Okay, so here's the thing: we were absolutely blown away by the vibe of this place! It's got that party energy, making it the perfect spot for a birthday bash. There's an open bar with tables when you walk in, and you can either hang out there or rent a private area for your group to sing their hearts out. I was honestly a little worried about it being crowded, dirty, and hard to get around when I checked Yelp before coming, but everything was perfect when we arrived. From the moment we called to book up to the checking out our bill, everything went smoothly. Our guests absolutely loved it! It's about 10 miles from the Strip, but the drive was totally worth it! I just wish they had more food options and extra microphones, but overall, we had a blast! I think we'll definitely add this to our Vegas itinerary whenever we visit! We were charged $700+ for the whole thing (you don't have to go that far--it's just me who ordered too much). I must have ordered way too much food and drinks for a group of 20. read more

For teacher appreciation week, you can buy 50$ for a free hour. Spent 50$ for 2 drinks, was not that great. The place looks amazing, and I think it is more of a place to book an appointment in advance for a big event. There were not menus available, and the tablets were in the room to pick songs. You also had to put a credit card for drinks and whatnot at the counter. Me and a friend ended up spending two hours, and I was assuming that they would tell you when your time is up. They did not, which seemed kind of odd because why would the customer need to keep track that. Spent 50$ dollars than I expected because I was confused. The owner was there, but please have some people who know the policies. The girl at the bar seemed accommodating, but the males at the counter did not seem to communicate as much to find information. We came here last night for the poetry after dark and it was eventful. Even if there wasn't enough contestants it was entertaining and I was amazed because it takes a lot to get on stage and to write poetry. We didn't order food but got drinks from the bar and the service was quick. There were others who ordered food I think it might have been the cheese sticks and it did smell delicious. We enjoyed the lights and the stage was giving spaceship vibes. There are a lot of seats and is very spacious inside. I'm so glad they keep the AC in here cold and comfortable. Took my kids here for a birthday party. Adults stayed by the bar area. All the kids were in karaoke room screaming not singing lol. My kids loved it! Great interior decor, lights and sound system. We got a drink at the bar from the manager. I don't remember his name but we got a tequila/soda water cocktail. It was good. Our friends got chicken tenders, quesadilla. This isn't my first visit to Moonlight, I was here maybe a few years ago when they've just opened. Now I've been to the spots in Chinatown (they're usually a lot cheaper but also not clean and parking can be a pain) and I've been to the high end ones on the strip (KAMU). I would say Moonlight is right in between. If you don't mind paying a bit more (still 1/2 the cost of the high end place), Moonlight is super clean, it's huge and you don't have to worry about fighting for parking as there's plenty of spaces. I stopped by here on a Friday night with my +1 shortly after 8pm. I didn't tell her where we were going other than it's karaoke. She thought it was in Chinatown.. ha! It's still too early I believe we were one of the early ones (maybe one other party) Also tip to future customers.. if you plan to drink or eat first, I suggest drinking or eating by the bar (or better yet, before you go in) before you get the room so you have more karaoke time.. just a thought. But yes you can always drink and eat in the room but it's tough to chew and sing at the same time. The hostess is nice and friendly, she put us in VIP room 6 (The White Room) which was surprising as I thought she would put us in the smaller medium room (VIP 8, 10, or 11) I wasn't complaining of course, gone is the thick booklet with pages of mostly Korean songs.. YouTube is the way to go. (Unless you do want Korean songs which can be requested) YouTube is great but of course to save time, you should create your own playlist beforehand so you're not trying to figure out which song to pick. Each microphone comes with protection so no worries about germs (I call them mic condoms) Songs are easy to type in, just make sure you put the word karaoke at the end after the song name. The room has its own mood lighting so when you need brighter lights you can easily switch. As for drinks, they have a menu but for food you need to use the QR code. (Or I would pre-check this so you know exactly what to order) We ended up getting 2 drinks, and ordered the teriyaki chicken (larger portion) and a Spam musubi (What was I thinking??) The drinks came out fast and so did the food. They give you a good portion for the chicken/rice/macaroni. And as for the spam musubi, I was initially informed that they ran out of a key ingredient (yup, you guessed it, they ran out of spam!) I wasn't tripping about it but somehow later on the chef mentioned she found the spam... (or maybe they bought some at Smith's next door?) Who knows, I wasn't going to grill them where the spam magically came from. Time goes by fast when you're having fun. One hour wasn't cutting it so we ended up doing 2 hours that seems like the sweet spot. Of course if you have a larger group I'm sure a few hours will go by like that. Overall I highly recommend this spot if you don't mind paying a little extra. As they always say, you get what you paid for and this place is worth it! read more

