    Our favorite bartender!

Shout out to Steph, best place for food and drinks, large gatherings, sports, pool tables and more.

    Lotsa TVs

It's nice to see such a friendly and clean little locals bar. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sports and a cool mix of cool patrons who all seemed genuinely nice. Mike the bartender was attentive and was sanitizing after each person. There are gaming machines abd pool tables ( can't play right now because of covid but hopefully soon) There is also a kitchen with decent menu and pizza. I'd recommend this place to grab a drink with a friend after work anytime.

One of the reasons for the lower review is the lack of attention from the bartender. He appeared right away when we sat down. we ordered 2 diet cokes which tasted very off. I'm aware in a bar drinks from the gun taste different because different drinks come out of it, but normally when the 2nd drink comes out it tastes normal...not the case. They should inform you when you sit down it is CASH ONLY. We ordered poppers they were good, but we had no napkins, and no drink refills... the bartender completely ignored us. We didn't get refills until we asked the chef when he delivered our meals. We had a BBQ Western Bacon Burger and a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The portions were good. The burger was very good. The Philly was just ok, the fries a bit too salty for me, but that's just a personal preference. The chef was super nice . The only other draw is they allow cigar smoking. I get in taking my chances with a bar in regards to smoking. As a previous smoker, I do know that most establishments do not allow cloves, cigars, or pipes due to the overwhelmingly strong odor, so that was most unpleasant as there are limited places to sit away from the bar. We ordered a to go meal for a homebound friend. It was chicken fingers and fries...here is his review: "My review of my meal was suprising. I ordered 12 Chicken Fingers and Fries. The BEST part of this Bar Food meal was the Fries - Thin Fries nicely salted but a bit flimsy and not too many. The Chicken Fingers were medium to small size. If there was any heat I DIDN'T taste it. The Fingers themselves were Soggy/Greasy and almost MUSHY---in other words on a scale of One to Ten I give it a TWO.....it tasted LIKE Chicken and with 12 pieces there was enough for 2 meals if edible....not here, after eating 2 pieces I had to THROW OUT THE REST. " In closing... with us dining in there, we had just an "ok" experience, the take out food was not a hit with our friend. Not sure if we would go back.

    Good Taste!!!

Been coming here for years and he place still looks good. Lots of remodeling and still the place to get a very cold beer! Sahet is awesome with the bar food selections. You have to try his hot wings! Friendly atmosphere, pool tables and darts! The best wall decoration is the Jim Otto portrait!!! Go Raiders!!! Fred the owner, if you catch him, is A OK...Kudos for keeping the neighborhood bar around!

They changed their look and layout but still lazy staff and that's why the atmosphere is dead. Tonight I went to the bar since it was literally a street away from where I was staying. The place was soo dead that you could hear the cars from outside driving by. There was only 2 other people in the bar and it took me almost an hour to get the bartenders attention so instead of getting another drink I decided to pay for the one drink I got and left. You would think since the new layout it would be busy but no. This place needs a face lift and that meaning by staff and promoting the bar better. Get rid of the lazy/cocky staff and things will change

My wife and I having a great time

Plenty of parking in the shopping center, the signage is very prominent so there is no mistaking where you're going. Walking in the front door, you feel like you're home again. Lots of cool artwork on the walls, a very wood-based environment, has a country charm to it with a modern upscale feel. We went there for appetizers as we were on a time crunch, so we ordered the blueberry chicken sliders, the corn ribs, and the blueberry chicken wings. I had heard about these for the longest time, and everyone said they were amazing. Well I'm here to tell you that they 100% are! The corn ribs were wonderful with the cilantro dipping sauce. The only thing that would have made them better is if they would have put some Jalisco cheese on it and made it a little more like street corn. But hey who am I to complain about these corn ribs? I ate them all. The blueberry chicken sliders were absolutely off the charts! I had heard about these several times. People saying things like they are the absolute best to your taste. Buds will be stunned for days. Well, they weren't wrong, these sliders were absolutely wonderful. And we cannot forget the blueberry smoked chicken wings. These things were so well cooked and the seasoning was perfect and the blueberry softs on top took it to a whole other dimension. I would eat probably three or four more plates of these. I'm looking forward to going back there for dinner, as they had plenty of options on the menu. Such as brisket, ribs and so forth. Definitely going back for round two. Bottom line? You cannot go wrong with this place. Do yourself a favor, take some friends, and get all of the aforementioned appetizers. Your taste buds will. Thank you!

