Thankful recommendation from my best friend I contacted Jamie. Jamie and team was professional, personable and very patient. By phone we've communicated and took care of business. They were here for 8 hours installing my high efficiency air conditioner Lennox. Customer Service was great that I referred them to my mother. I was impressed. If fact I called them back to service my furnace for replacement of blower motor. The price was great and better than four seasons aka four ways to your money

It served us well but had developed gas leaking valves that could not be replaced. Airtech was contacted because they had installed baseboard heating in the basement some years ago and did a good job. Airtech was out the next day after the initial call. They assessed the old unit and the following day had a new Carrier boiler installed in 6 hours. Superpro job, the new boiler kicks and heats up the house in no time. Though it was an expensive installation, I am very happy with the work and friendly crew which did a great great job. My only criticism is that they left a bit of a mess around the boiler and back steps. But this was minor. It's a reliable company- highly recommend

We are beyond satisfied with the work/installation of our new furnace and a/c at our home. When we…read morepurchased our home, we were told by the inspector that the furnace was very old and that it would need to be replaced in a near future. It made a loud noise when turned on and finding parts for it was very difficult, it took a lot of space and was not efficient by any means. Every time we changed out the filters they would be covered with layers of dust and it really concerned us that that was what we were breathing. We finally decided to look into replacing our furnace for something that would help us save money with our bills and that would have the capacity to warm our house in the winter and keep it cool in the summer. The current system didn't have the power to do that, my bedroom which is located in the top floor was very hot in the summer and cold in the winter, we had to put fans and space heaters to make the room feel comfortable. We met with Cesar and talked about our concerns with our system. We were somewhat afraid about costs but soon those fears were gone because we were given options that would meet our needs and budget. Cesar knows what he is doing, he is very knowledgeable and explains with detail each option available. We were able to build our own "package" and felt very happy with the services. Next step was replacing our old ice age system, Ramses did an excellent job making sure all was in place keeping us informed of anything that may come up and explaining when we had questions. We are so happy to have made this decision and not wait till winter time when we would be in a bad position without heat. Summer is coming and my home is set with the best smart system that not only saves money but cleans the air and keeps us at our max comfort level. Thank you Service Plus Mechanical!

Well everything wasn't good because my AC went out and was out during the hottest part of the summer for over two weeks because the compressor motor burned out because the unit wasn't cleaned like the technician should have done. I went back and forth with their unprofessional customer service for over two weeks wanting to know when the new motor would be in. Every time I spoke to someone I got a different story. Their customer service reps are the rudest individuals I've ever dealt with! They finally fixed it after over two weeks of being without AC. I thought I would give them a chance to redeem themselves and scheduled a fall service. I was told a technician would be arriving between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. At 3:15 p.m. I hadn't heard from the technician so I called Precision to find out where the tech was and was told my appointment was canceled and that they left me a voicemail during the week to let me know they cancelled the appointment. I never received any voicemail canceling my appointment only a text confirming my appointment. If I could leave a no star review I would! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM PRECISION AS YOU CAN!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

I have been meaning to write a glowing review of Northwest Heating and Cooling for a few months now…read moreafter they replaced my furnace and condensing unit in the beginning of June. I finally got some time to sit down and write the detailed review that this fine company deserves. I work for a commercial general contracting company and although I have a few HVAC subcontractors that I regularly work with, they do not typically work on residential property. So when I went looking for a company to replace my 40+ year old AC unit and 17 year-old furnace, I wanted to find a company that caters to the residential market. I work for a small business and I like hiring other small businesses. I received a recommendation for Northwest Heating and Cooling from a plumber who worked on my house. I was first impressed by the company's responsiveness. I called and they were able to come out to take a look at my house the next day. When they arrived for the estimate they took the time to measure my house without me asking for it and inspect my existing equipment in great detail. Other less thorough companies might just find out how large your equipment is and replace it. Only by measuring the house can you determine the proper size equipment. As it turned out, my existing furnace was 120,000 BTU, which was significantly oversized for my house. NWHVAC was able to replace it with an 85,000 BTU unit, which will not only save me money on energy but also heat my home better. NWHVAC offered some good equipment options. I never felt pressured or pushed in any particular direction and felt they did an excellent job explaining the advantages of the more efficient equipment on the heating end, but also made sure that I did not go overboard on AC efficiency where in this climate, I would not see a return on investment. They also helped me understand how my 100 year old ducts limited my HVAC performance and we discussed some steps I could take in the future if I wanted to improve my HVAC performance. They offered me several different cost options and different equipment manufactures to give me a great price on the total package. I had one other quote from a reputable installer and NWHVAC came in $400 lower. They also let me know about the utility rebates I was eligible for by purchasing more efficient equipment. We were able to schedule the work in short order and their performance far exceeded my expectations. They were complete professionals down to little details. All of the condensate, vent and refrigerant lines were neatly run and properly supported. They left my furnace room in immaculate shape and went over operation and maintenance in detail. Although I am not an expert in HVAC systems, I do know enough to appreciate the excellent workmanship that NWHVAC provided. My AC has been working great all summer with electric bills down 20-30% and although I am never excited for winter, this year I am excited to see how our furnace and whole house humidifier performs. I would not hesitate to call NWHVAC back to maintain my equipment and will continue to recommend them to others. And when I need a new HVAC system in 15-17 years I hope to have NWHVAC replace my system again!

A tenant called me and said her furnace was not working. I called Marco and met him at the house. He took the panel off the furnace and explained that the blower motor was bad on the unit. It was a part that cost over $300. The next day, he came out to repair the furnace . Upon telling me that the job was completed, I went over there to look for myself. I opened the panel and was shocked when I saw that the same old blower motor was still in the furnace. I called him to tell him I knew he had ripped me off. He was speechless for a few seconds before he finally told me that it wasn't him who installed it. It was his employee. I was suspicious so I asked the tenant what the person looked like that came in to do the repair. She told me it was the same guy that I had met with the day before, Marco! Let's face it, in the HVAC business, most customers wouldn't know an igniter from a blower from any other part in the furnace so it's real easy for a dishonest operator to lie to get you to pay for something you don't need. For example, a furnace might not be operating properly because a sensor is dusty. To correct that, the repairman just needs to wipe the dust off. An honest guy would in fact, wipe the dust off and only bill you for the service call. A dishonest operator can charge you for any number of parts. My guess is within a couple of years, Maximum Heating and Cooling will have another new name. When it does, and as long as it is operated by Marco, I will leave a review for the new company as well. This is a shady operator.

In February, they told me that the cost to replace a board in the furnace was $850.00 in one of my rental properties . In the past if they quoted me a price of $850.00 the bill would be $850.00. This time in February billed me $1125.14 after quoting $850.00. When I asked to talk to the owner's daughter, the lady on the phone said that the owners daughter was on vacation and she would call me back in a week. I called again in March and asked to talk to Carrie, the owner's daughter. The same lady again said that Carrie is on vacation and she will call me back the following week. I still have not heard from Carrie. The crazy part is the February bill had a traveling charge! They have never charged me anything called traveling charge. On February 11th no one in the service industry had a traveling charge! Since I was a customer for over 15 years and Carrie and her family has provided excellent service, when I have been asking them to call me back for over 2 months, I am of the opinion that the business was sold and the new owners are not honorable. Their words don't mean a thing to them , examples: 1) Quoting me a price of $850 and charging me $1125.14 2) Telling me twice that Carrie or her father would call me back and have not. 3) Telling me Carrie is on vacation 3 times in l than two months!
