The T&P valve was dripping a bit for a few days and when I brought it to their attention they came out short-notice on a Sunday to replace it for free. Dan was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. He explained everything he was doing. It was a big job that took all day, and he was absolutely amazing. We called Roto Rooter first (never again!!), but they refused to shut off the main water supply to the house, something that needed to be done since the main shut-off valve inside was streaming water. Restore Plumbing and Drain handled calling the village to shut off the water supply, then fixed literally everything. I highly recommend this company and Dan in particular. Luis did a great job installing the new sump pump. The pump that was in there, installed by another company, failed after 3 months. It turned out the pump was inappropriate for a sump well. The other company did not want to stand by their work. Restore installed the a new sump pump free of charge even though it was a Friday evening. They also handled getting the credit since the original pump was still on warranty instead of making it my problem. These guys understand good customer service. These guys are top notch! I have used many times! Today Water came showering in to my laundry room from above while my wife showered! It was coming from the old connection of cast iron! House is over years old, this cast iron was never connected, had a major blockage and the water backed up to the connection (vent) water never flowed through so never leaked! These guys are amazing! They came out the day after I called them (I called them at 6:30pm). Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After another company tried to scam me out of $3400 for a toilet install (!!!!), a friend referred me to Restore Plumbing. While this wasn't an entirely straightforward install, due to old plumbing and an uneven concrete floor, this wasn't the disaster the other company was trying to sell me on. Dan was able to do this at a TENTH of the cost the other company was trying to sell me on, and was even able to get the install done the same day (at the same visit)! First off let me say this company has installed my sump pump and Fixed leaky pipes and educated me about my plumbing issues. It wasn't until I started a bathroom remodel that I had issues with this company. After Going back and forth with Dan exchanging emails and phone calls.