We ordered the pancake combo and the chilaquiles Con with Chorizo, and both were great choices. I asked for extra crispy bacon and most places disappoint me as they don't know what extra crispy is but this place nailed it!!!! It was so good. The eggs, extra crispy hashbrowns and bacon were great. Pancakes which we shared were also delicious. The best we have had! The chilaquiles were outstanding according to my fiancé. They give you the option of red or green sauce or the option for half and half which is what he chose. The salsa verde was good and the right blend of tomatillos, green chiles and everything else. It was not overly spicy but just the right amount of kick to let you know there was some heat in there and he tried the pepper that it came with but it was out of his spice range. The salsa Roja was flavorful but it had a little more kick than some of the other chilaquiles I've had but It complimented everything else. The chorizo was fresh and made onsite. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were solid--definitely a satisfying start to the day. The menu has a lot of options for different tastebuds and even the most picky eater in the group. (Me lol) The service really stood out. Our server Lily was awesome--super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. She even recommended her personal favorites which made ordering easy. She brought us out a Fresh Fruit Crepe which was a wonderful surprise considering it was my fiancés birthday. It was light, fluffy, and the textures were great. It has blueberries, strawberries and Green Apples. You can tell the fruit was fresh because it was still crisp and firm. The diner itself is spacious and growing. It is getting harder to find places that balance quality and price well, and this one definitely does. I went with the dulce de leche pancakes and they were easily the highlight. I especially liked that the server referred to guests as "familia." It is a small detail, but it adds a personal touch that makes the whole experience feel more authentic. My daughter and son in law took me for Mothers Day. There was hardly anyone inside so already not a good sign. I mean, it's Mothers Day for goodness sakes. The restaurant industry's biggest day of the year. It was lunch time, pretty much straight up noon. It should have been packed. It felt like walking into a cafeteria. Decor was lacking. Looked like they were going for half Mexican half cowboy. And I get that. I also get going for minimalist style. It just didn't feel welcoming. It felt cheap and like they didn't care what it looked like. But, looks aren't my priority when I want good food. Daughter and I each ordered a cocktail. Both were very tasty but also pretty weak. Also, I don't like drinking my fruity cocktail out of a plastic cup. All tableware was plastic. Except the cutlery. If I'm paying $30 for an entree, serve it on a real plate, or even on a metal tray. Not cheap plastic that looks like stoneware. Now for the food: daughter's salad was good. Nice fresh leafy greens with a lime ranch dressing. Her tacos were itty bitty, but for $4 each, it's to be expected. The hatch green chili Mac and cheese was ok. Nothing to rave about but no complaints either. Corn bread was tasty but fell apart when cut. I liked that it was covered in honey. I had burnt ends with brisket and Brussel sprouts. Sprouts were mushy, not crispy at all. The only flavor was the heat. I liked my burnt ends, but I've had better. Brisket was overcooked and extremely dry. Little to no flavor and really small, thin slices. I've had brisket from some of the top nationally rated BBQ places and it's always been super juicy, flavorful and nice thick slices that fall apart between your fingers. I've stood in line in the heat for over two hours to have that food. So I know good BBQ My son in law had tri tip and brisket with fries. And his plate was swimming in grease. That should never happen with low and slow cooking of meats. The amount of grease on his plate, and the state of the brisket are the ultimate reason for this less than stellar review. My daughter and I both wondered if the sandos would have been better choices, but meat that's only good if made into a sando, is not saying much about the meat. Maybe I'll get one and see if it's better. But I won't be back for plates of meat. I only took a picture of my plate. I really wish I had gotten one of my son in laws plate.

Unfortunately, that's where the good part ended. Our waitress came over and told us the food would take at least 40 minutes to come out. Not ideal, but fine -- it's a busy Friday night in Vegas, we get that. What was absolutely ridiculous was when I asked if we could at least put our order in right away so we could get in line. She flat out told us we couldn't even place an order because "everyone walked in at the same time" and that her computer was somehow "blocked by the back." I'm sorry, what? Since when does a restaurant's ordering system just stop working because customers arrive? I've never heard something so absurd. We were literally sitting there ready to order and spend money, and they refused to even take the order. This is Las Vegas -- a city that handles massive crowds every single night. If your restaurant can't handle a normal Friday night rush without your system "blocking orders," you have serious operational issues. Seating customers and then refusing to take their order is beyond frustrating -- it's incompetent. Completely unacceptable. Do better.
