Barleys has been around since the beginning of time....for those of you that don't know the vibe i will describe it in a few utterances.....Super laid-back vibe, just like the good old days. Affordable drinks and tasty bites--exactly what everyone's looking for! Did i leave anything out? Yes they're a small casino so sports betting and a cafe there is! The main center bar has plenty of seating....and a hell of a happy hour

The Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was amazing! Chef's kiss ‍ The football nachos need work, it taste like Velveeta and not even warm. There's nothing wrong with using Velveeta but just add a little milk. Stir it up heat it up. Maybe add some hot sauce to it. I don't know. Give it some flavor. It was really bad like I did not eat it

Following the Las Vegas Yelpies, Diane and I looked for a 24-hour place in Henderson to have a late meal. And this small eatery is what we found. Although only two other diners were present, and we only saw one waitress on the clock, this place nicely met our needs. My Prime Rib Dip with onions and cheese on a soft roll was excellent, paired with very good creamy Potato Salad and very flavorful au jus. Diane pronounced her "Brewer's Breakfast" of Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, crispy Hash Browns, two strips of Bacon, and an English Muffin to be "alright." Service was friendly and very good.

The brew pub casino is a far cry from a pub. The pub is actually a cafe with poor service and little knowledge of the beer. The beer is fabulous and the happy hour pricing is amazing; that said you get what you pay for; refer to photos. It was a quiet atmosphere

Brought the Mrs here for our second date 24 years ago & haven't been here for quite awhile. But, it hasn't changed much. Walking through the casino portion we had lunch at the Brewers Cafe. Clean & neat with friendly employees who constantly checked on us through the meal. I liked the drawings of the brewing process on the walls. I had the fish & chips, while the Mrs went with their chicken fried steak with green beans & mashed potatoes. Both meals were delicious, hot & tasty. Although not overwhelming, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke drifting in from the casino area. I wish it were better separated. On our way out we stopped at the bar to try their home brews & were not disappointed. Had two glasses of the Blue Diamond brew. Light, clean, crisp, a great ice cold beer.

But this pizza was the best. It was delicious. Meat lovers.

This place was amazing. Very good quality. I believe they also have happy hour from 4pm to 7pm with many $5 food items. Probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had.

Ask the Community - Barley's Brewing

Is Barley's brew pub open for keg pick-ups?

Unfortunately we won't be able to sell any kegs for pickups until we re-open on the tentative date of June 4th. We look forward to seeing you then and will also have our new "Alt Ruby" seasonal available at that time.

    Do they have cider?

    No house cider.

We have found the staff to be patient, knowledgeable, and friendly with suggestions on pairing their delicious brews with food. On recent visits we tried their brats with chips, and really enjoyed them. I tried the beast brat, which is a combination of a few different meats. It's something I feel like I can regularly enjoy. My fiancée tried the traditional brat, and preferred that one. We enjoyed these with the Czech Plz slow-pour and the Sugoi! green melon mochi IPA. We also recently ordered the Smorgasbord, which consists of two types of sausage, beer cheese, radishes, pickles, and warm pretzels (we ordered ours without the pretzels). It was the ideal shareable meal. We paired that with the Evocation, a delicious farmhouse ale, along with the Resinate, an American IPA. These beers went perfectly with the meal. The ambiance is very welcoming, suggesting a German Biergarten. They host different theme nights throughout the month, from tabletop gaming to trivia. They have a selection of board games, and are family friendly. This is a great stop anytime when visiting the Booze District.

UPDATE 7/27/25: This review is solely for Crafthaus' brewery tour at the Henderson Booze District,…read morewhich was guided by Wyndee Forrest. She owns the brewery with her husband, Dave Forrest. I got together with my meetup group for this tour (quite a few of them haven't been here yet until this visit), which was held on a Saturday afternoon. Tours are held on Saturdays beginning at noon and they last for an hour. Before the tour began, we were welcome to order a beer at the bar and we were allowed to take it with us during the tour. I got myself their All The Watermelon sour beer, which had that fruity sour flavor to it. I was also curious to try out their Prism Black Cherry Pomegranate hard seltzer, in which I took a four pack to go when the tour ended. I can't wait to try this out when I get to it! We also had pretzel sticks with cheese sauce on the side as a light snack. We were guided to the back of the brewery where the majority of the tour took place. Wyndee introduced herself as the co-founder of Crafthaus and explained that they will be coming up on their 11th anniversary in September, with their second location in the Arts District coming up six years. She also told us what the main ingredients for making beer were, which were water, barley, and yeast. Yeast, which is considered good bacteria in most cases, is one of the most important ingredients for beer to have. We also got to see the inside of a brewery tank, which was very interesting! Among other things I learned on this tour is that their Silver State Blonde Als is one of their best-selling beers and they make an appearance at every UNLV home game (see their Rebel Spirit beer). It was interesting to see how Crafthaus makes their beer. One of my favorite breweries in town and I will continue to come back to both their main brewery and taproom!

Our hungry table of six sat inside on a slow Tuesday night. If I remember correctly, we were some of the only people in the restaurant. However, we had great table service and we all left stuffed to the brim! Living up to the name, their biscuits were delicious. As someone who grew up in the South, and doesn't necessarily eat too much of this cuisine anymore, I was really impressed with their biscuits. Fluffy on the inside, flaky on the outside. Their variety of jams and butters made it fun for trying new flavors. Really good stuff! I'm a sucker for brisket and had to order the brisket plate. It comes with two side so I opted for mac & cheese and baked beans. The brisket was tender and flavorful. Both sides were solid, as well. It's a huge portion of food! I had their house old fashioned, which they happen to have on tap. They're a bourbon joint after all! This was priced great at $12, just too sweet for my personal taste.
