I called Temp Tech on a Sunday near the recent holidays, as our furnace was making some very odd noises, and Lenny came out and quickly diagnosed the issue (essentially recommending a full furnace replacement, as ours was 23 years old). Lenny detailed out the different furnaces that he recommended as a replacement, as well as details, differences in costs, and additional options. He was also able to book a crew to come in and install the new furnace the following Saturday, which was very convenient, as my wife and I both work. When the crew arrived, all of them were very professional, and definitely showed their enthusiasm for the job. They were very willing to answer questions, and were very respectful of our family and our house. Furthermore, after the installation, they explained in detail what processes I needed to take on to keep the furnace in shape, which was very welcome. They also stayed later than expected to ensure that a series of tests was done on our new furnace / thermostat. From my experience, I would highly recommend Temp Tech for your HVAC needs...you will not be disappointed!

Tenant called me about the yelling thing and AC still didn't work after repairing. I called Temp Tech and they asked me to pay because they spent time to repair regardless it is still not working. I'm a customer for life! During the summer, when my A/C started acting up, I gave Micah a call and he came right out. After trouble-shooting my issue he fixed the problem and we thought we were in the clear. Well, it turns out, fixing the one issue uncovered a few more (as it tends to happen). Micah was back on the job and had a stop-gap in place while he waited for new parts to come in. He was prompt, helpful, and responded quickly. He made sure we were not without A/C during some of the hottest weeks of the summer (not an exaggeration). Since this issue I had them inspect my furnace just before winter. This time someone other than Micah came out and was very friendly and honest. He answered every question I had with elaborate answers (which I really like) and finished up his work very quickly. MKDS is fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!
