Jason and his team are very professional and skilled. We could not be more pleased with the work they did. On what could be the hottest week of the year they diagnosed the issue on Monday and they completely replaced our entire HVAC system with new Rheem units on Tuesday. We have worked with Four Suns in the past and they have always done an outstanding job and on this occasion they exceeded our expectations. We came to trust Four Suns as they always did an excellent job. They certainly earned our trust. I recommend them highly. read more

Woke up this morning, no sound from our A/C and i placed an immediate call to Jason, our multi-year trusted advisor at 4Suns... within an hour, he dispatched Rich to our house to attend to the inattentive unit. Fearing the worse, Rich addressed every aspect of the situation and resolved it within 2 hours of attention to every detail, including cleaning of the outside unit. Can't begin to express our appreciation for the prompt response and responsible grasp of the situation. They could have tried to sell us a $3-7K new A/C system, but no, fixed the problem under $200 as an honest business will... We have been with them through 2 houses and many situations and that's why they are on speed dial for us. read more

I called Four Suns last night and they were able to come and repair my furnace at 1130am that morning. Tim was insightful and made the repair with ease. He gave me recommendations on how to properly maintain my furnace and left within a hour. Much appreciated. read more

I just recently purchased a home that needed a tune up for the furnace. I looked around extensively and the reviews seemed pretty good and they had a sticker on the unit so I figured they have been here before. They were able to come within a half an hour! Jason our tech was awesome and very knowledgeable. He gave me options and explained everything really well. I thought the prices were fair and work done very quickly. I will be getting my yearly tune ups done with them. Thanks again Four Suns! read more

Jason helped coordinate an appointment with us and tried to squeeze us in at the last minute even though they were backed up with appointments. We really appreciated that since it was give to be 95 degrees over the weekend. Tim serviced our AC and was very professional and helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing and figured out the issue within minutes. He also gave us a ton of good tips for maintaining our AC. We highly recommend them. read more

I don't ever leave any reviews but I had to for these guys. I came home from work, and noticed the AC unit outside running but no cold air coming out of the vents. Called multiple HVAC places but no one was available or wanted to come out just to look under $175. Four Suns came out with $80 for the diagnostic & travel, and fixed our issue with $167( This included the travel & diagnostic $80). I can't believe We found a place that doesn't charge us the "Naperville" price . This will be our go to HVAC place from now on. read more

My water heater went out last night and I called Home Depot to see how much it would cost for a replacement and installation. They quoted me over $1600 which I thought was high. This morning I decided to call Four Suns as I have used them for furnace repair in the past. They were so helpful and quoted me under $1k and were there within an hour to begin. It took less than 2 hours to complete and the employees were very professional and I am extremely satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Four Suns to anyone looking for HVAC work!! read more

Upon initial request for bid for a HVAC system, Jason responded promptly with an email with an estimate, followed up four days later with a personal visit and a formal quote. We were impressed with his knowledge of the Rheem products and his recommendations on additional April-Aire options . The HVAC System was installed promptly as scheduled. The crew took pride in their work and their attention to detail was apparent. Neatly organized and secured routing of wiring and HVAC supply lines. Great product at a fair price. We highly recommend Four Suns. read more

These guys saved my house from disaster. I left the country over the holidays, and on Christmas morning I happened to check my Nest App and saw that it was 39 degrees inside my house. This was the week of the Polar Vortex in December 2013. I knew that I didn't have much time before the pipes would freeze, burst, and flood my house. I was in France and basically helpless to do anything. I emailed Four Suns and explained the situation, and on the morning after Christmas they went to my house. They'd been there before for another HVAC issue I had and I trust them enough to tell them how to get into my house when I wasn't there. They fixed the igniter on my gas heater and warmed up my house before any damage was done. I think it even took me a few days to get payment to them because I had to email my credit information and such and they were very understanding. I'm so grateful to them for going above and beyond--during Christmas--to help me save my house when I couldn't do anything for it. Give your business to them! read more

