Nice clean store, friendly employees. And, compared to Phoenix area stores, less crowded! Yay!

Only grocery store in Gold Canyon and their employees know it. Mean customer treatment. They need a course of charm school.

I've been shopping at this Fry's recently since I have been on the hunt for lower grocery prices…read morethe past few months. This is a HUGE store that is very overwhelming at first, but I do like that it has everything you need. Just be prepared to spend a little more time than normal here as the store is large and takes some time to navigate around, especially at first. So far, my goal of finding lower prices has been accomplished by shopping here, and customer service has been decent. One particularly positive experience I've had recently was with a cashier named Robley. He was awesome! Very friendly, which, unfortunately, I feel like is few and far between these days in the customer service industry. I hope Robley gets some recognition for his outstanding work. The only reason why I give 4 stars is I feel like the overall cleanliness of the store (especially the bathrooms) could be improved.

This Fry's in Apache Junction is the worst! Zero stars would be more appropriate... I have been a…read moreFry's customer for 20 years and lived in North Phoenix. Moved to Gold Canyon 1 year ago and thought it was so nice to have my favorite grocery store close to me after we moved in...what a disappointment.. I would say that at least a dozen times we have gone in for produce to see empty bins . Today no lettuce at all and 2 cucumbers..what's up people ? The other store on signal butte always has inventory... then try to ask a question at customer service and the guy was so rude... no incentive to go here anymore..I will take my business to Winco on Power from now on..prices are way better ...Their regular prices are cheaper than Fry's sale prices on the things I routinely purchase and guess what..they keep the store stocked!! Wow what a concept!!! So disappointed in you Fry's

With all the usual stuff…read moreyou'd find at any Safeway or super market, it's not that much different from many other Safeways. The prices overall are the same and it has good service for the most part. What is nice is that one of the employees was very helpful with helping me find simply Lemonade when it seemed they were out of stock. He was able to help us find the last one for the day and give us an idea if there is more coming tomorrow. The checkout area is also nice and clean so there aren't many complaints there and the rest of the store just has a very nice spacious amount of space. Furthermore, this Safeway also has a gas station which is beneficial especially now with how expensive gas is becoming. With the help of having enough fuel points, you can get gas cheaper here than at the other big name brands. So if you need gas and you have points then use them. The food is all good especially the wings. Give this Safeway a shot as it's one of the best I've been to. The only complaints are out of their control which are the pricing of the items. But that is expected as its just something every supermarket has to deal with no matter what.

With the cost of living going up these stores cannot be honest and try to trick the customer...it's a scam, don't shop here. Fire the store manager that hires the clerks that change prices daily. You can save money for our customers by eliminating that labor. Give the consumer a break! But the store is owned by the biggest scumbags Albertsons Kroger should buy them out!!

Employees on the floor could not be found which wasn't a surprise as they keep minimal staffing to keep costs down. The cashier was friendly and smiled which is nice to see. Found some cute Halloween decorations. We had pur own bags so didn't need a quarter (which you get back) for a shopping cart since we were only getting a few things.

You put a quarter in to unlock the cart, use it for your shopping, & when finished, you put your cart back, lock it, & you get your quarter back. Keeps the number of stolen carts down. Also, you bag your own groceries. That helps keep the costs down as well. I bought 3 reusable Aldi bags for future trips. I was impressed with the store itself. Nice wide aisles to go through while shopping. Cashier service is awesome and the cashiers are very helpful and friendly. The ambiance is busy yet quiet. Perfect when you don't want craziness while shopping I saved close to $50 on my groceries! What I bought today was $88 and would have cost me close to $130 at Walmart, where I usually shop! Aldi will be my go to from here on out except for certain items I can only get at Walmart.

Italian Sandwich…read more Their sandwiches are huge and filled with meat. Easily enough to share. The bread appears to be fresh baked. Their prices are very reasonable for the portions. The employees/owners? were super friendly and the restaurant was clean and comfortable.

Never mind how run down the place is--if the sandwiches were good, I'd ignore that. The woman behind the counter took orders for me and my wife, with the special direction that there be no onion nor mustard on hers. Then, another customer came in to order his sandwich. After waiting about ten minutes, the other customer got his sandwich first and left. It took another ten minutes to get our order, and then I see only one sandwich sitting on the counter. She heard both orders, asked us what kind of bread we wanted, wrote down notes. Then, only charged us for only one sandwich, made us wait 20 minutes, served a customer that came in after us first, forgot mine, and left my wife's with mustard and onions contrary to my order. Slicer? Nothing sliced fresh here anymore. All prepackaged, salty meat on cheap bread. Not terrible, but I could buy Oscar Meyer packs from Basha's and make something better. Our server seemed pretty clueless and out to lunch. This is not how you run a restaurant. She offered to make me another sandwich and I didn't give her to opportunity to make another mistake. Nor will I in the future.

Once inside we headed directly to the floral area. Although along the way in the aisle I walked I grabbed a few things I could use. We reached the floral area.
