Popped in on a Thursday afternoon while waiting for the rest of my group to arrive. It was nice at the bar, just a handful of folks, and the bartenders were friendly. Had two of the house-brewed beers: Hell's Hole Hefeweizen and Apricot Pineapple Wheat, both were great. Loved the beers so much during my daytime visit, that once the group arrived we ended up there for dinner too. Much difference vibe, pretty packed as it was trivia night - quite loud as well! But food and service was good - cheese curds were amazing, plus had the fish and chips and nachos. Overall a good time, and will definitely pop in again if in the area. read more

This is our second time at Boulder Damn Brewing Co! Staff is always friendly. 2 wonderful young ladies keeping busy and and making sure they are attentive to all guests! It's very clean and homey. We ordered the chips with queso and salsa, kilowatt sliders with no bacon jam (thank you for the substitution since I don't eat pork :) ) . My husband ordered the cherry wheat ale and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor! Not overwhelming . They brewery was having a drink special on the lone star margarita and that baby was crisp! Second time here and still just as amazing! The food is really good and the service is fast and friendly every time. We love that you can call ahead and make a reservation whether you want to sit indoors or outside. They also offer free WiFi just ask the host or check the info posted in store. My family always gets the Philly cheesesteak and we upgrade to onion rings and sweet potato instead of regular fries so good every time! This has officially become our go to spot whenever we're visiting the VA cemetery nearby. Always a great experience highly recommend! read more

My family and I drove out to spend a Saturday afternoon wandering around Boulder City and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. We ended up at Boulder Dam brewing company and it was a tad busy but nothing crazy. After about 5-10 minutes we were sat and waited a bit for a menu. For drinks I opted to try the triple berry cider. It was quite tasty and I love when they come on draft. As far as food my husband and I split the brewpub nachos and the club sandwich. It took a bit which was expected because they were a bit busy. I can honestly say the best part of the meal were the French fries. They were great, hot and crispy. As far as the rest of the food goes, for the price I was not impressed. The nachos were small portion and kind of threw together. The sandwich was very dry. Overall I think it's really cool that they have Nevada brews to try and a plentiful drink menu, but I don't think I would be back for a meal. Unfortunately nothing stood out. read more

Yes stop by the Boulder Dam Brewing Co, especially on a nice day. They have a ton of patio seating and good service. On the hotter days I find myself inside and I've always enjoyed it. Sat at bar to get prompt service, beer we wanted was out. First sign, ordered wings and sandwich, waited 20 minutes, then informed the computer didn't send to kitchen. I was ready to give them five stars. The only reason they get three is because our first experience there was so good. We were on a road trip. We stopped there for lunch on June 17. The service was beyond fantastic (I wish I had the name of the young man who took care of us). The food was great. The beer was great. TEN stars. It was so good, in fact, that we decided to make it a stop on our way home July 1. A nice young lady seated us, gave us menus, brought us water and setups, and left us to make our decision. We were the only customers in the place aside from two men at the bar, who the bartender was chatting with. The were just having a conversation. My husband walked up to the bar to ask for a taste of one of the beers. The bartender looked at him, and continued his conversation. My husband waited. After a few minutes, the phone rang, and one of the young ladies there said, "It's your wife!" and took the phone to the bartender. He discontinued his conversation and took the phone. My husband continued to stand there, completely ignored. We Walked out. Zero stars. We won't be back. I don't like being invisible to somebody in the service industry. We stopped here after a long day of traveling to Death Valley NP and back to the Hoover Dam. The beer was absolutely delish and refreshing. Cool patio setup with live music. We had friends visiting from Alaska and decided to do a bit of hiking at Valley of Fire. What's better than a lunch in Boulder City at the Brewery?? We had our 2 dogs with us and we Sat down outside on the patio. I love that they are pet friendly and almost everyone had a dog or two. After getting our menus, the server asked whether we wanted a beef patty put on for our dogs and brought bowls of water for each. I send them back and they gave me another four next time I'll have to ask for an extra order. We opted for indoor seating since it was a hot day, but have enjoyed the patio seating on a previous visit. The service was friendly and quick considering how busy they were. Our food came out without a long wait. Our food was good for a casual lunch. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was tasty. It really hit the spot for my burger craving. The burgers are only 1/3 of a pound so it wasn't a lot of food, but it was just enough for me. I really liked their crispy fries. My husband went with the Hatch Chile Burger and enjoyed it. The service is always spot on and they are quick to order and check on you and refill/get another drink. I typically get the hefeweisen and a gyro. Boulder Dam Brewing was on my radar as a craft brewery joint to check out while visiting Southern Nevada after learning about it through the 2023 Nevada Craft Beverage Passport, a collection put together by NV Department of Agriculture. I was excited to earn my first Southern Nevada stamp from Boulder Dam Brewing after a day at Hoover Dam. My husband and stopped by on a Thursday afternoon and shared a flight of Boulder Dam's six beers on tap and some chicken nachos. The menu had some interesting "mixed" beers, but we stuck with just the basics since it was our first time. The flight came out in a nifty and sturdy holder with 6 generous pours. A couple of the beers were a little warm which was a bummer because temperature can really make or break it when tasting beers. My favorite from the flight was the 16th Anniversary IPA. If we hadn't been in a rental car, I would've gotten a full pint after the flight! The nachos were better than I had expected them to be, but they weren't the main attraction. I felt right at home and welcome throughout out tasting journey. Nick was helpful in identifying the beers in our flight, and he was regularly checking in on us. Even after closing our tab, he said he could always open us back up for another round. I appreciated the warm hospitality at Boulder Dam Brewing. Plus, he stamped our beverage passport without any issues. I would definitely come back for a pint next time I happen to be in Boulder City. read more

As a micro brewery, Boulder Dam Brewing Company is excellent. You can buy some excellent items on the menu, and the prices are reasonable. But I don't consider the place as restaurant; it's more a great place for beer and good food to drink with the excellent beer. The servers are very nice and pay attention to customers. The decor celebrates the history of Boulder City as the town that built Hoover Dam. In addition, televisions show sports events, along with one television showing a movie about the history of the construction of "Boulder Dam," which was later changed to Hoover Dam. read more

This is a no-frills beer-forward eatery in the middle of Boulder City. We came in after being rained out of the Boulder City Beer Fest- which they sponsor. It was crazy busy yet we were seated and served within minutes. In addition to their own beers, they offer wine and cocktails. We ordered a bit of everything off the appetizer section of the menu, with our favorites being the pretzel bites with beer cheese and the mushroom basket. I stopped by with some family friends after visiting the dam and it was so good! I ordered the pub chicken salad (sans blue cheese for those dairy free) and a side of sweet potato fries. The others ordered the Bruben, Phillycheese fries, the my gyro! All of it was excellent, great service. We also ordered two beers and their red sangria. I was driving so I only had a sip of sangria--so damn delicious! Honestly it feels like there isn't much you could wrong from on the menu here.
