My fiancée and I have been making time to visit the Booze District more often, and have really enjoyed our visits to Crafthaus. We have found the staff to be patient, knowledgeable, and friendly with suggestions on pairing their delicious brews with food. On recent visits we tried their brats with chips, and really enjoyed them. I tried the beast brat, which is a combination of a few different meats. It's something I feel like I can regularly enjoy. My fiancée tried the traditional brat, and preferred that one. We enjoyed these with the Czech Plz slow-pour and the Sugoi! green melon mochi IPA. We also recently ordered the Smorgasbord, which consists of two types of sausage, beer cheese, radishes, pickles, and warm pretzels (we ordered ours without the pretzels). It was the ideal shareable meal. We paired that with the Evocation, a delicious farmhouse ale, along with the Resinate, an American IPA. These beers went perfectly with the meal. The ambiance is very welcoming, suggesting a German Biergarten. They host different theme nights throughout the month, from tabletop gaming to trivia. They have a selection of board games, and are family friendly. This is a great stop anytime when visiting the Booze District. read more

They have some hot nibbles (a few vegetarian options were noted) and they also make a mean michelada I had on my flight of five. Great staff, nice laid back welcoming vibe. Easy free parking. **Loved this place until they tracked my anonymous reviews back to me** This is genuinely one of the cooler places to come chill and hang out, and I've spent hours at these tables getting lost in conversation, even on days the beer didn't land for me. I've been a regular over many visits with great experiences, which is exactly why this last one threw me. Before I could even order, a server stopped me in front of the whole room to tell me the owner had matched my anonymous Untappd ratings to my visit times and figured out it was me. I was told the owner was hurt I hadn't rated higher, and that the business depends on what I post. She acknowledged out loud that she'd seen me in before and that I kept coming back, so she clearly recognized me as a regular and chose to approach me this way anyway. Walking in, barely glancing at the menu, and immediately being singled out in front of every other patron left me feeling judged and genuinely unsafe, like I was being watched and honesty would be held against me. I had no reason to think they were struggling, given their strong ratings, so going out of their way to identify a customer and demand an explanation for honest feedback felt less like concern and more like pressure. Publicly confronting a customer over honest ratings undoes a lot of goodwill, and my job as a patron is to rate my real experience, not to manage the owner's feelings about it. If others have been approached about their reviews here, I'd like to know whether it's a pattern or just me. read more

UPDATE 7/27/25: This review is solely for Crafthaus' brewery tour at the Henderson Booze District, which was guided by Wyndee Forrest. She owns the brewery with her husband, Dave Forrest. I got together with my meetup group for this tour (quite a few of them haven't been here yet until this visit), which was held on a Saturday afternoon. Tours are held on Saturdays beginning at noon and they last for an hour. Before the tour began, we were welcome to order a beer at the bar and we were allowed to take it with us during the tour. I got myself their All The Watermelon sour beer, which had that fruity sour flavor to it. I was also curious to try out their Prism Black Cherry Pomegranate hard seltzer, in which I took a four pack to go when the tour ended. I can't wait to try this out when I get to it! We also had pretzel sticks with cheese sauce on the side as a light snack. We were guided to the back of the brewery where the majority of the tour took place. Wyndee introduced herself as the co-founder of Crafthaus and explained that they will be coming up on their 11th anniversary in September, with their second location in the Arts District coming up six years. She also told us what the main ingredients for making beer were, which were water, barley, and yeast. Yeast, which is considered good bacteria in most cases, is one of the most important ingredients for beer to have. We also got to see the inside of a brewery tank, which was very interesting! Among other things I learned on this tour is that their Silver State Blonde Als is one of their best-selling beers and they make an appearance at every UNLV home game (see their Rebel Spirit beer). It was interesting to see how Crafthaus makes their beer. One of my favorite breweries in town and I will continue to come back to both their main brewery and taproom! read more

Crafthaus is always a pretty fun and interesting experience in the Henderson artisan brewery district. They have their own in-house limited kitchen but it pops out some pretty dang good meals. They also have their own beer of course but carry ciders from places like Mojave brewing and Ace which is great for people who aren't beer fans. The workers at the bar are always nice and helpful and spot on with their recommendations. We started with the standard pretzel which comes with a stone ground mustard and beer cheese which are both quite delicious. I then ordered the sausage that was recommended from the server as it has some raspberry aioli sauce on it which you can see in the photo. It was good but next time I'd probably go lighter on the sauce since I prefer to just taste the meat. The other sausage I had before had peppers and jalapenos on it which was freaking delicious. There hasn't been a single thing that I've had here that wasn't great! Sometimes they even have food trucks for this little area which gives you even more choices. This is one of the charter members of the Henderson Artisan Booze District. This collective is located in a business park, so it is not known for its scenery. It is nevertheless a solid neighborhood brewery which has stood the test of time. Aside from the beer selection, the most impressive feature is the wide-screen flat-panel display for watching sports, especially football. During my most recent visit, I enjoyed an eight-ounce serving of Abide. This collaboration with Bottle Logic Brewing (in Anaheim, California) is a white Russian imperial stout with 14% alcohol. Needless to say, that was the one-and-only-beer I needed to hit the spot. Service was friendly and attentive. Vibe was casual and cordial. read more

