Dealing with Mark, customer service, and company as a whole has been a nightmare of an experience! I would highly advise not to use them. They do not stand by their work, warranty, or take responsibility, but are quick to over charge and take your money. They also put in refurbished units like water heater. I ended up having A DIFFERENT company come out because they didn't want to stand by their warranty. That company told me the unit was several years older than what Mark had said. I thought I purchased a brand new unit and it was always breaking down. It makes sense now. They lie and avoid service calls when any repair is needed on their work. Stay away, do not trust them. When I finally needed the installation, it was an urgent matter and the company fielded my frantic calls and e-mails with utmost respect and professionalism. They were able to offer three different types of financing as well as cash pay discounts, and find a unit that was the appropriate size for my unit and give me the best value. Installation day was clean, efficient, and done well. The installers were personable and friendly while being extremely good at their jobs. My house was tarped to prevent dirt from being tracked in and all debris cleaned up I received an after call from the owner to check I was happy and continue to have great communication with them in all aspects. I was a little shocked that any company on Yelp could have a 5 star rating, but I can assure you that On The Mark has earned every last point on every last star. I talked to Mark at 7:30 this morning, he said he had a busy day, but was able to get to my house 2 hours earlier than originally expected. Within an hour, he had my AC unit fixed and topped off with refrigerant. I couldn't be there while he worked, but he kept me up to date the whole time. This guy is excellent! If anyone is looking for an honest and reliable heating and cooling company I highly recommend 'On The Mark Heating & Air'. Eric, the technician who came to my home last week to repair the cooling problem that I had, was very knowledgeable and friendly and worked quickly to get the job done. He also found a serious problem with the wiring in my furnace; some wires had melted and I thank God that I didn't have a fire and that Eric discovered that problem! Eric also kept me informed about everything that he was doing and the cost of how much things were totaling up to be as he continued the repair process. It's very hard to find someone who runs an honest and good heating and cooling company, but 'On The Mark Heating & Air' gets 5 stars from me in all areas! I would highly recommend On the Mark. The owner Mark spent time with my wife and I and explained all options for a new central air unit and furnace. The interview really focused on whet was important to us which then allowed him to find the right morels for us. We didn't need to replace but both units were 20 years old and it was a matter of time. after the units were installed I noticed an issue with the air the next day and mark was responsive to texts and calls and ultimately came out to recalibrate the new thermostat. Its been 2 weeks and he will be coming back to help us adjust the vents in the basement to get the best airflow to all rooms. It wasn't just a quick sale and out the door.