Reserved a room for my son to celebrate his high school graduation with his friends on a Sunday evening. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, but with 15 people, it was very hot and musty in the room even though we asked if the air could be turned on a little higher. I know it's not the fault of the establishment, but the cook did not show up that day, so there was no food available. Our reservation was at 9:00 pm for 2 hours. I don't know what time the cook's shift started, but they made no attempts to tell us ahead of time that there would be no food that evening and was only made aware when we checked in for our reservation. These are high school kids, they don't drink alcohol, they need munchies. Very disappointed with our first time here. They offered no comps to rectify the situation and I believe we even paid more than the rate for the room because they didn't take our non-refundable deposit into consideration when settling the bill. Went there on Saturday night, and when I got there at 8 pm it wasn't busy at all, find parking without issues and went inside. When i open the door I was impressed with interior, everything was glass and mirrors and I felt like Alice in Wonderland. On the left side there is bar and then you can see all the rooms. I knew which room I am going so I just went there. Even the room was stunning. Nice furniture with huge TV, karaoke is actually going thru the YouTube Tube so you can find any song even the foreign language songs. I don't know is it everywhere like that or not. But I went for karaoke 10 years ago and you only had certain list of songs that you can choose from. ( this was huge for me). Lol The girl who was serving us was super sweet and helpful. We order a plate with mozzarella sticks, onion rings, garlic fries, zucchini and chicken. It was decent. We are not here to judge the food. Right? They also have decent choice of drinks and cocktails. They also have ih house photographer who comes at take a picture of your group and brings you pictures in frame. I think that is neat. And cost only 10 dollars. It is pretty dark there so if you are taking pictures make sure to turn on lights. You can't hear anyone from the room next to yours which is also great. On my way out around 11 pm there were a lot of people outside and inside on the part where day have bar and I guess there is a nightclub there too. It is even more glorious IRL. The colours, the space, the cleanliness - I am in love! There's two sections: the hallway of private karaoke rooms which are $50/hour for up to 6 people and $100/hour for 7-12. Then another section is the actual club which was divided off and you have to get in line outside for. But it looked just as fun and vibracious. We had a small room just for 2 people and they have a little screen in the wall you search for your song in YouTube (wish they had ad-free so you do have to skip those each time) but the mics were great quality and adds some auto tune so you end up sounding better than ever haha. I had a great time and that hour goes by FAST. They did add a gratuity to mine for some reason but I just paid it without leaving a tip as we didn't order anything. They do provide water though. If we didn't live in Summerlin this would be a regular place to go but I highly recommend for special occasions and karaoke lovers who want privacy. It honestly made me want to buy my own karaoke set to do at home because it was that exhilarating. (I wish I took pictures but I only have videos and I won't want to traumatize anybody!) read more

This is definitely a really cool Karaoke Bar that sits randomly in Henderson. If you don't want to go to the Spring Mountain area for Karaoke then this is the spot for you. The ambiance of this whole location is amazing even from the very door you enter through. You're greeted at the entry way with a bar filled with RGB and reflection. And this lighting continues all the way to your karaoke room. I wasn't the one who rented the room so I can't speak on that part of service, but ordering drinks was a breeze as a server will come in and ask if you need anything. Also if they happen to be busy, you can always go to the bar and order whatever you'd like. I haven't tried to food either so I won't be able to recommend anything in that department. But I do know that walking through the hallway, the kitchen smell lingers through the hallways which is an advertisement in its own. The karaoke room we were in was a bit more high scale with the interior decorations and the couches reminding me of an upscale Las Vegas hotel. We didn't go through the selections on the karaoke machine because we kept picking random YouTube songs. read more

