My wife and I have been to DJ's Tavern before, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We stopped in for a few drinks, some appetizers, and to play the gaming machines. Instead of being welcomed, the first thing we heard was, "That machine is taken," despite nobody sitting there, standing there, or any reserved sign indicating it was being held. As a bartender myself, I understand saving a seat for a regular, but at least make it obvious that it's occupied or reserved. To make matters worse, the bartender with the large lip fillers was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. We never even got a chance to order because the lack of basic customer service completely turned us off. We simply walked out and spent our money somewhere else. We've enjoyed coming here in the past, but after this experience, we'll think twice before coming back. A little hospitality goes a long way. Specially in our industry. read more

This is just one of those places that i hadn't tried and wanted to give it a whirl. This is an open and extremely spacious venue, and dimly lit. i took a gander at the menu and it had your standard Burgers, sandwiches and salads. I didn't try any of the food on this visit though. The service was average, not overwhelming or underwhelming. The bartender was cordial, but transactional. i can't say I'd go out of my way to return, but it was an average experience. read more

We love DJ's! We usually come by after work on Fridays and Nichole always takes such great care of us! She is positive, friendly, and remembered our order after just one visit. We came here for the first time for a UFC event. Former world champion in Miesha Tate was present for a meet and greet. We reserved a table and we were allowed to pick a table or booth. We sat at a very comfy booth. We stayed at the entire six hour UFC event. We ordered some appetizers and a meal. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us frequently. Half the menu was not available. Soda is flat and no one knows how to change out a Co2 bottle. Mozzarella sticks were dry and burned to a crisp. My GF thought the marinara sauce was tomato soup. Did nothing to cover the burned mozzarella sticks. French fries have a spicy seasoning we were not made aware of. The garlic fries were soggy AF. Every other bite of the burger had a heavy dose of black pepper. Tomato tasted just past its sell by date. Half way thought I gave up and decided never to go back again. The fact the server didn't question why 75% of our food was not eaten confirmed I'm making the right choice. Also, the juke box has a notice "we refuse the right to not play or stop anything we want at any time" If you offered it and I paid for it, you play it. I'm now going to head home and microwave a cup-o-noodle. read more

Okay so this place is new to Henderson and I follow them on instagram, everything looked amazing so I had to come on in and see for myself ! This place is massive ! There is a bar as well as seperate table seating. I sat at the bar and was served by Tim and Sam who were the most phenomenal bartenders. They were so kind and sparked the most nice conversations. Now to the important stuff- the food here is TO DIE FOR. I tried such an array of things, but my favorite was definitely the pesto pizza. The garlic knots and shrimp (yes shrimp at a bar) were an amazing. The nachos are made with house chips, which were also good. Overall you really can't go wrong with this place, if you're looking for a new fun restaurant/bar to try this place is 10000% worth it! Can't wait to go back ! read more

The sound list is excellent, and they have a wall mounted jukebox pure rock 'n' roll American music. It's rocking, but it's loud with no bass The server is class and five-star. Because of him and the service, I want to write this review so the owners will fix the audio. The server worked under the prior owners. Before the remodeling he used to come home smelling like a cigarette. His wife would say something now this place is damn near smoke-free. It is wise to invest in an excellent air-changing heating air-conditioning system I ordered an Italian salad with crumbled blue cheese and a mai tai. Place looks great. I was skeptical about this place at first because it used to be Henry's Diner and that place was excellent sad to see it go. But!!! This local Tavern's ambiance was really good for late night eats. They have a graveyard menu from 12am-8am which has a lot of good affordable food options.There's a full bar TVs for sports, digital gaming and overall good vibe. I'm so glad I tried something new.Shoutout to our waiter Sam who gave us excellent service while juggling multiple drinks and tables. Now I have to be honest the food is about a 6 at best. None of it had seasoning or distinct flavor.Best item of the night ...Cajun fries are amazing.
