I like this Baskin-Robbins, but they advertise the app but don't let you use it at this location. I can use it to accumulate points but can never cash in rewards. Yet they advertise it on their windows and at check out. This is the second time I've come in to use a reward and have been denied the perk that comes with shopping here. When I ask the staff why it's advertised but not allowed use they "just don't accept it here". I wouldn't mind not using it but then don't advertise. They also show up as participants in the App.

Yummy as always, 2 of my favorites flavors #baseballnut #blackwalnut. Great convenient local easy in and out. The staff was so cordial to me upon my arrival. I will definitely return sooner than later

I have gone to multiple Basking Robbin's and even ordered door dash that has gotten canceled well before 10pm and all of the stores are closed by 930pm. Why post hours on the internet and your doors and not follow the time??? very poor business practices. These stores should be fined for false advertisement

Waste of money

Lazy, lazy, lazy employees!!! This place is filthy and the young ladies that work here have ZERO customer service, ZERO personality and are just plain lazy AF! I asked for a banana split to go and as I get home and open up my bag- the container was not even closed all the way and the ice cream spilled everywhere! What a waste of my money and my time !

Stopped by late night for an ice cream treat and have to say I was pleased with the overall cleanliness of the place, and employees adhering to mask wearing properly. All the employees had on face masks and were nice and welcoming when we walked in. Will be returning to this location in the future.

Tried to get a picture of the young lady that provided great customer service ( up )

First of ALL my wife LOVES ice cream & BR31 has Always been on point . As soon as we walked in nice , clean store very nice options on the wall to see what you're into or willing to try . My son & wife both wanted ice cream so we stopped by my son got a signal cone scoop & my wife wanted a shake she asked for it on the thicker side - the 31 Flavor employee was spot on very happy young girl & you can tell they were hustling. I was happy that we made the choice to come here . As we were leaving they both smiled and said have a good evening. We jump in my truck & my wife said oh can I get a pint of ice cream? I said seriously she said yes you know I love ice cream , so I walk back inside & grabbed it for her , my wife is something else. Regardless I personally want to say thank you to the the two young lady's that worked on 1/16/24 @ 7:30pish : keep it up girls & hope your management team knows you guys were spot on . Stay safe & will see you on our next round .

Photo cake of Eddie Cochran rock n roll theme

I ordered a birthday cake and it exceeded my expectation. It was beautifully decorated and communicating with Chanthra about my vision of the cake-dude, she totally got me. I was undecided which Ice cream to go with the chocolate cake so she gave me a sample of the snickers and it was amazing together. My teenage sister had seconds and everyone was asking me what was the flavor and really enjoyed it as opposed to the typical cookies n cream. The only thing, I just wish more music notes would have been around the cake on the white parts but no biggie. The cake was really cool. Thanks to the staff for the great communication. Payed almost $50 for a photo cake that feeds 10-12 people. Pricy but it was worth it.

I love ice cream all kinds of ice cream and I'm loyal to my local Baskin Robbins store. My take on the ice cream. If I hadn't been a longtime customer I wouldn't be able to compare the quality of the ice cream that they serve presently to the deliciousness that was Baskin Robbins back in the day. I remember smooth creamy ice cream that was thick and rich and the butter pecan had whole pecans, strawberry cheesecake had real pieces of crust and cheesecake with swirls of strawberry sauce and pistachio actually had real pistachios. And don't get me wrong I still have my favorites and I'll always enjoy them but I can't help but miss the way things used to be. The quality of the ice cream is still amazing the scoops thicker and they have so much more from which to chose that in itself is headache to this gal and I end up with a few scoops of the new flavors to enjoy on my Netflix chill days. My favorites flavors: Cherry - which I like to call bing cherry it's thick and creamy with pieces of real cherry throughout I'll have two scoops. Vanilla my all time favorite. Butter pecan nice and rich. Ricky road I love the mix of marshmallows almonds and the rich taste of dark chocolate. Pecan pralines is nice too but it's a bit sweet so I pair this one with a scoop of vanilla. Rainbow sherbet I love it mixed with vanilla For a 50/50 sweet and sour taste. My seasonal favorite is egg nog and peppermint. I enjoy a banana split once or twice a year with Rocky road, pistachio and cherry ice cream hot chocolate and caramel sauce on the side thank you very much and absolutely no to whipped cream and nuts. Banana royal is delicious and just the right size when I want a single scoop with fresh bananas and sauce. Staff and store: The kids that work here are a nice friendly crew and it's always well stocked with cakes ice cream cones and pre packed quarts. The store is always nice and clean and that is a plus. I'll be back for a scoop of cherry "bing cherry" if you ask me.