Used them for home, rental property and business. Price and service can't be beat. They have replaced 2 water heaters, two air conditioning units along with high tech thermostat. I would recommend them hands down. read more

Four Suns is a family owned business and we have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them. Our AC broke down just before the first heat waver to hit Chicago at end of June. Called Four Suns and they came out the next morning to check the unit. As it turned out we needed a new AC. Four Suns managed to squeeze us in their very busy schedule and installed a new unit the next day, just in time before the temperature went up to the 90's. Not only does Four Suns provide the best services but their costs are also much more reasonable comparing to others in the area. We will definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Next level service. Installed a new furnace and corrected a problem at no charge even though slightly after the year warranty. They just wanted things to be right. Great communication. Great work. Great service. read more

We had our HVAC replaced about 3 years ago with them. Very professional, courteous and took as much time as we needed answering our questions. Gave us a very reasonable rate and their service has been fantastic. We had one minor issue in the first 6 months and they promptly fixed it. Haven't had any issues since then and our heating and cooling has been greatly improved in the entire house. Would highly recommend and will use them in the future! read more

Our air conditioning went out and they came out the very next day. These guys were great! They explained everything that was wrong with our furnace, showed me what happened and replaced/fixed everything within the same day. Very informative and honest. We just moved to Naperville and I am glad we found them. They were highly recommended through Angie's List. read more

Great guys; you always get an honest quote and a fair price. I call them every year for a spring tune up on the AC and a fall tuneup on the furnace. They just replaced both my furnace and water heater and gave me the best price I could find and installed it 2 days later. read more

We have used Four Suns since we bought our house in 2012 as part of our home warranty, but kept using them because they are great. They are always prompt, very knowledgeable, and do a great job. I would highly recommend them if you are anywhere nearby. read more

Excellent customer service!!! Four sons replaced my furnace 2 years ago and, more recently, my AC unit. Of course the AC unit broke during a stretch of hot summer days and even though the company was very busy, they still found the time to stop by the same day I called. The technician tried a few things to fix our 20 year old AC unit in hopes to make it last a little longer and save us some money. He thoroughly explained the problem and after walking through the pros and cons we decided that we would go with a new unit. We scheduled time for them to do the install but since they were so busy they couldn't make it out any sooner than a week. Since we would be without AC for week, Four Sons was nice enough to install a portable AC unit for my 5 month old twins bedroom! Life saver! And to top it off, they were able to come 4 days earlier then expected to do the install - truly appreciated! In my experience, Four Sons work hard to put their customers first. They are honest, reliable guys who have never tried to up sell us products or services and their prices are very reasonable. We now have a cool house and happy babies. They are our go-to guys. read more

Four Suns is AMAZING! I found out what was wrong with our furnace and got a estimate of $700 from someone at a different heating an cooling place. I called around and found Four Suns. Jason took my call and he was pleasant and easy to understand and no bullshit. I mean ladies can't you tell when someone is trying to give you the "bussiness"? I told him the piece I needed asked for him to call me back with the TOTAL COST I didn't want any suprises. He didn't take that the wrong way and was COMPLETLEY professional called me back right away, advised me of the cost and we set up an appointment the next day. They even let me have another $25 off from their web site coupon. I am VERY pleased to know there are still companies out there that aren't in it to RIP you OFF. I felt his price was fare and the service super. I will def use them again and recommend them to others. read more

I called these guys for a spring check-up. Quick response, professional, educational, and great price. Pretty straight forward service. I am ready for the cold to be done to use the AC unit. read more

Great Service!! Hands down we had the best customer service with Four Suns. Our AC went out a few weeks ago and they came out quickly the day of, trained us on how to do some things ourselves and quickly resolved the issues we were having. We still talk about the Customer Service...wish they did plumbing and electrical work :) read more

Woke up to find A/C was not working on one of hottest days of summer. Called at 730 am to schedule repair. Talked to Jason on phone, and by 845 he was at the house to repair. Less than an hour later, AC is back up and running. Very pleasant to deal with, didn't try to add things here and there to replace. Freon was a little low, so he topped that off free of charge. Much cheaper than what I would have expected. They have also fixed a small furnace issue a couple years ago, with the same prompt and friendly service. Very highly recommended. read more