CraftHaus has been on my radar forever and I FINALLY got to try them today! I got there right when they opened. Walking in, the place is clean, welcoming, and you can tell it's well loved. I took a seat at the bar and was immediately greeted with a smile. Since it was my first time, I was a little bit indecisive but the bartender gave recommendations, let me sample a few, and ultimately I decided on the "All The Watermelon" and their Beast Brat. Firstly, the beer was DELICIOUS. Unlike other breweries that have a massive selection of beers just for the sake of it, the selection at CraftHaus seems really intentional. It's not an intimidating amount of beers, but there's something that everyone can enjoy. Onto the brat- this was just *chef's kiss*. The brat had a nice char, the sauerkraut was high quality, and the aioli was a creative and welcome addition. Again- the food selection isn't extensive, but it's everything you'd want when you're enjoying a few beers. Overall, service was amazing. The bartender was incredibly personable and attentive. I even watched them handle a potentially difficult situation with a customer that might've frustrated someone less adept at their craft (pun intended), in a really patient and gracious way. The crowd is nice. Everyone who came in while I was at the bar seemed like a local/regular which I love. All super friendly and had great things to say about the place. Can't believe I haven't written a review for this spot since it's one of my FAVE local breweries for sure. It's been a while since I've been here, so when some friends mentioned wanting to go bar hopping around Henderson area, was super excited to stop at this place first. We came in on a Friday night and it was pretty busy, which is so cool to see! Love the vibe in here for sure. There were friends meeting up for some brews and chatting. Loved to see it! I decided to order a flight so I could try a few different beers. I love that you can make the flight as big or as small as you want! So awesome. I decided on four different brews. And then of course I had to get the meat and cheese plate cuz I was pretty hungry. Love that they also have some bites here. My husband got the brat, and he said it was super tasty, too. The brews I tried were the UNLV spirit beer, the All Watermelon (sour), the cake face (stout) and the silver state. I have to confess, I have had the UNLV spirit and the Silver State before and I'm a big fan of both. Soooo good, especially if you like a lighter beer. Lately, I've been really into sours so I had to try the All the Watermelon one. And then I always have loved stouts. The cake face was sooo good. Definitely liked every beer I tried, which is not typical for when I get beer flights I feel like haha. What a great gem of a brewery located in Henderson in an unsuspecting shopping area. They have limited food options but what they offer was delicious. They also of course do a lot of microbrews and have their own line of brews. I really liked the michelada they offered. Small and unassuming but great for dates, day drinking or work meetings. My favorite brewery in the Las Vegas area. We have been coming here since around the time they first opened. The tasting room is small but very welcoming. Trained pets are even allowed. We have been bringing our Great Dane here since he was a puppy and he loves it. My absolute favorite brew is the Silver State blonde. They even have snacks like a charcuterie board and giant pretzel. Stopped in today for Cinco De Mayo to have some drinks and a quick bite to eat before heading to dinner. Was interested in doing the flight, but due to the festivities for Cinco De Mayo they didn't offer flights or food so we were a little bummed. We did enjoy a 16 ounce traditional Michelada with a Tajin Rim. Nice ambiance for sure, but it was definitely crowded. Thankfully we were able to get two seats at the bar. As we were coming in two people were leaving so we got lucky. They had some food trucks on site outside as well. They also had outdoor seating picnic tables. Cool brewery with a big selection of different beers. We were driving into Vegas on a Friday pretty early to avoid traffic & saw CraftHaus Brewery was open at noon so we decided to stop in since we had time to kill before checking into our hotel. I only got to try two of their beer and they were both pretty good. The silver state blonde is a good choice if you aren't sure what style of beer your in for and their New England IPA the "Dry Heat" which is actually a hazy ipa is spectacular. Around this area of Henderson there are about 4 other breweries with in a 4 mile radius, one of them is also open at noon, and the others around 2 pm on a Friday so this area is a perfect spot to do a little beer sampling in you're in town a little early for your check in on the Vegas strip. read more

