appetizers- Buffalo Chicken Nachos - 7/10 Good flavor, chicken was tasty, however it was missing maybe a bit more Buffalo sauce. Pretzel w/ cheese & mustard dipping sauces- 7/10 good soft salty pretzel, my girls ate it all up and didn't say much. Batch Chicken wings w/ Buffalo sauce - 7/10 Buffalo sauce was good- the chicken wings were small Main dishes - My girls ordered the Mac Attack w/ chicken - 6/10 the flavor was good - they made a mistake and didn't read correctly because they thought they were ordering Mac & cheese and it was a gnocchi dish in Mac & cheese style. Gnocchi is super filling and only a few can be eaten until you start actually feeling like a gnocchi! Chicken & Waffles w/ bourbon syrup - 5/10 Ehh ... I did not really enjoy this dish. It was okay- honestly nothing great about it and the bourbon syrup is definitely a unique one. The bacon was delicious though! Batch Attack Burger 8/10 The flavors of this burger was great! Super juicy and very messy to eat!! The fries were delicious!!! This was my hubby's dish but I couldn't stop stealing his fries!! Yes they were that good! An absolute must try! Dessert- Peanut butter & chocolate crème brulee- 4/10 Yikesss - it sounded good but was a major miss with my daughter she said it is good enough to have a few bites of but that's about it. Nothing crème brûlée about this dish as it was all peanut butter and a chocolate sauce on top. Peacan Chocolate Chunk Blondie- 6/10 good, indulging and very filling. My overall take of this place - definitely a great spot to have some drinks and appetizers, listen to some music or watch some sports. read more

One of our favorite Gastropub to come to! Love trying different menu items, sampling new drinks, and enjoying the good service. Ambience varies on the day. It can get really loud during a game. Stopped by Thursday evening for a quick drink. Been to the location in West Palm before and it's ok, so when i saw this spot I wanted to try it. Ended up staying longer than planned thanks to my amazing server Mikyle (yes, a girl named Mike:) she originally is from NYC too. Ended up having a few more drinks than planned and even a snack on her recommendation. Everything was great. Location apparently really is everything read more

If you like whiskey blackberry bourbon lemonade on a hot day hits the spot. The sweet one though, Toasted Pecan whiskey sour tastes like butter scotch juice. Not a fave. Chicken biscuit and gravy is unique. They can use more seasoning on the sauce. I would skip the chilenquila, nachos are too soggy under the pork. Cinnamon French toast crunch can feed the whole table and is worth going just to have that when you have a sweet tooth. Service was great both waiter ans bartender took great care of us. read more

This place had a great vibe on a Saturday night. It was pretty busy and had a 45 minute wait, but we were able to get a seat right away at the outdoor bar. Service was pretty slow, but everything we got to eat and drink was really good. My husband and I shared the gnocchi mac attack with fried chicken. It was cheesy and cooked perfectly, although the chicken was lacking spices. The impossible "meatball" hero was super flavorful, it tasted just like meatballs. The fries were seasoned nice and crispy. The cocktail list was pretty great, plenty to choose from. For dessert we had the blondie, which was more like a chocolate chip cookie, it was a good ending to our meal. There's plenty of parking and a lot to do in Delray Marketplace surrounding the restaurant, to make for a nice night out. read more

Reservations are easily accessible via OpenTable. Arrived and table was readily available, greeted by Andrea who was such a doll. Our waitress Dori was sweet and attentive. Food was OK, unfortunately my burger came way undercooked for my liking but after sending back my husband's hangover hash for an undercooked egg I wasn't going to do that to them. Very good food, easy parking, but terribly loud. Go off hours. Sometimes slow service.

Service was great, and the servers were friendly. My shrimp and grits were good--not amazing, but enjoyable enough that I'd eat them again. My child's chicken tenders were dry, and the fries were cold, so he didn't want to eat them. The bottomless drinks were a nice perk, though the sangria was just okay. Overall, not a place I'd rush back to. Outside was nice and cool, so sitting outside was nice read more