Our bedroom was a hot 89 degrees when we came home after work. Apparently our attic AC is not working! Luckily I have a home warranty and they found me four suns to help fix the issue. I called on Friday morning and many companies were overbooked. Some even refused to accept the job. Four suns accepted the job but they can't come out until Monday morning. Can you imagine a weekend without AC in the middle of summer? But I don't have much of a choice do I? Then I got a call from four suns around noon, they think they can squeeze me in and send someone over in 10 minutes! I was jumping with joy. The technician Rich is knowledgeable and fixed the problem within an hour. My AC unit is 24 yrs old. I think some companies might try to scam me to replace it with a new one. But four suns didn't. They are honest and told me all I need is to add more refrigerant. Now I am writing this review on a nicely cooled bedroom on a lazy Saturday morning... read more

Zero stars. Four Sons was sent to repair a weak AC unit via my HWA warranty service. The contractor got here and ignored everything that I tried to explain to him. He was rude, unprofessional, and he refused to even check the capacitor issue that spurred this HWA claim in the first place. I had my own independent HVAC technician look at the capacitor in the blower motor, and he said it was shot and that it needed replacement. However, this Four Sons guy wouldn't even LOOK at it! Instead, he proceeded to go outside, and without my knowledge or confirmation he pumped 4 pounds of Freon R-22 into my aging HVAC cooling system. Then he comes in and asks for a payment of close to $240, stating that HWA only covers $10-worth of R-22. Neither the contractor or HWA made any attempt to inform me of this charge for the Freon R-22. I was clearly told in an email from HWA that I would only be liable for a $100-deductible for this service. Any additional amount that would potentially have to come out of my pocket, should have absolutely been made aware to me BEFORE this service was performed! The contractor and HWA did *NOT* do this, or even attempt to do this. I absolutely would have refused the service had I known the cost ahead of time, especially considering that I plan to replace the whole HVAC system in a year or two. So I would have NEVER sunk an additional $240 into a dying system. A $100-deductible, yes. $240 for Freon R-22, absolutely not. And the absolute worst thing is this: The 4 pounds of Freon R-22 that this contractor pumped into my system is just going to leak out in the coming weeks/months anyways. The contractor made ZERO attempt to even look for, or repair the leak! The contractor even admitted this, and he fully expects it to happen! He stated that there was most likely a leak (and he didn't even need to say that, since it is obvious that there is a leak considering that 2/3 of the system's R-22 was gone in the first place)! So not only did this contractor show a complete disregard to me and my HVAC cooling system, but he showed a complete disregard for the ENVIRONMENT considering that 4 pounds of Freon R-22 is about to knowingly leak out of a faulty cooling system. Goodbye ozone layer, hello skin cancer. Good contractors fix problems, and they leave with the customer happy. This is not one of them. Avoid them at all costs. read more

We recently moved to the area and needed our new (to us) furnace looked at. We hoped when we called Four Suns that they wouldn't take our money and leave us high and dry. Our furnace was working well when it worked, it would just stop working sometimes making it difficult to find the problem. I called, they told me how to work with it and then proceeded to be even more amazing every step of the journey. They came out and when they needed to look further into the problem, they worked with our past payment and home warranty. They are above and beyond an honest, dependable, competent company. Absolutely call them if you need any heating or cooling work! read more

I've been using Four Suns for all of my HVAC needs for ten years, over the ownership of two homes in Naperville. They replaced the furnace in my old home and just recently replaced the furnace and the entire AC system in my new home. I've never had any reason for a single complaint with them. They're always on time, they always do the work well, and they're always incredibly polite. Jason will take the time to explain everything to your full satisfaction. Most importantly, in all the work they've done for me over the years, I've never had to have them back to fix anything up! Even more importantly, I have the utmost confidence that should any problems arise, they'd be there in a heartbeat. This group takes great pride in their work, and it shows. read more
