It's been difficult to find a heating and air conditioning company that we have felt totally comfortable with. We needed service as we had no heat. We decided to try Bartlett as the review's were very favorable. I am so glad that we did. Vince was professional, personable and pointed out some very helpful things to us. Going forward this is the company that we will continue to use. Great service and fair prices. read more

We have had a good experience with Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner, Vince, personally comes out to do jobs, which we appreciated. He and the guys we have met, Brian and Jake, were top notch. We needed a new furnace which I expected to be a disaster, but the job went very smooth and we couldn't have been happier. read more

Great, prompt, COVID safe service. Arrived early wearing a mask and did an excellent job as always. Gave suggestions and pointers for keeping our furnace working well through the winter. read more

Excellent customer service: trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I usually don't like to leave a review good or bad, but this company is one of the best service company i've ever experienced. These guys are very honest and for once I felt that I can really trust what they are saying. They provided me with a complete and an understandable diagnosis, and given me great advice. I had a previous service company which was a scam; they took some parts of my system and never came back. I explained this to Bartlett H&AC and they were very understanding and was very sympathetic. This company is a perfect example of what makes America great! read more

Being a long time home owner I have had my share of contractors at my house over the years. Being new to this area for about 5 years now my AC unit started to fail on us. I had Bartlett Heating and A/C out to my house for a consultation. No up sale, no pressure, just honest solid answers. New unit installed 2 days later. Technicians very polite, efficient, and clean. Everybody was right on time. That is a big deal in my book. Simply put this is quality run business. I asked the techs how they liked working there and the one gentleman said he had worked at a couple of places before and after being here he feels like everybody is like family. I have never left a review thats hw strongly positive I feel about my experience. read more

First hot day of summer and Bam my air conditioner went out. I called Bartlett heating and air at 9 AM on a Saturday thinking there's absolutely no way they can make it here in any good amount of time; mostly because I know on the first super hot day these places are swamped with work. I call and make an appointment and I'm told someone will be there within X time range. Ok, no problem. Thirty minutes later I got a call from their tech stating he was on his way and would be over in 15-ish minutes. Wow. Alright. And 15 minutes later show up he did. I believe the techs name is Chris, although I can't recall and I've looked at my invoice to see if it listed his name. I don't believe it does. In any event, the employee showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem and even said I could hang outside with him while he worked so I didn't have to be trapped inside. So while the employee worked we idly chatted. He was insanely personable and very professional. About 15 minutes later my capacitor in my unit is replaced, I'm signing off on payment and the employee is heading to his next job. I leave and several hours later I return to a warm house still. Fearing there's a greater issue with my unit I call back for a recall service order and within an hour one of the owners is at my door. He takes a little bit of time, checks everything out and it turns out I was just being paranoid but he demonstrated air flow temps from the vents and explained how so much humidity had made it's way in, the air conditioner just needed time to do what it does. I felt so silly, but he was incredibly kind and patient even though I felt I wasted his time. (It was 7 PM on a Saturday for reference) I had a great experience with this business and they're now my go to Heating/Air people. Consider this business. Their work speaks for itself. read more

Truly an amazing company and customer service is as good as it gets. I had Vince come out to give me a quote over a year ago and I never pulled the trigger. I reached out again 3 weeks ago, and they still honored the same price. I had them install a new ac unit, furnace, and humidifier and I'm thoroughly happy that I did. I had a ton of questions and Vince answered them every time promptly. The techs came out on a Saturday for one which was amazing, they were very very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Price wise, they are as good as it gets. I've had a lot of hvac guys come out to give me a price, and no one touches Bartlett Heating and Air. You guys will forever have my business. read more

Arrived on time, worked fast and clean. I made room for them in half of the garage so they did not have to work outside. Did not know what to expect as this was my first furnace purchase. Well done, I will recommend to others. Thanks Bartlett heating and air. read more

Great Product - Awesome Service My A/C went out Sunday morning. I was surprised when Vince responded to my email same day and even came out that day. My A/C and Furnace were 13 years old so I knew they needed to be replaced. Vince was kind enough to put some freon in the old unit to get us through. I ordered a new A/C, Furnace and Humidifier. Vince answered all my questions. Service was great, price was very, very good. I couldn't be happier. Thank you! read more

What a great experience! Very easy scheduling process through Yelp. The installed a Nest Thermostat only to learn the device was defective. They also installed a Humidifier. We used Bartlett Heating and Air again to install a humidifier and complete preventative maintenance. Vince came out and did a flawless job. I don't want to make it a habit needing them, but for those times when we do, I wouldn't want anyone else. PLEASE READ MY REVIEW I'm an out-of-state landlord - hiring a company, only using reviews on yelp as a guide to repair my air conditioner. My rental property is located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Never using this company before, I was hoping I would get the service I NEEDED at a fair price. Not only did I get a great price, Vince was there on time and followed up with a telephone call in minutes after repair. Vince was very professional! My tenants were thrilled, as I was, with the entire experience. In case you were wondering - my unit needed to be cleaned and a valve replaced. That was it. The honesty and integrity you will find with this company is remarkable, Stop looking through Google, to hire a"heat or air guy" - call this company ! read more

