5 stars! This review is for the restaurant specifically. I had just gotten a blood draw in the neighborhood- actually passed out!- and I needed some food pronto. I found this place was close and open (before 10AM, and I didn't want breakfast) so I decided to give it a go. I saw it's owned by station casinos and that turned me off a little, until I saw the menu and the prices were lower than I anticipated! With that said the prices are totally reasonable. I ordered a beef burger with avocado and caramelized (could've been more) onions, and for 2$ up charge I got a side salad. The side salad is big! The burger was cooked perfectly as asked (medium) and delicious. Wait staff was attentive without being annoying. Anyone I talked to or checked in on me was friendly. Definitely recommend! Stopped by for a post-sushi drink after a coworker recommended it. It's smaller than your average casino, which gives it a great local vibe. There are plenty of TVs for sports, and I've heard the nachos are a must-try. The only downside is the seating--the chairs by the main screens aren't very comfortable for long games. Overall, though, it's a cool spot and I'll definitely be back. read more

Hey Yelpers!!! We came here with a group of people as a stop for a birthday party. It was a little late so it wasn't busy. We ordered the BBQ chicken flatbread, and it was delicious. Just the right size for 2 people. It was very flavorful with lots of saucy chicken and just the right amount of caramelized onions. The wife also had a tequila sunrise that was perfect. The staff were very friendly and quick to help with what lever we needed. The drinks are also well priced for Henderson/Vegas. It can be a little smoky in here as it is a bar/casino. If it were busy, I can seen the smoke being worse. It wasn't bad while we were here. We would come back for a late night hang. Come check them out!!! read more

Following the Las Vegas Yelpies, Diane and I looked for a 24-hour place in Henderson to have a late meal. And this small eatery is what we found. Although only two other diners were present, and we only saw one waitress on the clock, this place nicely met our needs. My Prime Rib Dip with onions and cheese on a soft roll was excellent, paired with very good creamy Potato Salad and very flavorful au jus. Diane pronounced her "Brewer's Breakfast" of Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, crispy Hash Browns, two strips of Bacon, and an English Muffin to be "alright." Service was friendly and very good. read more

Disgusting Service by Manager William (6:30 AM - 12 PM, 8/27/25) We have been loyal patrons of Barley's for over 20 years and have always appreciated the warm, personal service--especially from Tammy and a few others on graveyard shift, who knew us by name. We rarely ask for comps, but when we did, she and her manager always treated us with respect and consideration based on our time spent and level of play. Obviously this time it was a Whole New Crew that we haven't seen before. They gave us the Worst inattentive service ever and when asking for a comp on a meal I was Insulted by the Shift manager. For two decades, we've been treated as valued guests. Today, we were treated with complete disregard. The lack of respect, service, and acknowledgment of long-term patronage is unacceptable. This is absolutely pathetic service, and after today, we will no longer be returning to Barley's. read more

Came here for a quick brunch. We were surprised on how affordable this place was with quick awesome service with our server. They greeted us upon arrival and sat us shortly. It's a small cafe/Pub. Brought the Mrs here for our second date 24 years ago & haven't been here for quite awhile. But, it hasn't changed much. Walking through the casino portion we had lunch at the Brewers Cafe. Clean & neat with friendly employees who constantly checked on us through the meal. I liked the drawings of the brewing process on the walls. I had the fish & chips, while the Mrs went with their chicken fried steak with green beans & mashed potatoes. Both meals were delicious, hot & tasty. Although not overwhelming, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke drifting in from the casino area. I wish it were better separated. On our way out we stopped at the bar to try their home brews & were not disappointed. Had two glasses of the Blue Diamond brew. Light, clean, crisp, a great ice cold beer. read more

Came here for a quick breakfast with my suegra and we were both suuuuper happy with our meals and service. It was a very slow morning but the server was super attentive. My suegra gave her steak and eggs (medium rare) a 10/10 for portion and flavor, and I gave the same rating for my country fried steak and eggs! This place is awesome. Their IPA beer is one of the best according to my beer snob husband. They also have a great happy hour. Perhaps, one of the best in terms of value. You will pay less here during happy hour than a drive thru fastfood place. It loses one star for the secondhand smoke. If only this place would have a designated nonsmoking area, that would be fantastic. It might also help them attract a younger crowd. read more

Smoking is a very big problem in the Las Vegas casino scene and I don't understand in 2025 that more attention is not paid to this problem. read more

I like Barley's, it's got a vibe that is quaint. And beer! The Brewer's Cafe has been remodeled, and it's a big restaurant with a modern look. It has a salad bar and large bar area with TVs but no seats. The bar looks to be used only by the staff. Beer prices at the cafe are higher than the specials at the bar. At the Cafe, try the salmon, meatloaf or daily special. The menu has many reasonably priced items. During my latest visit, I had the reuben sandwich, which was pretty good. Everyone in my party of 3 was happy with their meal. They had quite a few staff members visible in the cafe, and I think even a cook or a chef was helping out with orders at one point. Bonus- you can order food from the cafe at the bar. Back to Beer. The beer lists are iffy at the bar, if you can find one. Don't have faith in the tap handles either, I was told not to look at them during one visit at the bar when picking a draft. Funny! But so Barley's! The honey wheat or the stout are solid choices. Barley's operates under the Station Casinos umbrella, and is part of the Wildfire gaming brand. Use your Boarding Pass for discounts! I get $10 off $20 coupons for the cafe for being a Boarding Pass member. Price points are usually lower here than the big box Stations, and they have casino promos as well that are sometimes better. read more

The cafe is a hidden gem at Barley's! They have honey jalapeño chicken wings prepared crispy with chunky blue cheese! Their blue cheese is great by the way. So fabulous! On Sunset and looking for a place to sit down and eat? Barley's Brew Pub is a good choice. They offer a salad bar with pizza and soup for lunch. Separately they have a full menu. Prices are reasonable and the service is good. They also serve Pepsi products- so I could get my Mt. Dew fix. There's an entrance to the building on the west side, so you can avoid the smoke of the casino. Lots on the menu to try - so we'll definite be back. read more

Finding ourselves on this side of town last night, my husband and I popped in for a beer and a quick bite before our plans with the family. Happy hour is from 3-6, and we remembered that they have pretty inexpensive beer. Well. Service has improved quite a lot since our last visit. Our server was Dakota, and she was great. She gave us recommendations, chatted, talked about the menu, and she was quick to bring our drinks and checked on us. Last night we tried a hefeweizen for me, which was delightful, and a spicy jalapeño beer for my love, which was amazing. Prices couldn't be better: $3 for a 16 oz beer, $5 for pretzel bites with 2 different sauces...and then $8.99 for a 64 oz growler of the spicy beer....refills are only $5! SOLD! When we complained about the dried out toast and the fly situation, we were told "we know" about the flies and the waitress really didn't care. Bummer I just want to comment on just the Brewery Cafe.....Service was great, food tasted pretty good....HOWEVER....menu items NOT as advertised. Wanted the street tacos because of the picture in the menu with pico and avocado. They came with only meat and onions, cream and cheese. Granted they tasted delicious but would have been even better with the avocado and tomatoes as advertised. Asked the waitress about it....she said sorry, that's just how they come.
