When they came for the install, they informed me that the original humidifier was not the best fit. Rather than installing it just to get the job done they paused. They recommended a different option that was actually a lower cost and that they would have to come a different time to install it. This shows their dedication to customer satisfaction and making sure the customer has the best product to address their needs. Highly recommend them.

He had no idea of my political leanings and it should not matter. I find it unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting. I do not think a business should be pushing a political agenda. The other minor complaint would be that his son is no longer involved in his business. The name is now deceiving.

I have been their customer for over 15 years. They used to be excellent in providing services…read more Looks like the business has been sold and the new owners are not honest. In February, they told me that the cost to replace a board in the furnace was $850.00 in one of my rental properties . In the past if they quoted me a price of $850.00 the bill would be $850.00. This time in February billed me $1125.14 after quoting $850.00. When I asked to talk to the owner's daughter, the lady on the phone said that the owners daughter was on vacation and she would call me back in a week. I called again in March and asked to talk to Carrie, the owner's daughter. The same lady again said that Carrie is on vacation and she will call me back the following week. I still have not heard from Carrie. The crazy part is the February bill had a traveling charge! They have never charged me anything called traveling charge. On February 11th no one in the service industry had a traveling charge! Since I was a customer for over 15 years and Carrie and her family has provided excellent service, when I have been asking them to call me back for over 2 months, I am of the opinion that the business was sold and the new owners are not honorable. Their words don't mean a thing to them , examples: 1) Quoting me a price of $850 and charging me $1125.14 2) Telling me twice that Carrie or her father would call me back and have not. 3) Telling me Carrie is on vacation 3 times in l than two months!

However, with the recent headline in one of our local city papers about deceptive practices by some local HVAC companies, I thought it might be a good time to post one now. I can't say enough good things about Niko and his company, SparTemp. My office has used Niko to repair / replace our roof top units, my brother has used him at his house, my sister has used him at her house, and I've used him at my house. And that doesn't even include our friends who have used SparTemp as well. Niko will always tell you what needs to be done, and will always recommend what should be done. A few things you need right? An honest, great auto mechanic and an honest, great HVAC company are two of the important ones. With SparTemp, you can check off the HVAC company. Great knowledge, great work, great pricing, prompt, courteous...all the things you look for. Next job big or small, you should seriously consider SparTemp to complete it. We have, and you won't be disappointed.

I've been in the construction business many decades and…read moreI've had many different HVAC contractors. On my last two jobs I solicited bids and Bogdan had a fair price, came recommended and I could tell he knew his stuff and was committed to doing a quality job. He confirmed my suspicion on both jobs that the existing furnace and AC units were substantially oversized. So he installed properly sized units, saving me money on operating and the cost of installation. His team showed up when he said they would, did the job efficiently, cleaned up and left. I was happy with the work and the value rendered. I would recommend Bogdan company for any HVAC job. Paul Mchugh, licensed general contractor, City of Chicago