The ambiance, especially during Golden Knights home games is exciting and fun and crazy in the best way!! Hats off to the bartenders - their level of service is top notch. A couple of the waitresses struggled with the crowds, which is understandable, but letting customers see and feel their frustration is not. One in particular made us feel like she just wanted us to go away. This place is so popular and fun - you're going to get big crowds and there is only so much space. Overall - it is one of my favorite places to hang out - especially on VGK game night. This brewery is great! My friends and I came on a Thursday evening. Ryan was the guy at the counter and he was amazing. Nice little micro brewery tucked behind a block of industrial businesses. Got to sample several beers but enjoyed the sumo stomp and silver state. Craft haus feels like it has something for everyone. From strong 13% Imperial stouts to fruity sour beers. The bartender was very nice and friendly. She also doubled as the "cook" prepping the pretzel bites and beer brats. The Las Vegas valley has an up-and-coming craft beer scene and Henderson is doing a good job at supporting the scene. CraftHaus has been around for a few years now and aside from their Henderson location, their beers can also be purchased in many locations. I have been here a couple times before, but always forgot to write a review. The brewery is not huge by any stretch, but it is big enough to be comfortable. On this particular Thursday, business was booming with a full house. They only had one gentlemen working and he was working hard. We came by for a promotion that they do on Thursdays where patrons bring in beer from a different brewery, and they pour a little bit for everyone participating so they can try new things. For my order at CraftHaus, I decided to try something new and went with the Vietnamese coffee beer slushie. This is not something I would normally order, but I am a sucker for coffee and porters, so I made the plunge. CraftHaus is definitely worth checking out for locals and tourists alike. We did a work outing to Crafthaus on a Tuesday. It was a blast. They had tacos and trivia and we even got some VIP access with a quick tour of the brewery. They take pride in what they do and it shows in their products! They even have an amazing Crafthaus beer slushie!!!!! Ive never seen that before and let me tell you, it was amazing!!! We were trying to visit a brewery in the Vegas area and learned that babies weren't allowed in any of the breweries in Vegas. We called CraftHaus and since they are in Henderson, they don't have the same law...so we were able to bring our 1 year old. They had a great selection of beers with a number of sours too! I had All the Bois - yum! My husband had an awesome Michelada with the Zitrone sour beer...sounds weird but he said it was amazing (I'm not a Michelada fan so I didn't try it). They make their own Michelada mix and it had a flaming hot Cheetos rim! The inside has lots of areas to sit including a bar. They have a bunch of board games to play if you are hanging out for a bit. Plenty of parking out front. We will definitely be back next time we visit Vegas! read more

I wasn't sure how long we'd stay when we first arrived. Granted, we showed up about two hours before closing, but we'd just spent over 6 hours in traffic getting to Vegas and were in dire need of some good craft beer. There were a few people at the bar and a couple of smaller groups at tables when we arrived. The menu is on a digital display, which cycles through other announcements, so we had to get our timing right just to know what to order. I posted up at a barstool while the hubs went to place our orders and open a tab. I started with a pint of the Zitrone (I liked the bright, crisp flavors, which mostly balanced the tart. It made for an easy-to-drink sour that wasn't too overpowering). Second pint was the Vanilla Lux, which wasn't advertised as being on nitro. And I do so love everything on nitro! The Vanilla Lux (which had nice sweet vanilla notes) reminded me a great deal of a Chapman beer that's no longer available, so I was a happy camper. My third and final pint of the night was another Vanilla Lux. My husband tried one Zitrone and two All the Peaches and proclaimed them both to be winners. While we did really enjoy the beer (this brewery got the top spot in our ranking of breweries visited this weekend), I wanted to talk about the people. Not just the woman working the bar that night, but the people that were clearly regulars and passionate about supporting local breweries. As I mentioned, we were at the bar, and while we were chatting, a guy next to me interrupted to ask a question about one of my tattoos. That got us talking with him and his dad (sitting to his left), and eventually the son's fiance came over to chat with us. It was well after closing by the time she joined us, but the son asked the bartender for one more beer to share, which she granted, only asking us to vacate the bar so she could clean. We went over to the comfortable chairs by the door and hung out for a while longer, chatting and drinking into the wee hours of the night, sharing information and making grand plans to connect in San Diego sometime soon. I mean, it likely won't happen, but it was nice to meet strangers who applauded our need to seek out and explore local breweries on our travels (the son actually said, "You're from San Diego. How the heck did you end up at a brewery in Henderson, Nevada, of all places?") So yeah - the beer is phenomenal, and the people make even "outsiders" feel welcome. read more
