They even answered all my silly questions from a homeowner that doesn't know much about plumbing. About a week later it became apparent that the drain clog which we thought was cleared had one more surprise in store for us. I called A&D for a return visit and they worked it out again. All has been good since then. They also reworked a bad drain pipe and installed a new faucet in my kitchen as well as installing a new faucet in my utility sink. These were jobs that I had been procrastinating about for years and I was glad that A&D was able to take care of them for me. They are very upfront about pricing (which is comparable and very reasonable!) and realistic about any issues that could potentially be unsafe and will do what's needed without trying to always upsell you on things you don't necessarily need. He asked if I still had hot water, which we did, so he told me he'd be at my house at 9am with a new 50 gallon Bradford-White unit. His quote was VERY fair and we went with Dan to make the repair. I researched Bradford-White vs. Rheem and was glad we took his recommendation. Dan arrived at 8:45am and went right to work. He drained the old water heater and removed it. Jesse walked me through the scope of work upfront and we moved forward. The job wasn't simple -- the wall behind the shelves had herringbone tile. Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. They also told me after calling police they weren't going to leave my home. These people are vultures. Beware of calling these people. They will cheat you out of money. If I could give no stars I would. They also kept taking breaks and smoking outside of my home and went to my garage. My autistic son has asthma. Never asked permission. Just took complete advantage of me. I was in tears after this.

Flotek saved our basement and I'm very pleased with their service. We've had a lot of rain the last few days and our sump pump stopped working and water was starting to come in to our basement. I called 2 other places and just to come out to look and give us an estimate on a Sunday afternoon they charged a fee and couldn't even commit to making it out to our home the same day. I called Flotek for the first time and I was was impressed with their level of professionalism, experience and demonstrated expertise in the work they performed for us. I called and they arrived within 30 minutes. Upon arrival they covered their shoes to ensure our home wouldn't get dirty, he assessed what we needed and gave us options. Options that were affordable. They did a nice job, respected our time and more importantly our home by ensuring their shoes were covered and they cleaned up after the job was completed. Gabriel took the time to answer all of our questions and explained things to us in terms that we'd understand. Once we decided what we wanted to do, he explained what he was going to do and he quickly started working on it. Flotek did a great job for us and I recommend them because of their overall performance from a customer service, cost, quality, efficiency, professionalism and expertise perspective. If you want a reliable, honest and a knowledgeable plumber Flotek is the way to go!! We were referred to Flotek from a friend initially to bid out a complete basement remodel. Not only were they the most reasonable on cost, the service and responsiveness was like none-other we had seen before. They completed our basement project which included; a new bathroom with shower, re-pitched our septic line and repositioned our water heater and other utilities to a centralized location. The job was completed on budget (with no hidden costs) and completed in a timely manner. We have since had other needs to call Flotek and again their responsiveness has been outstanding. We had a foundation leak that occurred in a crawl space during a storm and Flotek came after hours at 11pm to help us stop the leak. Of all the contractors we have used for all our renovations, Flotek by far stands out above the rest. My Monday started out at 10 Am with Nicor turning my gas off when they came out to inspect an odor.... I called 6 repair companies their comments ranged from 1400 dollars minimun, 2 day job, can't get out there till Friday.... No hot water, no stove I was so sad then I called Flotek, they were the next red dot on google maps for plumbers in my area. The technician said he was just finishing a job he could be by me by 5 pm. He inspected everything, told me what he recommended, gave me the price and started working! His price was very reasonable and finished the job within 3 hours or so. Gabe from Flotek was incredibly professional and his services were extremely well priced. I needed a plumber to uninstall my sink for my new countertops. He was able to uninstall my sink the day before my countertops arrived, and was then able to come back the next day after the countertop installation to install my new sink and faucet (along with existing garbage disposal). Gabe didn't leave until everything was all cleaned up and running without any leaks. Right before he left, Gabe even gave me some final tips to make sure my new faucet continued to run well. Gabriel from Flotek has done a few jobs for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our house built in 1946 has had nothing but "home owners special" plumbing work done throughout and Gabriel has pretty much replaced all of that very poorly done work. New kitchen sink, upstairs bathroom sink and toilet replaced, whole gutted bathroom with new bathtub, sink, and toilet replaced. I called Flotek early in the morning and talked with Gabriel about my sump pump. The alarm was going off. We discussed changing the battery due to the extreme age. I swapped out the battery (my idea) and the alarm still was going off. I called Gabriel again, he said he could be over in an hour. He was on time, reviewed the sump pump and showed me where the problem was. He gave me an estimate and was able to start the work right away. He did an excellent job. I would give zero stars if I could…read more In March, I had All Mark Plumbing come out to clear a blockage in my pipe. Instead of using the proper cleanout access, they went through my toilet and barely resolved the issue. Within four weeks, the problem returned, and they came back recommending an expensive water jet service. I agreed, but the jetting service--costing nearly $1,600--did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. After running cameras twice (once in March and again recently), they finally told me there was a tree obstruction in the line. So essentially, after spending over $2,000, no actual repair work was done--only diagnostics. I then had to involve the city, who dug up the area and removed a tree stump that was causing the blockage--at additional cost to me. This is something the plumbing company should have identified and addressed properly from the beginning. To make matters worse, I was initially told there would be some kind of refund or assistance given the circumstances, but I was recently informed that they will not be providing anything. Since then, I've heard from multiple local municipal workers that this company has a poor reputation in the area and frequently pushes high-cost jetting services that don't resolve the issue. I strongly do not recommend All Mark Plumbing. This was an expensive, frustrating experience with no resolution and zero accountability.

He was able to come out two days later to complete the job within an hour. That includes running to Home Depot to get a different part. He brought the parts originally based on the photos I provided, but once the wall was opened up, there was a different sized pipe. He showed up on time and maintained a professional service and cleaned up after the job was complete. As we have a child in the household, I ask him to wear a mask.
