I came to claim my free birthday scoop from their rewards program. The staff member working greeted us, gave me time to browse their flavors, nice, and gave me what I requested - the scoop in a cup but with a sugar cone because I cant eat ice cream correctly. Lol Late afternoon, wasnt crowded so it was nice and quiet.

Not to be bite taken. That was the whipped cream and hot fudge..

Got two, two scoop Sundays tonight, one cookies and cream, one chocolate chip. Got home to this, the girl could have cared less. A tiny spray of whipped cream, and where is the hot fudge? Won't go again, ever. We went at 8:15 on 2/10/26. So management get rid of her.

We were driving by in the area and the lady was in the mood for some ice cream. They offer some beautiful looking cakes for all occasions. I'm always willing to try new flavors and they had Monkey Business which is banana flavor, peanut butter, and chocolate pieces which was a nice unique touch compared to other banana ice cream. It's a popular spot because customers kept coming and going while we sat there.

Time to get some ice cream!!! The store is located at a corner. Service was very good and ice cream was delicious!

Beach Day

Typical Baskin Robbins location. I tried a single scoop of Beach Day and a single scoop of Caramel Turtle Truffle. Beach Day has a great salty vanilla flavor combined with the chocolate and graham crackers make a great dynamic flavor. Caramel Turtle Truffle has no sugar added and is also a good vanilla based. It's similar to Beach Day but with a stronger caramel flavor. Pretty average experience here, the service was nice and had no issues with ordering.

Here's the cute little cake.

Bought an ice cream cake for my moms 80th Birthday! I got vanilla cake and Oreo cookie ice cream. It was delicious. The BR in San Gabriel was very clean and well stocked. The service was excellent and the young lady that helped me was so helpful and sweet.

Okay, this Baskin-Robbins location is hands down my favorite one to patronize! In all of my visits, busy and not busy, day and evening, everyone working here have always been very friendly and courteous to each and every customer. In my last visit, they were slammed, but the employees certainly didn't show it. They greeted everyone that came through the door and was helpful from beginning to end. I bought an original cappuccino blast as well as some pre-packed ice cream and fresh packed ice cream. Despite being busy, the employee making my beverage didn't rush the order and made sure to keep my selected ice cream containers cold in their freezers right up to when I was paying. All positive experiences so far! Can't wait to order an ice cream cake / polar pizza from them in the future, but you can't also go wrong with a simple scoop of ice cream. For the seasonal flavors, I highly recommend green tea, tax crunch (April only for Tax Filing month), triple mango, and oreos n' cold brew (for the coffee and chocolate fans). Street parking is available on the main road of Las Tunas Drive and on the side street of Sycamore Drive.

I saw the Tiger Milk Bubble Tea being promoted by Baskin Robbins and decided to try it. It doesn't have the same flavor as Tiger Milk Bubble Tea (Brown Sugar Milk Tea), but it's still taste ok. The boss and coworkers are really nice and friendly, and they give us good deals on the ice creams. This will be my go-to Baskin-Robbins location.

They even sold candy which I kept staring at while I waited in line. Also it is cash only so definitely keep that in mind if you're like me and never carry cash on hand. There were so many flavors to choose from and we were able to sample a few. The lady helping us was really nice and was able to recommend some fan favorites and limited seasonal flavors! I ended up going with one of the fan favorites, which was the cookie monster. I just love cookies and cream in general so this was a safe option for me. I loved the different cookie bits that they had in there! It was also really fun because of how blue it was and stained my entire mouth. Luckily I had nowhere important to be after so maybe keep that in mind as well... Overall a great experience and I get why people waited in line for it!

Recently I went to an Ice cream shop that sells their ice cream and they totally marked up the price. They wouldn't be able to pack ice cream to go. It was only limited pre-packed flavors. So I had to come back to the original store to get the flavors I wanted! Wow! They didn't disappoint! They let us sample as many ice cream flavors as we wanted! My mom was so happy to try many flavors, I was worried if they would get impatient. The young lady that helped us was super patient and nice!!! And later another young boy helped also was also super nice!! We to total got 5 pints to go, but I only took pictures of mine. The We got coffee and cookies, 2xcoconut pineapple, banana, and dark chocolate. I already have rocky road at home from the other marked up store. At Fosselman's, you can see they made sure it was fully packed that the lid almost couldn't cover it. Love this historic ice cream shop that still charge a reasonable price and having affordable ice cream!! The ambience is very cute with lots of candies for sale. We got some too! Second Visit & Still Such a Fun Dessert Spot!…read more This was our second visit here, and once again the service and ambience were very welcoming. It's a smaller dessert spot with about 3-4 tables available, but it gives off a cozy and chill vibe that we really enjoyed. This time we got the half-and-half milk and ube ice cream with taiyakis filled with: * taro * red bean * custard * cheesecake * nutella And honestly... I was really surprised that the cheesecake filling was actually delicious! Creamy, smooth, and definitely something I'd order again. The taiyaki itself was warm with that nice slight crisp on the outside, and paired perfectly with the ice cream. Overall, such a fun spot for dessert and definitely a must-try if you're craving taiyakis and ice cream. Happy eats!

