Love this garlic shopping place, it has many good things to offer. There's a bbq restaurant in it and some interesting garlic stuffs. They sell fruit too and the prices are decent. There are garlic ice cream too, tried it and it's not my favorite

Cute little stop in Gilroy (garlic Capital of the world) I've passed this so many ttimes wanting to stop and try the garlic ice cream. Well today was the day! I wasn't disappointed. It's definitely not the norm, but it's good. The sweetness cuts the sting of the garlic but the flavor is there just not overpowering. I wouldn't eat this on the daily, but I definitely will stop for this treat again next time I pass through. We also purchased some garlic olives. Can't wait to try those. This place has such a great selection of everything garlic. Not a garlic lover? No worries, there's a great variety of snacks for you too. I recommend making this a stop if you're in the area. My only complaint.... getting back on the highway can be a little tough. You'll see what I mean...lol

Picture yourself in a garlic.

Best stop if you're looking to buy garlic garlands! They also have a great selection of dried fruits and even garlic ice cream if you're feeling adventurous. Don't forget to ask for The General's Sauce it's a must-try!

Perfect place to get road trip snacks/ souvenir treats to gift to people. I love buying the flavored nuts there- like toffee almonds and stuff like that as a gift for friends. A unique thing is of course the garlic ice cream!! Tbh I thought it was pretty good, obviously it's unique so not everyone will like it but I think there's fun in the experience of saying you tried some

Garlic Here Garlic There Garlic In The Air that means you must be in Gilroy and that right there is just another word for Garlic! So this is an awesome roadside store that is all about the garlic as it has just about every combination of garlic goodness you could imagine! Upon walking in the two girls working where super friendly and very helpful and so knowledgeable about the products in the store which was super cool as there's soo much good stuff here you can get lost in the garlic! You so know that I bought a few bulbs to bring home as I live in a garlic desert where it's soo not as good as what can be found here! Don't forget to check-in for a cool discount offer as that just means more garlic for you!!! Overall super cool store with tons of garlic for just about everything you could be asking for! It's for all the reasons here that I very much so hope to come here again at some point as garlic is definitely one of my favorites and they are doing it right here in sooo many ways!

Worth the stop. Where else in the world can you try garlic ice cream? Try the chocolate or vanilla, you'll taste the garlic either way!

We stopped by Garlic World on the way home from a road trip to Monterey. Needed an emergency restroom break for one of our boys, so we zoomed right in because of afternoon traffic on the 101. Clean Restrooms and friendly service. Loved that we got to explore and look at all the yummy goodies. They had some interesting chip flavors, candies, spices, rubs, cold drinks and wine selection. Some fresh fruit produce, black garlic honey and many more! I was definitely tempted to buy a huge bundle of garlic. But instead we settled for some Garlic Ice Cream. Gotta try it...it's pretty good. We got one each of the flavors: chocolate and vanilla. We each had a bite, perfect size for tasting.

For sure a tourist stop, especially if you're in the area for Gilroy Gardens or any other garlic related activities (surprisingly not as many as I would think). They have an American BBQ here too, but they're only open on weekends. There's produce available, lots of candies and trail mix, hot sauces, garlic oil, dried garlic, garlic snacks, and of course, the must try garlic ice cream! We got the vanilla garlic ice cream and it is not too sweet, tastes heavily of vanilla with some slight garlic taste to it afterwards. Unique and not bad! There's also some miscellaneous home goods and gifts such as candles, lotions, stationery, etc. The neatest thing that they have is also the longest garlic braid, spanning 216 feet! There's some random garlic small statues (?) and a garlic photo opportunity in front. There's also a random Frank Sinatra shrine in the back as well.

