Normally, I would have moved on to another company, but they had good reviews, so I decided to give them another chance. The second time, I called to schedule an estimate for a new system. Before I could even explain what I needed, the woman who answered said, "Can you hold on? I have a customer calling." I was honestly confused and replied, "I am a customer." I was calling because I wanted to buy an entirely new HVAC system. Today, I decided to give them one final opportunity after seeing one of their trucks around town. I was transferred to someone who took my name and phone number but didn't explain what would happen next. When I asked when I should expect a callback, I was told their business hours were 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. I clarified that I wasn't asking for their hours--I was asking how long it typically takes for someone to call back about an estimate. The response was simply, "I don't know." None of these issues are major on their own, but together they paint a picture of a company that doesn't seem interested in earning new business. Three very avoidable experiences were enough for me.