This is in the same tiny plaza as Golden Deli and Bopomofo, so parking can be tough at peak dinner time. The good: the taiyaki texture was nice and crunchy. The ice cream was smooth and not icy. The price is good for amount you get. The bad: the store was extremely cramped and hot. It's a very tiny shop so easily felt packed inside. I was annoyed when they called my order but I was struggling to get through the shop to get my order. By that time the employee had walked away. I was annoyed because when she came back she completely ignored me and handed someone else their order and walked away. I don't understand why they keep the completed orders way behind the counter if they don't even verify the correct person is picking up... after being skipped over twice I finally cut in and interrupted the other employee for my order and she was like oh... sorry it's melted. Like yeah it's been sitting there and I didn't want to go into the employee area to get it! That was really irritating. The ube flavor was bland. It tasted like milk, I did not get any ube flavor. The custard in the taiyaki was just okay. The worst part was that the taiyaki had a really off putting taste on the outside... almost like the aftertaste of margarine or something, it bothered me. Overall the flavor and service was lacking and the experience inside was not good. I was not impressed by any aspect and would not recommend this place unless you were already dining in this plaza and wanted to just walk over.

I've also tried the mango coconut shake and that threw me off at first bc it only tasted like a mango shake bc that was concentrated all the way at the bottom. I didn't taste the coconut until later and then it got good. I've also tried their kaya toast with butter and that's pretty tasty as well. I got my mom the coconut calamansi and she loved it. It's usually pretty quiet and empty when I come during the day but on a Friday night, I did see more people hanging out there. I do love that there is seating for people to hang out. Staff are pretty quiet and keep to themselves as they have two digital order stations. So if you have questions, you have to kind of call them to the front and ask. They close at 12 am, and we walked in around 11:30 pm. We tried to order a few of their fried items and were told that the oil was shut down already. That was a major bummer. I ordered the Mango Snow Sweet Tofu Pudding. I'm not sure if there was any "snow" or not since I couldn't tell when I opened it up at our hotel. Maybe it melted already? It was disappointing nonetheless. The egg waffle took the longest to make and it came out only okay. It was bit too soft, and that could be because we took it to go and it was steaming up. The pomelo was sour in our other dessert, so that wasn't great. Service - When I walked in, there was a girl on the phone at the register. It was a personal call and she stayed on the phone the whole time we were ordering. She barely acknowledged us and it seemed like we were inconveniencing her. Food was a miss and service was a miss. Would I go back? No.

You can either order from the kiosk or directly from the cashier, and I highly recommend doing the latter so you can sample some flavors before deciding. One thing that really stands out is their unique Asian-inspired flavors along with other globally influenced creations. It feels different from the typical ice cream shops out there. I always get the Pandan Tres Leches, which has coconut cake and condensed milk mixed in. The ice cream itself is not overly sweet and has a really pleasant flavor that balances everything well. There is limited seating available near the windows inside, and the space itself feels pretty similar to a typical ice cream shop. The Ube Malted Crunch® definitely lived up to the hype. It was creamy, rich, and had that slightly nutty vanilla-like ube flavor with crunchy malted bits that added a really fun texture. You can see why it's their signature flavor. The pandan tres leches was also interesting and unique. It's light, creamy, and fragrant with a subtle pandan flavor that felt refreshing rather than overly sweet. It had a soft, milky dessert vibe that worked really well as ice cream. Service was friendly and patient while letting us sample flavors, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The unfortunate part is that the ice cream really isn't that good, and the portions are small for what you pay.  What really turned me off, though, was the lack of common sense from the staff. If you've been here, you know they have a display case with slices of cake and pie. Normally you look through the case and point to the piece you want. That's exactly what I did. There were about ten pieces of cake in the case, and I picked one that had the perfect icing-to-cake ratio. The employee asked what I wanted, and when I pointed to the slice she told me, "You can only pick from these two," while holding up two other pieces. Apparently those were the older slices that they were trying to get rid of. They were clearly smaller and, judging by how they were being pushed, probably not the freshest either. Since I was basically being forced to buy something I didn't want, I said I didn't want anything. She just said "okay" and moved on to help the rest of my family. At that point I told my family we were leaving and heading to Bloomfield Creamery in Altadena instead. The employee had every opportunity to use a little common sense and simply give me the slice I asked for. I work hard for my money, and if I'm paying premium prices, I expect to choose what I'm buying. Instead, they lost Madre family of customers for good.
