Great and frieldy team! I called asking to get a seasonal inspection on my furnace in a house I just purchased in the summer, so I had no idea what condition it was in. When the guy came out he looked at the furnace and said it was in really bad shape and didn't feel comfortable cleaning it. He personally showed me things that are wrong that shouldn't be. He then held an air quality check up to the air vent in my basement where the furnace is, and it detected a co2 leek. It was a few days before the hard cold was about to hit, so I asked if he would mind giving me some information on a new furnace system. No hesitation at all he went to the vehicle and put together some numbers for a new furnace system for me to get installed. I asked if there is any type of discount if I was to get a new AC unit as well since I'm sure that was the same age as the furnace. He showed me pricing on the AC unit both combined in a package, and just individually if I was to get it in the spring. I was able to get everything installed two days later just before the big cold weather came in. Very nice, quick, clean, and informative company. Would highly recommend to anyone! read more

The furnace in my home stopped working. It would light, but it would quickly turn off. I called Bartlett Heating and Air at 6 am. Vincent returned my call right away. He asked some preliminary questions to get a scope on the problem. After determining my availability, was able to come to the house within a few hours. I thought there was a problem with the fan in the furnace but it turned out to be a problem with our filter maintenance. He converted us to a much less complicated but more efficient system which is providing a much healthier air quality for me and my family. He was prompt, honest and very forthright. His fees for the service call, the cleaning service and the labor and supplies for the filters were very reasonable. He even showed me some things I could take care of myself. We set up a regular schedule which will prevent more serious problems from sneaking up on us. I appreciated Vincent's patience, honesty and integrity. As a result, we will be using and recommending Bartlett Heating and Air for our regular maintenance and if we should have any problems in the future. read more

Bartlett Heating and Air are my new go-to guys! When my furnace motor broke, I thought we would have to wait a long time to get a part. Nicor Solutions was useless- and being without heat for 2 days, I decided to call Bartlett Heating and Air to see if they could help. Vince called back within 10 minutes and had a preliminary estimate for me within a couple of hours (I had called him initially after the supplier was closed, so we had to wait for the final price until they opened in the morning). He contacted me the next morning and notified me that he had the part (for a better price than Nicor Solutions). He installed the new part in no time! (Unfortunately, a bird who had flown in from the gap in the chimney and had gotten stuck in the motor). He went above and beyond by contacting the roofing guys to put a guard around the chimney to prevent this from happening again. Vince was a real life saver...to me and future bird victims! Wonderful Service! read more

These guys have their act together and are super honest with very fair pricing. Had them install a new furnace and humidifier this year. Had a very minor issue with humidifier and they came right out and replaced it. Seems like one of the last of the shops around that doesn't have techs on commission $ with targets for upselling premature replacements and work that isn't needed. In fact, I was told my furnace was fine, no need to replace it but I insisted on replacement since were doing a whole house remodel. At that point they could have gave me the "you know it'll be cheaper if you do the ac too, like the 4 other quotes I got, but they said the AC was fine too. All the other guys told me the furnace was in need of replacement and gave me the "st Charles" pricing which they all seem to have except Bartlett. Appreciate the honesty, responsiveness and great work. Highly recommend you give these guys a call. read more

After a nightmare experience with another company, Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning was an absolute godsend. Not only did they step in when I was left without a working A/C system--thanks to serious mishandling by a different contractor--they went above and beyond to make things right. Bartlett offered me a fair, honest price--literally half of what I was quoted elsewhere--and even extended their service area to help me out. They prioritized my family's urgent need, got me scheduled immediately, and treated me with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. The installation was smooth, fast, and done with real care and attention. It's rare to find a company that's not just skilled, but genuinely compassionate. I can't thank the Bartlett team enough--they turned a stressful, overwhelming situation into a huge relief. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-notch HVAC service. read more

Probably the best experience I have had with any company...ever. It started out with Laura going above and beyond to help me in a dyer situation with a dead A/C unit early this summer. She provided me all the information I needed to make the best decision I could given my situation which made the whole process a breeze (pun intended). Then Vince came to give me an estimate and I could tell how open, honest and trustworthy he was right off the bat. I got a very good price on a top of the line unit and I couldn't be happier. Finally, the installation crew (Josh, Sam and Chris) did a phenomenal job and were as professional as could be. They walked me through every step of the way which gave me piece of mind which is more important to me than a good deal. I would recommend Bartlett Heating & Air to anyone in need of anything HVAC related! read more

Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning is more than deserving of my very first Yelp review. When I realized the temperature in my home was not dropping, despite my AC running non-stop, I knew I needed to have a technician look at my unit. I phoned the HVAC company I have used for several years at 9am on a Saturday morning and was told they would be out to my home on Monday. Time to find another company. As a resident of Bartlett, I wanted to use a local business. After finding Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning on Yelp, I called and spoke to Vince. He was at my home within one hour. Vince is friendly and professional. He explained the problem, and talked me through each step he took to resolve it. He thawed out my unit, added refrigerant, and was on his way. Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning earned a new customer today! read more

On a sweltering summer morning last week, our AC went out. Calling for an appointment was a great experience. The person was helpful and professional, and when they say your call will be returned within 10 minutes, their word is golden. We received a call back in about 5 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for between 9 AM and 11 AM, and the guys arrived at about 9:30 AM. Mark and Chris were the techs that came to the house. What a team! Professional, courteous, really knew what they were doing, and just really nice, decent guys. Our AC was fixed in no time, and they took the time to clearly explain what the issues were. They were also very patient with all our questions, You will never get hit with any "mystery" charges on your bill. And thank you both for the HVAC filter tutorial! Hi Just wanted to give a shout out for this fine 5 star business. I woke up to a cold house yesterday morning and immediately contacted the dispatch at Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning. Within 5 minutes, the owner himself called me back. Within an hour of the call a technician arrived and diagnosed the issue with the furnace within minutes of arrival. Since the issue was major and required a large part replacement, the technician made a couple of calls and came back and installed the part (Motor) within an hour. The house was back up and running within a couple of hours of my initial call. Overall fantastic service for a fair price. These guys are the best! Pete C. Bartlett, IL read more

After a bit of frustration with a few other companies, I searched and found Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning on Yelp and was impressed with all of the positive reviews. I am here to say that everything on Yelp is 100% accurate and true. I would consider their service and professionalism the best I have seen since arriving in Chicago in 1990. From the 10 minute response to an email inquiry (Sunday morning mind you), to the competitive quote and most of all, dealing with my Townhouse Association - Vince and his team are unbelievable! Do yourself a favor, and check them out. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Vince, and team, I am so happy with my new Furnace and AC. read more

We do not normally write reviews like this, but the owner Vince left such a positive impression on me I had to write this review. Vince is a solid individual, great pricing on the system he recommended, and they installed. His teams of guys that came over first introduced themselves to me and explained what they were installing two ac units and two furnaces. and how they were going to make sure all looked good before they left. Sam, Matt, Brian, Wyatt, and Anthony yes, all five were professional technicians. I was more than satisfied with the work they all did. We recommend Bartlett Heating & Air without any reservations whatsoever. Thank you, Rob & Laura O. read more

It was that time of year again. I was hoping to skate by this year without maintenance, but my furnace began to act up again continually turning off. I couldn't take it anymore so I called Bartlett Heating at 11:45am and they said someone would arrive between 1pm-4pm same day. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived right at 1pm.
