The wait in line was long, but that's not surprising considering it was Friday night. They need to hire extra staff or schedule someone to work an extra shift for those times it gets really busy. The location itself is a little small so there's not much room for sitting down to eat. Plus the line pretty much runs throughout the length of the store so if you did sit down to eat, expect for someone to always be standing near your table while you eat. The ice cream is standard Baskin Robins Ice Cream. It isn't made in the location so it's pretty much the same wherever you go. I didn't have a smoothie or banana sundae so I can't speak to the quality of those dishes. There were only three people working there when we went but they were all working fast to get the orders fulfilled. Some reviews have mentioned the age as a negative factor. I don't think having younger people work is any issue. There was one interesting thing. No employee was wearing a uniform or name tag and each employee had an AirPod in one ear. Some people might find that unprofessional, but it's Baskin Robins not the French Laundry. Overall pretty solid location. Only 4 stars cause the floor was a little dirty and the wait time. read more

I would have given them NO STARS but that wasn't a choice. My husband went in to get 2 pre-packed quarts of Jamoca Almond Fudge. They told him there wasn't any in the case and they would have to pack it and then proceeded to charge him the "hand-pack" price of $21.99 per quart vs. the $10.00 per quart for the pre-packed. Further when we opened the ice cream at home it was only half full. $51.00 for 2 quarts of ice cream. We will never frequent this store again and I suggest you do the same. read more

Me and my daughters drove from Morgan Hill to celebrate a massive championship victory. We live in Gilroy and this is close to our house. We pull up to this location 10 minutes before they close, we walk in, and we are told they're closed. It sucks that they're turning people away when it wouldn't take 10 minutes to serve us. Chairs were up, they were mopping, so they'd been closed for a whole, but it took us walking in for them to lock the door and turn out the light. Young man brings me up for a large cappuccino blast and charges me full price plus tax! I have to remind him that they are seven dollars right now and no tax. I stopped by to pick up a cake or some treat from the freezer. You think it would be pretty quick, right? Well...I walked in and made made my selection within the first 30 seconds. There wasn't much of a variety, but I expected that considering it was a Sunday (7-20-25) at 12pm. Still they had plenty of items in the freezer. I walked over to the register, no one was there to greet or check me out, no worries. After a few minutes, I pretended to look at the ice cream case to see if some motion in the store would alert someone-no dice. I walked towards the register, again wishing I had cash I could just leave on the counter, but who really carries cash anymore? Still no one. I walked halfway back towards the back of the store and someone finally popped out from the back and said it'll be a minute-no worries, but I've been here for awhile already and frankly could have made myself a sundae, cleared out the freezer, and no one would've ever knew I was there. The store clerk was meh-as in strictly is business. I ordered a gift card and then she asked if I wanted to also buy the cake on the counter at the register. Um...yes, I've been trying to make the purchase for about 8 minutes ma'am. It was an extremely long wait for the only person in the store who was ready to check out within 30 seconds of entering. While taking laps up and down the ice cream freezer cases I also noticed there we in fact NOT 31 flavors-not even close!! Not that it's my choice, but cookies and cream, nonexistent in addition to other prime favorites like cherries jubilee and bubble gum (also none of my choices). I will say for a first time ordering a "Polar Pizza" (the only cookies and cream item in the store) it was delicious and tasted extremely fresh. The price seemed high, but it is 2025 so, I can't really expect a bargain for quality which is why I chose baskin Robbin's instead of picking up an ice cream cake at Safeway. The store was not dirty, but also did not look to clean in the dining area for just opening up. I've been ordering cakes at this location for years and today I received the worst cake ever for my daughter's birthday.
