I hadn't been to Yogurtland in years but wanted to try their Toy Story flavors. It was the perfect weather for frozen yogurt. The place looked clean and did not have a long wait time. Unfortunately, they don't have sample cups so it was a bit harder to choose which flavors to get. There is plenty of parking and the staff were friendly. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Yogurtland - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Watsonville, California

Review from a 8 3/4 year old: I think it's a 10 out of 10 and I love it! Staff were friendly, the store front was clean and all the topping were full! Will come back again! read more

Stopped by Yogurtland this evening and had such a great experience! The two girls working there were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were super friendly, helpful, and especially patient despite how busy it was. They handled everything with such a positive attitude and made the whole visit even better. It's always nice to be greeted with that kind of kindness definitely made my evening. I'll absolutely be coming back! read more

Just to start it is not the employees fault. The problem I have is I purchased for a fundraiser and have a about 5 of these coupons and when I go to use one of them the establishment will not honor the printed amount and would only give me a 2$ discount. They said there was a mistake when printing from the found fundraiser organization. My feeling is both party's should have proofread the coupon And because there was a problem, they should've honored what was on the coupon read more

We come here at least once a week with the kids- love the chocolate w almonds. The mochi a top of the yogurt is a family favorite also. Always friendly and clean. I prefer this one over Capitola. read more

I come here especially for the Guava Pineapple tart frozen yogurt. They always have it and it's my favorite. I also like their Matcha Green Tea flavor. Huge topping bar, lots of fresh fruits. I don't usually go for toppings but my friends do. Always clean and nice employees. I also like the little patio out front where you can sit with your dogs. read more

See all

Love it :) I always get the Thai tea flavor and cheesecake with the strawberry popping bobba and other ingridients

I love this place so much I went here for years. I love the toppings. The service is good. It's the best place ever and I love it so much.

Great yummy yogurt but toppings are out of reach, depending on the server to top it out..I prefer to do it myself LOL. No indoor seating due to covid. Parking is close & servers are great. read more

I love Yogurtland. My favorite is pistachio this location is really clean and friendly! Yogurtland is always a good dessert spot.

Leah is the best. She took awesome care of us. Thank you for being above and beyond!!

I cannot BELIEVE the first 3 reviews! We went yesterday just before all hell broke loose in town - PV & Watsonville High Schools getting out! Yes, it was busy; yes, there was a line (out the door by the time we left); no, it was not filthy, and no, the yogurt machines were not dripping with yogurt. Were there parents/adults not paying attention to what their children were doing? Absolutely yes, since that's the way most parents NOWADAYS roll...especially in Watsonville. PIG STY'S are created by the customers BTW, so quit blaming the owners! The owner was behind the counter along with 3 young teenage workers. One was wiping the machines down - which I questioned since my yogurt was melting while I waited for him to finish, ALTHOUGH he did tell me to tell him if he was in my way - he did clean those machines, the handles too, in record time. One young lady behind the counter was manning the cash register and one was "tidying" the condiments section, which was a losing battle since those helping themselves were making a mess just as fast as she could clean it up. I very quietly commented to my husband that her time would be better spent manning the second cash register since the line was growing longer. I no sooner got the words out of my mouth when the owner asked her to switch to the register. Problem solved. I am just so dang happy to have a Yogurtland in town, and it can only get better. The flavors offered were pretty basic but this shop is a tad smaller than the ones in SJ, Santa Cruz, and Capitola and there isn't much room for more. I'm happy with chocolate, tart, vanilla, coconut, strawberry, pistachio, red velvet cake, oatmeal cookie, blood orange & white chocolate macadamia. I'm sure things will be "tweaked" and changes will be made but if y'all want to schlep up to 41st Ave or downtown SC, then go for it. The line will be shorter for me next time, and I'm going back again very soon to support this badly needed business in Watsonville. I see 5 stars in the very near future ..... Oh, and the tables and chairs outside overlooking the Slough with the fabulous sea breeze are MONEY!!! read more

Very convenient place to go for Yogurt cravings! Good location ( close by my house) . Only one thing that missing is sometimes they ran out my favorite flavors yogurts ( coconut) . read more

Yogurtland for Life! :)

Took the children here for a treat. It's a nice place, just pricy. They have a decent selection of frozen yogurt. The fruit from their toppings were good, though some of the fruit looked a little over ripe read more

Worst customer service at this watsonville location. I went ahead and called/emailed the corporation about it an no response in regards to me being told my seizure dog was not allowed in the shop. It's been a week. I will not bring my family back to this establishment or recommend it to anyone. I hope this review gets the attention of someone an they reach out to me. Zero stars! read more

This Yogurtland was clean inside. But the tables outside were dirty. What happened to the water dispenser on the counter that's now gone. No more restroom use for the children that come to eat at Yogurtland what happened there? read more

its been open for a short time and it kinda shows the explosion of treatment when you go in. its slightly messy and the yogurt runs low for certain flavors. definitely compared to the capitola site, its running a little low. the condiments are not as many, the choices are a little more esoteric than flavorful, and the line is to the door all throughout the day--until the last 30 minutes before they close and its the dredges of the yogurt, condiments, cleanliness and everything. i still wanna give them a chance since they have been BUSY all times i have driven past them. being the only yogurtland over here, or business that really offers frozen yogurt, its understandable, but im giving it this review..... hopefully time helps them learn what works and what doesnt .35 cents an ounce for the pricing... Tip: dont forget to save room for the toppings. read more

This is a nice YL with many flavor options like normal. We where not offered sample cups upon entering but where given them once we asked. All the staff are nice and keep the place spotless. Many fresh topping options to choose from and love the new hot fudge, marshmallow, salted caramel etc..pump dispensers! read more

It gets pretty crowded sometimes, but maybe that's just the push they need to create a bigger Yogurt land here in Watsonville. I'm very simple when it comes to sweets because I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but I enjoy the flavors and the variety of fruit. Overall, I love Yogurt land every once in a while. read more

Love the yogurt here! Impressed my the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the store :) I will be definitely be going back real soon!

We are frequent flyers here. My daughters love it, I love it and it sure beats the heck out of me. 31 flavors up the street. Three girls two of witch are crazier than life twins age four. Staff is always going above the call of duty to help us in serving the girls their toppings and are quick to replace anything looking bare. Big thanks to Josh today for being the hero. You the man. See y'all in two days or sooner! read more

I will always go to yogurt land its close by most of the time there is a line But its good other the fact the workers are more about talking to each other then helping you. there is a line out the door and they have one cashier. odd! read more

I don't have tons of experience with yogurt, but they had a good selection of flavors and ingredients when I went there. Overall I would say it's a decent place to go to for the occasional treat. read more

At 37 cents an ounce, you better serve only what you're having. I like that hey are always changing flavors adding a new variety and something new to try every time. Place is clean, staff is friendly. Usually lots of people/long line, but moves quickly. Only 4 stars because there is never enough seating area and its expensive. read more

I went to get some yogurt after getting my wisdom teeth taken out with my boyfriend everything was fine but the girls attitude was ridiculous, her name is Angie I believe and honestly I would much rather her not work of she's gonna be so moody and rude as we were paying she dropped the change on our yogurt and all she said was sorry I am most defiantly going back and talking to her manager! read more

Both the Watsonville and the Capitola locations continue to put full sugar product in the machines posted as 'sugar-free'. This could be a serious health issue to anyone who is Diabetic and believes they are choosing a sugar-free product. This issue has been brought to management's attention on multiple occasions with no change in either store's procedures. Sad, but if you are watching your sugar intake, do NOT believe that you are getting a sugar-free product at either of these locations. read more
