Wonderful group of expert technicians. They focus on customer service and doing things right the first time. I worked with Mark and he is the best of the best and won't waste your time or your money. Youll be happy if you try this group for new equipment, repairs or just maintenance. Pretty special company. read more

Mark and the whole team have always been incredibly helpful and responsive. I chose them because of the stellar online reviews and they live up to them. Great peace of mind. read more

prompt, professional service. KNowledgable technicians. But their replacement parts are overpriced in the extreme. I was charged $330 for a chinese-made capacitor that retails for $21. Now that I know this, I'm going to buy the parts myself and just pay for the labor. read more

We have regular service on our furnace in the fall and our AC unit in the spring! They do a fantastic job. They are very thorough. Chris Bauer was exceptional. He's knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything. We will continue to use them for all of our Hvac needs. read more

Dealing with Mark, customer service, and company as a whole has been a nightmare of an experience! I would highly advise not to use them. They do not stand by their work, warranty, or take responsibility, but are quick to over charge and take your money. They also put in refurbished units like water heater. I ended up having A DIFFERENT company come out because they didn't want to stand by their warranty. That company told me the unit was several years older than what Mark had said. I thought I purchased a brand new unit and it was always breaking down. It makes sense now. They lie and avoid service calls when any repair is needed on their work. Stay away, do not trust them. I would definitely not leave them any stars!!!!!!! read more

I had 2 Air Conditioners and a furnace installed last week by On The Mark Heating and Air. Mark sat down with me, asked me what I was looking for, explained my options, answered all my question and went over pricing. I had 4 other estimates and he was the only one that actually took the time to sit down with me and talk about what I consider a large investment. Jack and Carlos did the installation. They were incredibly hard working, professional, took the time to answer my questions and always had a smile. I highly recommend this company. read more

I started with this company during the pandemic and they gave me quotes both with pictures and distant evaluations. They helped me in every way with safe practice. When I finally needed the installation, it was an urgent matter and the company fielded my frantic calls and e-mails with utmost respect and professionalism. They were able to offer three different types of financing as well as cash pay discounts, and find a unit that was the appropriate size for my unit and give me the best value. Installation day was clean, efficient, and done well. The installers were personable and friendly while being extremely good at their jobs. My house was tarped to prevent dirt from being tracked in and all debris cleaned up I received an after call from the owner to check I was happy and continue to have great communication with them in all aspects. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone especially if you're worried you won't get a good value or outcome. They really came through for me and I feel like I found a company I can trust. read more

Mark did great job replacing our 30+ year old A/C/furnace unit. He was very professional and courteous from the beginning, responded fast after I've contacted him on yelp, he came to see the unit and provided the estimate on the very next day. His price was highly competitive. They finished the installation fast and the work they did was excellent. They made sure the area was nice and clean after they finished the work. I would definitely recommend Mark for any AC/furnace installation, service or repair. read more

Mark installed an Aprilaire whole house humidifier. Good work, fair price, very professional. My sinuses thank him! :)

Great job on repairing a furnace at one of my rental property. Great turnaround time at a fair price.

I was a little shocked that any company on Yelp could have a 5 star rating, but I can assure you that On The Mark has earned every last point on every last star. I talked to Mark at 7:30 this morning, he said he had a busy day, but was able to get to my house 2 hours earlier than originally expected. Within an hour, he had my AC unit fixed and topped off with refrigerant. I couldn't be there while he worked, but he kept me up to date the whole time. This guy is excellent! He should be your first and only call! read more

Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again and even already referred him to a family member! :) Thanks Mark! read more

If anyone is looking for an honest and reliable heating and cooling company I highly recommend 'On The Mark Heating & Air'. Eric, the technician who came to my home last week to repair the cooling problem that I had, was very knowledgeable and friendly and worked quickly to get the job done. He also found a serious problem with the wiring in my furnace; some wires had melted and I thank God that I didn't have a fire and that Eric discovered that problem! Eric also kept me informed about everything that he was doing and the cost of how much things were totaling up to be as he continued the repair process. It's very hard to find someone who runs an honest and good heating and cooling company, but 'On The Mark Heating & Air' gets 5 stars from me in all areas! My nephew and his wife had 'On The Mark Heating & Air' do some work for them, so I was confident that they would do good work for me, as well! I was very pleased with their work and their work ethics and I will be having them install a new heating and cooling system in my home in the near future! Thank you, Mark and Eric/On The Mark Heating & Air! read more

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 25 year old A/C and air handling unit. Very professional and courteous. His price was highly competitive. He came recommended by our son in law, who had him replace their old unit a year ago. We would use Mark again. read more

I would highly recommend On the Mark. The owner Mark spent time with my wife and I and explained all options for a new central air unit and furnace. The interview really focused on whet was important to us which then allowed him to find the right morels for us. We didn't need to replace but both units were 20 years old and it was a matter of time. after the units were installed I noticed an issue with the air the next day and mark was responsive to texts and calls and ultimately came out to recalibrate the new thermostat. Its been 2 weeks and he will be coming back to help us adjust the vents in the basement to get the best airflow to all rooms. It wasn't just a quick sale and out the door. This is a very honest company that i highly recommend read more
