Of course I made myself available and she, the tech, arrived around 4. Cat was respectful and listened to my description of the a/c situation. She explained the possibilities and started the process of elimination which included examining the evaporator, which was frosted, then carefully tested for leaks. Finding no apparent leaks, she when outside and attached her gauges and found it was low on Freon, which she had predicted. One pound later the system was up and running. DuAll could have easily stalled the tech but instead offered an early appointment, what an honest business practice. The tech was professional and personable, arriving masked and ready to solve my a/c problem. I highly recommend DuAll.