Grand reopening!!!

This place is under new management and they are sprucing things up. Of course you have the great flavors for kids and adults. A good selection of cakes for any occasion. They really went all out to have a grand re-opening. Bright and clean inside. Convenient location and parking. Friendly and upbeat staff.

The concierge at our hotel recommended this place. We want twice! The peach and banana combo was great.

Many of their pastries lean toward fruity and nutty flavors, which isn't what I tend to crave; however, what brings the fifth star are their dine in brunch and dinner menus. Nonna Mercato is the only place that I know of in Long Beach where one can get a great French omelette for brunch. They also have outstanding handmade pastas with rich sauces. I ordered a delicious house made gnochetti pasta with a sauce that was fortified with nduja sausage, broccoli rabe, garlic, and tomato. There were some additional umami flavors in the savory sauce and the handmade gnochetti are amazing. Was tempted to take some fresh spaghetti home, but I'll be back later this week to pick some up!

They advertise freshness, organic, homemade but I didn't quite feel any of it. The portions are smaller than you'd expect and although they were small we didn't even finish it because it wasn't that good. Another thing was it was a pretty hot day and we were not offered inside seats. We sat outside in the front patio, there are no fans and we came out with many mosquito bites!! Our server was nice, we didn't really stick around long enough.

Unfortunately, our experience with the staff really left a sour taste in our mouths. The server helping us seemed bothered when we asked if we could sample something before purchasing and kept making comments about us asking to try the products. "If I give everyone a sample then what? No business" ... LOOL WHAT? My fiance was genuinely trying to pick something out and wanted to sample a flavor before deciding, but the staff member completely ignored him and made us feel unwelcome. We had every intention of purchasing a good amount to take home, but because of the attitude and lack of hospitality, we ended up only getting a couple of pieces and leaving. (I regret spending any money here) The products and ambiance were lovely, but customer service really matters, especially when you're trying to support a business. We left disappointed because this could have been such a nice experience.

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Good option for French-inspired eats in downtown LB…read more The hubby and I decided to stop in for brunch since we were in the area for the World Cup watch party. We'd been here a couple of times before, but only for drinks. The interior is quaint, with pretty typical Francophilic touches (pics of Parisian landmarks, etc). I decided on the Fit crepe, which is a buckwheat crepe filled with spinach and feta. Delicious, but the crepe was a bit dry around the edges. The drip coffee I got was great, however, and the hubby enjoyed his Veggie hash. Friendly service from the two servers, but they seemed a bit stretched--maybe it was more crowded than usual due to the watch party?

Not a super huge fan of French cuisine; however, the menu looked good and mostly reasonable prices. Restaurant is super cute with indoor/outdoor seating. We started off with a bottle of cab (41.00, ouch)! It was noted as a different brand on their menu and they came with a bottle of Josh Cellars which isn't a bad table wine but about 3 times the price! We ended up ordering the fondue for the app (24.00) which comes with bite size pieces of bread and diced apples. It was ok, a little too runny and had an interesting hint of beer flavor. Next up we both ordered the brie & prosciutto sandwich which came with a side of au gratin and greens. The sandwich was excellent but the potatoes were cold. We ended our meal sharing creme brulee for dessert. It was good but also served cold. Total bill incl tip: 163.00 bucks (double ouch)! Overall, meal and service was good, but I would forego the wine on a future visit as it was way overpriced for the brand we got as well as the cheese fondue. Will definitely be back though. Very comfy and charming atmosphere.

The service was very good and the food for the most part was excellent. We had the olives and blanco bread as an appetizer. The bread was fresh made and came out hot straight out of the oven. The olives were marinade in fennel pollen and orange. I couldn't get enough of them. We shared a beat salad that was very tasty and my wife had the rack of lamb which was delicious. I will say that I did not enjoy my main course of Porchetta. I felt like it had good flavor, but it wasn't cooked well and the center where the pork belly was supposed to be tender and melting was very tough, chewy and inedible to me. Despite this one dish I really liked the restaurant and I am eager to go back and try something different.