This my first review. I have to say Vince and his team provided exceptional service. We had problems with our ac unit for last 4 years. We decided to purchase new unit this year. The team provided affordable pricing and financing options. There response and installation was quick and smooth. The ac unit is working phenomenally well. The house is cool again. Thank you read more

I called Vince one morning around 7am because I noticed that the duct work underneath a vent in my kitchen had fallen out. Being a first time homeowner I panicked, but Vince reassured me that it's fixable and to just call back after the holidays. A contractor came out in January and noticed that another vent was affected too. Vince called me the next day to give me a quote, and I scheduled them to come out yesterday. The contractor was in and out in less than an hour and a half (even though they had to fill my vents with concrete to seal them up-something not every HVAC company will do), and Vince even called me today to check up on things. Great customer service and friendly staff! It's rare to find companies nowadays that actually take pride in what they do and the happiness of their customers :) read more

We had a problem with a technician. Once the business owner found out about our issue, he immediately contacted us and made it right. He even offered to come personally to our home to confirm the issue was resolved. After our recent experience with Bartlett, I would definitely recommend their services. They are one of the most customer focused businesses I have ever dealt with. read more

I am a Realtor and need to count on many different contractors. This is the ONE contractor who always answers, sets a meeting with me immediately and takes care of business. For a great value...EVERY time. I hand their number to clients with the confidence they will take care of any issue, emergency or even just have a conversation over the phone about HVAC equipment. The Duct Cleaning service is also a great service that not all companies know how to do well...but Bartlett Heating and Air has the total package, ready to help me or you anytime! read more

Great company! I bought a Heater from them about 3 years ago. Yesterday, a motor went out. The owner himself came over and inspected it. Luckily, it was still under warranty. The unit is fixed and it didn't cost me anything. I will gladly give them my future business. read more

Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning is an excellent company that was very speedy and provided great service. I came home from work about a month ago (in the middle of the 100 degree heat wave!) and walked into a very warm house and realized there was a problem with my air conditioner. After calling Bartlett Heating & Air right away, I had someone out to my house in about an hour and the problem was fixed that night without costing me an arm and a leg. They are very professional and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who has any air conditioning or heating problems. read more

I can't say enough about them. Prompt, polite, professional. This is the first review I've ever posted but I felt I had to because it was that exceptional. I hope you call them because of this review. They earn every accolade they get. You won't be sorry. read more

Just the facts: My previous Carrier Certified service provider's tech said my furnace seemed noisy. I paid $600 for a new blower installed. It didn't help. The tech suggested to install a new motor at $1,800. Considering it's a 13yr old furnace, I decided to look for a new furnace. Seeing all the 5-star reviews, I called Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning. Their service tech did a check on my furnace. That tech decided to reinforced the housing of the blower. My furnace now runs super quiet. I have more time and saved $$$ to purchase (not under duress) a new furnace from Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning. read more

My air conditioner compressor fan was not turning. I researched on line and came across this company and could not believe all the five star reviews. The owner came out the this morning and fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. We spoke for some time about the business and I quickly became very comfortable with what he said and how he runs the business. After being in sales for for many years my people reading skills are highly honed. Vince is a very credible owner. We are probably going to have them replace our systems 18 years old very soon. I could shop around for quotes but I kind of know where the price should be and remember..... you get what you pay for....... I have learned that lesson the hard way a couple of times. People buy from people!!!!! You can trust this company 100%. read more

Super impressed with Barlett Heating and Air!! I emailed them this morning off of their site: http://bartlettairheat.com/ and I received a response right away from Vince. I chose them based on their previous Yelp reviews. I was able to schedule for the same day and the technician was right on time. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked both units and gave me some background information on the Air Conditioning unit that I did not know regarding its age and past work. I am very pleased with his work and the company. I would recommend and will continue to use for my Heating and Air maintenance and repair! Thank you! read more

Vince and team were absolutely great. Diagnosed my AC issue with ease, and came to help out the same morning I called. Two guys from Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning came in to check the air and install a Nest thermostat in a home that I just moved into. They were friendly, very professional, and very nice guys. For comparison, I did get a quote from another HVAC company in the area and they were kind of rude. I asked this other company how much they would charge for installation of a Nest and they said the don't like installing Nests and don't normally do them so if I really wanted it then they were going to charge $130 more than what Bartlett Heating & Air would charge. After talking to my realtor and lawyer about the Nest charge, they said that HVAC company (not going to mention their name, but the first letter starts with an R and ends with an O) is trying to rip me off or maybe over pricing me because they don't know hot to install Nests and are old fashioned where they aren't current with smart technology? Bartlett Heating & Air not only charged me way less than that other company for the AC check and Nest installation, but they installed the Nest within a couple minutes like it was second nature to them. They explained all the features and told me how to use it. They even gave me a free filter for the furnace since I didn't have a new one handy. I used a few HVAC companies over the years and Bartlett Heating & Air is the best with quality, value, and their expertise. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good HVAC in the Streamwood/Bartlett area and will continue to hire them to take care of my new home's HVAC! read more

My AC stopped working Friday night after hours. I left a message around midnight that was answered at 6am. Vince told me he would be out between 10 and 1 that day, Saturday. He showed up at 10. He had me up and running again before 11. Since it was so simple he did not charge me a full service rate. I was shocked that on a Saturday he did not charge me 1.5 times the hourly rate. He has gained my trust and future business. read more