Not to mention that they decorated the room with a happy birthday sign and balloons. Got a bottle of vodka with some mixers and the Moonlight platter to share with our group. Their karaoke system and different themed rooms they offered were great! Both managers/owners of the food and karaoke were kind and hospitable. But I'd like to focus my review on their food by Pangaea. They really delivered on their street style food as the flavors were unexpectedly remarkable. When you first see the menu items, it's seems to be pretty "simple" food: fries, tacos, chicken wings, ramen, etc. But the flavors and textures of the food is what makes theirs unique brings out the charm of street food. Garlic Fries: 8.5/10 definite must to snack on, great flavor and texture Fried Calamari: 9.5/10, batter was perfectly crisp, assuming it was a tempura-like batter! Might have been the best calamari I've had in Vegas imo Ramen: 9.5/10 you would think instant ramen is just instant ramen but they really elevated it with the broth and toppings! They're pork belly is really good as well with a nice char flavor Wings: 7/10 they were great one flavor was better than the other but not as amazing as some of the other food items we got Tacos & sliders: tacos were 9/10 amazing! read more

I was in here this past Monday night for a private event......... I was in such awh when I walked in. The place was super cool!! All the lights, the decor and the great music playing....I felt like I was in a spaceship. This is definitely not a place for anyone with seizures to come into due to all these flashing lights & the loud noises. That should be mentioned on your website. Our event had premixed drinks but I chose to get Tito's & soda water which tasted great to me and their prices are reasonable. I had gone over to look @ the other side of the main room as it was roped off. As I was peeking over a guy came out from behind a wall & scared me....lol Come to find out he was the owner of the place. He was very nice & friendly. Told my friend & I that that side was still under construction & has a stage where there will be a DJ & some nights a live band. There will also be booths were people can rent to have table/bottle service. He said the same music will play on both sides once its up & running. He said it was going to be like a nightclub. He didn't know prices when I asked, he told me "the wife is in charge of all that." So now that I've checked out the main area, got a drink & chatted with peeps it was time to use the bathroom & find our room #8. We started to walk down the hallway to VIP karaoke rooms & each door had a window in them so of course, nosey me was peeking inside them. Everyone looked like they were having fun. We popped in the bathroom which was nice & clean. Had great wallpaper but man was I shocked when I saw a baby changing station on the wall. Didn't know babies/toddlers were allowed in this place. I don't think it's appropriate for them as the place can get really loud. We followed the numbers down but after room #7 it dropped off and we couldn't find #8. We asked one of the employees who was in the hallway, he directed us to the room. It was weird how the numbers went, kinda out of order. We got to our room & there was already a couple in there singing away. Remember I was at a private event where strangers shared rooms. They left after awhile and my friend & I didn't have a clue how to work the equipment in the room. There is a big book of songs, lots of stuff in Korean (I believe?) & a tablet on the wall that you can pull up songs via Youtube. My guess is once your taken into your room you get a tour & shown how to use the equipment. There was a lot of echoing while singing which was a little annoying, not sure if there was a way to fix it. Considering all the rooms, different sizes & decor and how loud it is in there you actually can't hear the noise outside the room in the hallway which is pretty cool. I had a blast and I'm definitely coming back & bringing others with me. After that visit I can write an updated review since it won't be a private event that I'm attending. lol read more

Honestly such a vibe. As soon as you walk in, there are lights, lasers, music, drinks. It's amazing. They have a large karaoke area as well as private room for those of us who get a little stage fright. All of them have different themes, which I loved! I was in a night sky/zodiac one. When it comes to service, 99% of the employees were amazing, only one person was a bit hasty/curt with telling us we needed to leave in an hour. It put a bit of a damper on our visit, but my group made the experience worth it anyway Any and all songs you can think of and lights that match up to the sounds too.
