Unfortunately, having 3 kids in college, I decided that I would purchase a unit online and install it myself since every skill that is required for this job I have experience in. Had I not gone in this direction, Bob would have won the bid hands down. Don't go with the bigger companies as their high overhead costs reflects in their prices. George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies.