Made a pit stop here to try the garlic ice cream. It was pungent, and I was the only one of our group of 10 to finish it lol. As a garlic lover I was so excited. Honestly, this shop exceeded my expectations. I purchased two garlic olive oils ($15.99 each), a tee shirt ($25), figs ($9), icecream, and a gatorade. This place is a bit overpriced, my bill came out to $75. Tons of garlic goods. Some not local. You'll find varieties of hot sauces, oils, pickled garlics, jams, with or without garlic flavor. Fruits and candies as well. Even some candles! Overall, fun little stop for garlic lovers and to pick up a unique souvenir!

Passing by Gilroy on our way to Yosemite, my mom wanted to buy their famous garlic so we stopped by and explored this place. They had various sauces, produces, and of course, garlic related products including garlic ice cream. Inside the market, they don't only have a small BBQ restaurant but also coffee bar, which was fascinating. It seemed like they had everything. The clerks were very helpful finding the products and friendly carrying conversations. If they didn't have the item that we were looking for, they were very apologetic and searched online to order it for us. Also, if we wanted a smaller amount, they packaged it to fit our need, which was nice. Looked like everybody who worked there were so happy. Definitely had a positive vibe, which made our shopping more enjoyable.

Box o garlic

Ordered a 5 pound box of colossal garlic to make black garlic. Garlic was fresh and beautiful! Other fun items like oregano and pickled /dried garlic. Thanks

If it's garlic from Gilroy there is no room for mistake. Product arrived on time and as described.

Fabulous selection of garlic. When I walked in I had to stop and take a deep breath... the garlic aroma was delightful.

My…read morefirst concern was whether they take cards, as I'm not a cash carrier, and to my surprise they did. We arrived about an hour before closing and there were only a few other people picking cherries. We walked up and were told what to look for and what cherries to avoid. We were handed bags and told how far on the property we could venture. The price was around $6.99 a pound. It's more expensive than the store for bing cherries, but you can't beat the quality, freshness and supporting a family business. We picked cherries for about 20 minutes and of course took the opportunity to take some pictures. We picked about a pound and a half and were on our way. This was a great quick stop and we had a healthy snack on our road trip. I would recommend stopping if you are in the area.

Unfortunately, this Ranch--and all the rest I believe--are sold out for the 2022 year due to a small crop this year. But, in the meantime here's a few tips for next year's picking: *Follow them on IG at @UPICKCHERRIES for updates and picking info. *When they open a Ranch get there as early as you can. They tend to sell out fast--sometimes in less than a day! *If you're really serious, bring a small step ladder or someone tall to get the good stuff. *2022 prices were $6.25/lb, which ain't cheap, but you're paying for the experience :) *They take cash or cc *Parking lot is a dusty dirt lot, so don't go to the car wash ahead of time.

Stumbled upon this place while getting coffee and was surprised they were open early!…read more They have so many cookies to choose from. Brownies to lemon bars to ice cream and whatever cookie flavor you want. I tried out their brownies and so delicious ! Even better warmed up. Also got the peanut butter cookie which was ok needs more peanut butter flavor tasted more like a butter cookie. Their snickerdoodle and regular chocolate chip cookie were good!! Will come again to try more cookie flavors!

It's a bit hard to find as the address…read moresays it's on 10th street but is actually way to the back side of a shopping center on 10th behind a pizza place. Looks like they bake their cookies fresh on site, but I'm not sure who makes their ice cream. When we walked in a gentleman told us they had cinnamon rolls as well. So basically you can order cookies or ice cream or combine the 2 into an ice cream sandwich. So I decided on 1 Red Velvet cookie and one Chocolate Chip cookie with Cookies and Cream ice cream since they were out of Cookie Dough, (the absolute best ice cream flavor in the world). I believe the cookies run about $4 each and if you get an ice cream sandwich, that runs about $8. The cookies are a decent size and the scoop of ice cream I received was generous. So much so that it makes trying to take a bite of the sandwich practically impossible. You pretty much have to come at it from the side or just bite one side of the sandwich at a time. But the cookies were soft, sweet and tasty and the ice cream was pretty good too. The quality was good but I did think the pricing was a little high though.
